So I kept my promise and I've returned here plenty of times since and let me just say that I still love this place. Though there's a lot of employees I tend to see Aaron (one of their managers) quite often and he's the best. He's never shy of conversation or recommendations. Being here as often as I am (I treat my kids after their zoom classes every other week or so) I never know what to try, but he's always helping me and being all around great! The service is still fast as ever, despite the 5 person lobby limit due to understandable COVID regulations, and the drinks are always made perfectly! Maybe once or twice there's been a slight issue, but the crew does not hesitate when it comes to fixing it! I like this Jamba Juice location. Great customer service, drinks are pretty much overflowing by the time they close the lid and it's conveniently close to home. East Bay weather is pretty much 10 degrees warmer that San Francisco so if the sun is shining, the lines can get pretty long but the wait is usually short. Keep it up! read more

Very horrible customer service skills! I walk in, not busy at all, 3 employees at sight, 1 cleaning 2 making drinks. Never once was I greeted/acknowledged by any of the 5, nor was I told that someone will be with me, until after me standing there for 3mins and after asking if anyone was available, that's when the one making the drinks stated they would be with me. I still waited another 3 mins for someone to take my drink order. Had the one that wasn't dealing with customers (the cleaning one) or even if I was greeted & someone let me know right away someone will be with me I would have been fine. Customers come first and customer service is the most important thing when working with people, those 3 young ladies lacked that extremely and did not care that I was upset nor that they didn't provide great customer service. read more

Prior to this Jamba Juice opening a few years ago, I was forced to visit their Emeryville location. It's safe to say that I was extremely happy when this location opened. The menu includes everything your used to seeing, I typically order the Strawberry Nirvana, which has significantly less calories than the original Strawberries Wild. Prices have increased the last year or so, but what hasn't. The staff is always plentiful, and are quick to take your order. Additionally, the staff is always friendly and engaging with customers. The shop has a few tables to enjoy your smoothie, but as with most Jamba Juice's, your in and out. read more

Far and away the worst Jamba Juice in the area. I've given them three chances because they are on my way to Hockey. Each time, I've had to remind them to add my boosts. This last time, they couldn't figure out how to redeem my coupon, the girl making the smoothies was texting while making the smoothies (is that legal? Cell phone are so germ ridden) and I had to remind them to add the boosts, even to the "pre-boosted" one. It is also difficult to get into and out of the parking lot. It is worth it in terms of avoiding the aggravation to head 3 highway offramps to the to the east to hit the Jamba Juice in Pinole. read more

This is the rudest Jamba Juice location I have been. I came got a drink taste nasty like I felt like the milk they put was rotten it even smell weird. Went back in and told the rude ass cashier guy that if he can make my drink again but with soy milk. This place is terrible! The service was just totally horrible. We came at 2:50pm. Long line....next thing you know everyone in line is gone and we are still waiting for our order. WTH. I asked where our order was and this girl looked at me and argued that I voiced my order. So we waited a whole 20minutes for a drink that was never made and paid for . I had to talk to them and they act like I'm trying to get free crap. Service is total crap. One star for the guy who was actually apologetic. Every now and then we go here since its the only one in the area, I dont know the young mans name, but hes tall and black and super helpful. Went in today for some smoothies with my boyfriend and he ordered a LARGE razzmatazz with lime sherbet added and after the cashier repeated it with a rude attitude and looked at him like he was stupid she finally put it in and charged us extra which we obviously didn't mind I ordered a MEDIUM aloha pineapple and not until we got to the car did we realize not only did we both get mediums but I also was not given a receipt we were in a rush so we didn't have time to go in and complain but he was disappointed. My co-worker gave me a gift card awhile ago and I haven't used it until recently when I left the house in a hurry and forgot my breakfast . So I came across this location . As soon as I entered the door , no one was present so I had to call out . A young man came and helped me , I saw their case of pastries, well whatever was left . I asked him what would he recommend . He gave me his opinion and stated "nothing, I don't like any of the food here ". That didn't help lol I was hungry and I had a gift card to spend lol . So I looked closer at the pastries and there were gnats all inside of the glass . I lost my appetite after that . I ended up just getting a drink . Some green drink which was good . This store seriously needs to work on customer service and they need to clean inside the pastry case . Its no excuse on why gnats are on the pastries !!! Uggh do better people . When I am in the area this is definitely where I like to go to get a smoothie. It is located next a Starbucks in a semi dead shopping center in Richmond. This place doesn't always attract the most polite customers but the actual customer service is great. They always great you when you walk in and they are very quick about getting your order to you. The place is always kept clean and well stocked. There is always parking here as there are empty spaces next door which is great. Place is next to the freeway which makes it great to pick up a quick smoothie as part of your day. read more

This is my regular spot since it's right down the street from where I live and they haven't failed me. I've been to other locations and messed up my drink before and I'm not sure how but it just didn't taste right. They always have friendly staff and always makes the drinks pretty quickly. I've never been when it's super busy, I'm sure come summertime it will but they're always ready with a smile on their face. I've always loved Jamba Juice they had me at Strawberries Wild! So today I go in and order a strawberries wild first and then see they have some samples of some freshly squeezed drinks so I tried the Citrus Kick. It was soooo good!! So I decided to order one for myself. The staff was/is friendly almost every time I would come in they'd greet you. So I love jamba so much that this didn't bother my rating but I got the strawberries wild first and separate, then my juice. So I get it you know it takes time it's juiced to order. But when 3 people after me got there's already and one of them ordered the Tropical Greens juice which was one of the other samples then that's when I was feeling a bit inpatient. But thankfully it finally came and my inpatient-ness was overturned once I had some of my drink. Then I was happy again. So I don't know if they forgot about it or it just takes that long so be cautious when ordering. Hopefully you're not in a rush. read more

Hands down one of my favorite Jamba Juice locations!! These people are outstandingly friendly and have great service skills. When we came from work one day during $1 week, the staff not only was willing to accommodate our large order but labeled all the cups for us so we could separate them later and also gave us a bunch of Buy One, Get One Free coupons to use later. Our department has stacks of them now. And every time we go back, they actually remember us. :) Nothing beats that. read more
