My daughter said the juice/smoothies really helps her IBS. She says it is just a bit expensive. Well July 7,2026 a 50% off happened. So excited for her. She decided to try the gummy bear white gummy bear. Which is my favorite. She said it was so delicious and 50%off yippee. read more

Jamba - Geez 6/30/2026 - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - San Pablo, California

I've never had an issue with Jamba Juice before, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I ordered ahead for pickup like I usually do, especially because I was having an incredibly difficult day after losing a family member and just wanted something cold to help me get through it. When I walked in, I let an employee know I was there for pickup, gave my name, and was told to wait. I ended up standing there for at least 30 minutes while customer after customer walked in and received their drinks without any problem. I was completely ignored. When I was finally the last person left in the store, another employee asked if I needed help. After checking their system, she realized my order had not even been handled properly and casually went to the back to get it. When she handed me my drink, there was no apology--just a dismissive "here." At that point, I was already frustrated, but what made things worse was hearing the employees laughing right as I was leaving. It felt incredibly disrespectful and honestly humiliating. I have never felt so dismissed and disrespected at a place I used to trust. This location used to be great, but after this experience, I will not be coming back. Avoid this location if you expect basic customer service or respect. read more

Friendly staff clean location, but they shorted me on my drink about an ounce didn't wanna sound petty and complain about it. Plus, I know there was nothing left in the blender, but I wouldn't recommend this place after something like that. It's kind of lame. read more

The place is always nice and cool. Staff are always help aswell as polite ive never had a single problem or issue and i come here multiple times and the service is always great read more

Unable to accommodate substitution of ingredients. Smoothie bowls have to be what they have on the menu only. Other locations will let you customize (I.e. white gummy base instead of their selections). We had to be pay way more to order the ingredients individually (a smoothie, a waffle, granola, fruit, etc.) to make our own. read more

Not cool. We rushed to get here at 7:45 for only a couple of wheat grass shots. 7:45 they were closed. Mopping the floor at 7:45pm. read more

San Pablo Dam has a Jamba Juice! If there wasn't a Jamba Juice here I would had gone to El Cerrito for a drink. Before Pinole had a Jamba Juice I would be going to San Pablo to get a drink. Located in San Pablo Towne Center this use to be part of Blockbuster Video. Inside is quite small. It took awhile for my drink to be ready. Thankfully they apologize for the long wait. They surely want to make sure the customer are not upset with the long wait. Now Jamba Juice has an app to order drink ahead and be ready when you arrive. read more

Jamba Juice is crazy expensive these days so I'm gonna immediately take away one star just for that. The staff is amazing and I don't know how they are so kind and so friendly even though they get paid so little. My large "amazing greens" was $8.09. It was yummy however. I have to mention the Jamba Juice app and I'd like to say that I think it works really well and that's really important especially in the Covid era. So that's a plus. This particular location has quite a lot of parking and there's also other nearby businesses for other items to eat so I would say it's convenient. read more

I wanted an açaí bowl this morning and so I placed a mobile order. Pulled up and the two awesome ladies working behind the counter told me they were still waiting for their shipments of fresh fruits. Sad face. Anyway, they compensated me with two drinks! Left the store a happy camper although I am sad about not getting a bowl, they made it better with two açaí smoothies. Thanks! read more

Their food is good. But they have a sign posted saying no public restrooms. How is that legal? Even if you don't need to use the toilet/urinal, you need to be able to wash your hands when you touch food or money or sneeze/cough. It's basic health and hygiene for the general public. The pandemic restrictions were pretty draconian and I understand the scientific basis of most of them. But restricting a bathroom which has a door in the public lobby just makes me not want to give a business my business. read more

The music was so loud, I couldn't hear the lady and she couldn't hear me either, I asked her to lower the volume and she was very snobby and rude, she got upset at me and pointed at the other girl working there, this was at 12:40pm on 1/13/23 as they were making my drink, the short girl at the register approached the girl with blond hair making my juice and I saw her put something in my peanut butter mood, and then she nervously went to the back of the building, if the owner or the manager sees this, please review the camera footage, that's just plain unacceptable read more

I ordered a turkey sadiage wrap via DoorDash. When I received the wrap, it was nothing like the photo portrayed on the app. 90% of the wrap was air and 10% was the filling. See photo for what I'm talking about. Whoever made these wraps should not be making them moving forward. read more

According to signage they just opened back up. Well please close back down and get some professionalism. Drinks had to be remade and still both mostly taste like pineapple juice. The best part is just walk in with your group of friends and go straight to the kitchen to make your own drinks. Please have on short shorts, long untamed hair, Keychain that fell in the food. I have videos if management would like to see their staff acting a fool and letting their friends act up too! read more

Just sent my son to pick up a medium PB Chocolate Love with a scoop of whey protein. When whey protein is added the cup size goes up because air gets incorporated into the smoothie - and the cup is filled. He comes home with a large cup 3/4 full. I call to complain. No answer and their mailbox is full. That's bullsh*t. Besides that, the taste is off. Too much banana. Jamba Juice, you gotta train your employees to know your products and to be consistent. I have ordered the same drink for several years and this is this is the worst! I'm done with this location. read more

Melissa H. Gave me such great service, she really made me feel like I was in good hands. Made my bowl and drink very yummy as well. I can tell she really puts her heart and soul in her job. Today 11-1-19 @2:30pm I was served by this smiling server named "Jordan". I absolutely loved his Energy and vibes....it made me leaving so happy after a long day at work. "Pineapple? Oh, that's a dangerous fruit. It's like a weapon that thing, got spikes on the end. You can get killed from one of those things." George Costanza, Seinfeld JUST THIS LOCATION, I DIG JAMBA JUICE IN GENERAL. Da Scene: 2 large Tropical Greens juice, 1 Pineapple smoothie and 3 double shots wheat grass w/ orange slices... that's our family's standard order. It ain't cheap, but we do it once a week, it makes us feel good. Every other location, NO PROBLEM. This store always disappoints. At least 6 visits never got our order complete, always a missing ingredient (mostly pineapple for some reason) or they don't have wheatgrass. Da Service: Several times we had to ask for our paid for wheatgrass shots, kinda forgot somehow, we get our drinks, then have to wait again for the shots. Again, other stores no issues and even when busy, 5-7 minutes and we're out, happy - not here. These things are on the standard menu... c'mon folks, get it together. I tried, really I did... but I'm DONE with this spot, won't be back - worth the drive to El Cerrito or Pinole even Oakland. read more

Experience for Oct. 18.....Thought I try something new today. So I had the wheatgrass shot & a carrot juice shot. Who in the hell came up with this bright ideal? So it wasn't so bad, but it's a far cry from the sweetgrass I use to eat as a child. On second thought, maybe the dog urine gave the grass it's flavor. Either way, it taste better than the *crap I swallowed today. In a few hours, I'll either have plenty of energy or some uniquely colored....ummm, how can I say this?....toilet deposits. Gross, huh? Whelp, that is just what I think of wheatgrass. Wheatgrass equals a sh*tty "treat". Now secondly, I ordered a customized "Peach Pleasure". And boy did I have the "pleasure" of a peachy surprise. While sucking through the straw, something foreign came through my straw into my mouth. I'll be hot diggity-dog damn if it wasn't a string of long blond hair. GROSS!!!! FREAKIN' GROSS!!!! Did I say, TOTALLY FREAKIN' GROSS!!!! !!!!!!! !!!!!!! So I politely took the hair strand and my drink back up to the counter. Explained to the cashier what just happened. She took the hair and the cup from me. I noticed she quickly threw the hair into the trashcan and quietly told "someone" that was making drinks what happened. And ol girl with long blond hair started to make me another drink....OH HELL NO, SHE WILL NOT BE MAKING ANOTHER ANYTHING FOR ME. I asked for the manager, of course he had just left to go start his celebratory birthday weekend. No refund. A larger size drink was given to me. Which, I gave to the man outside asking for spare change. I WILL NOT return to this location again. S/N....Since hair nets are not required that heffa should've had her hair fashioned in some food safety hairdo; pulled back, ponytail, updo or top knot for all I care. CUSTOMERS SHOULD NEVER HAVE TO WORRY OR DEAL WITH FOREIGN OBJECTS IN THEIR FOOD....NEVER!!! read more

Not very nice staff. The girl was eating while making the drinks and one of the staff went from prepping to cashier back to prepping without washing his hands. Drinks are ok but don't have the thick consistency smoothies should have. read more

Love Jamba Juice in general. This one was just OK though. The staff was not friendly or welcoming. They don't greet you when people come in. They just go and stand behind the cash register and wait to take your order. Instead of asking for your name they just take it off of your credit card instead. It seems anything they can do to NOT talk to the customer is what they do. The smoothies were ok. More watered down than the ones I get back home in Colorado. Jamba Juice is generally one of my favorite smoothie shops but this one was less that up to par. read more

The last two visit to this place have been less enjoyable. On one occasion the did not have enough product to fill two orders of steal cut oatmeal and I had come in around 10am. Got here at 8:10pm...sign says 8:30pm. Lady was inside mopping up and paid me no mind. Service might be great but I will never know.

Orange dream machine. It's the ONLY drink I ever get from Jamba Juice. It's a slushy version of orange julius and you know you can't go wrong with that... UNLESS I get some drink that they tell me is an orange dream machine but it tastes like mangos. Anyways, I brought the drink back explaining my orange dream machine isn't an orange dream machine, this is after the fact that i had to wait 20 minutes for my drinks already. After making a mistake on my drink, you would think they'd get my correct order as soon as they can. NOPE. I waited another 10 minutes so that they can clear out all their orders that came after me before making me a new drink. That got me a little irritated. Okay, maybe not a little, but just irritated. Jamba Juice. You disappointed me. read more

I've been coming here for years and recently noticed the service has dipped a bit. I have some complaints. 1. They started charging 25 cents for their usually free smoothie boosts. I go to several Jamba locations and this is the only one I've seen do this. It's only 25 cents but still gives a really cheap impression of this location's management. 2. They have 4-5 people behind the counter but only 1 blender running = long ass waits. 3. They sometimes don't blend the smoothies well enough, leaving chunks of fruit and ice in them. I think this is mostly when they only have 1 blender running and need to hurry... 4. I know working at Jamba Juice should be "fun", but if you overhear the staff talking to each other, conversations can go inappropriately ghetto in a heartbeat. If there's customers in the waiting area, I'm sure they don't wanna hear all that mess. I sure don't. SNACKEROO.COM read more
