I love Jamba Juice. My experience at Jamba Juice is usually always pleasant but this time it was different. One of the managers (I believe her name was Brianna) was being rude to one of the workers. I didn't think that was fair. The worker didn't even do anything wrong but she snapped and looked at annoyed at the worker. I felt so bad for the worker. I hope they get better management because it seems like a toxic environment to work in. Other than that everything else is fine. It just made me uncomfortable watching that. I felt for the workers because there are a lot of rude people who work in management but don't deserve to be there. I hope everything gets better !!! read more

Jamba - Strawberries Wild and Pomegrante, just what I need - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - San Jose, California

I'm going to start this off by saying I don't usually write reviews, but today warranted the need for one. This Jamba Juice is usually my favorite one. My family and I have been coming here everyday for months now and love how friendly the staff is(we have lovely conversations with them daily and it's a nice part of our mornings). However, this time we had the absolute worst experience dealing with Brianna. I am not sure if she is an employee or manager but she was incredibly rude(this is not the first time as well) and left a sour taste in our mouths when we left. We regularly get multiple gift cards every month and this time Brianna had incredible difficulty with this transaction. She made us purchase it multiple times only to void all the transactions in the end and claim that it was fraudulent on our end when in reality the system was causing the error. She also tried to tell us that all other employees and managers were dealing with these transactions the wrong way and that we could not put the amount of money that we were adding on to the gift card. However, a quick google search on Jamba Juice's website after this horrible experience proved her wrong. Ultimately, this 30 minute process resulted with us receiving melted drinks and not receiving the gift card we came for. I've never had an employee here treat customers with the amount of disrespect that she does. I believe the staff here is exceptional and it's a shame that she ruins the experience for regular customers like us. read more

It's like any other Jamba Juice. When the line grows, customer service goes out the window as they try to make the drinks as fast as possible. There always seems to be a lot of people at 3pm after school, on Sundays around noon and then again at night around 8pm. They've never screwed up my order, but I remember ordering orange juice once and the employee throwing the oranges into the machine didn't put a glove on. Gross. Don't sacrifice cleanliness and sanitation for speed of service. read more

Drinks are good. I came here about 2 months ago and presented a coupon that i had received from THEM a year or so ago. It had no expiration date so I kept it and decided to bring it in one day. The coupon clearly said "Purchase a beverage and get one of equal or lesser value for free" So i went ahead and purchased a power sized strawberry wild, and asked for another one, thinking it would be free. But no, they gave me a free 16 ounce, and charged the difference for the power and the 16. I asked how come it isnt free and I am being charged extra, and the girl gave the coupon to a girl behind her. Without looking at the coupon, she said "You only get a 16 for free, you have to pay extra for the power. Look at the coupon again." So I said, w/e ill pay the difference because I don't want to stand in the middle of the store arguing with minimum waged employees who don't know shit. I ordered a medium kale-ribbean breeze and my boyfriend ordered a large Mango-a-gogo. Both of our drinks were shorted on the smoothie (about 1 or 2 inches from being filled up to the top). Emma and I decided to spend the day running errands last week. This was the start of a HOT week, so we stopped at Jamba Juice....Emma loves to get her baby size smoothie... As we walked in, i ordered a Power Strawberry Whirl with a heart happy boost and requested that some of it was poured into a baby cup for my boo boo. The drink took about 5 min...funny how it took so long cuz there was only one person in front of me....the rest of the ppl there came in after us...ive had fast food come out faster than this! I knew when my drink was almost ready because i can see the guy struggling to pour the smoothie into emma's cup. He calls me up...gives me her smoothie...and gives me an original. I didnt notice this at the time since i had to carry both drinks and emma out to the car...what i did notice was when he was pouring it, it looked like it was melted and watery. I didnt bother to say anything...as i got to the car, THAT was when i noticed the guy gave me the original size....out of the million times ordering this same exact way, first time ever was i given the wrong size... Jamba, ur so lucky it was hot and emma was cranky that day, or i wouldve brought that weak ass excuse for a smoothie right back to you.... First bad experience at this place, but maybe you need to train ur employees to give customers the right sizes and not to over blend their smoothies...it is called a SMOOTHIE...not strawberry juice... **A smoothie is a blended, chilled, sometimes sweet beverage made from fresh fruit or vegetables. Two employees here: a vacant "I hate my job" cashier who stares right through you and a chirpy upbeat juice artist or whatever they're called. last summer i went here practically everyday to see if i could finish the entire jamba menu. its an ordinary jamba juice joint, really mellow when there aren't much customers. too bad when lots of ppl drop by, it gets kinda hectic- instead of waiting for a 5-minute smoothie i end up sitting there for 30 minutes. sometimes they screw up on my drink- not blending it throughly enough so much that the drink starts tasting more like a block of ice than any juice. still, its good. just not when its crowded. if you see a crowd in jamba, don't bother. it probably won't be worth your time. just stop by the starbucks next door. read more

It doesn't get very busy here so if you're just looking for a place to hangout and grab some smoothies this location is cool. I think the Jamba craze has kind of died down and most people around this plaza opt to go to Starbucks instead. The cashiers here are very nice and are fast in making their drinks. They also know how to make some of the secret menu items and if you're hungry there's a Togo's next door that has an excellent pastrami sandwich. The calories in alot of these drinks is crazy since there's so much sugar so if you're on a low carb diet this place is probably not for you. If you want a treat try out the white or red gummybear, starburst, or New York Cheesecake secret flavors. read more

A 2nd star is holding this review up only because the order before my last visit was just OK. The floors are always scuffed up black n' sticky, and the giant door mat seems to always find its way to the middle of the store. Juice-making is never consistent---the All Fruit Menu's "Peach Perfection" was just like drinking a peach SNOW CONE and chunks of fruit through a straw. Got a small kale-ribbean breeze and my sister ordered a medium mango-a-go-go. Both of them were made perfectly! The people behind us told us about the sign in the front of jamba juice that said we could get 10% off our order if we showed them what pokemon we caught at their location. However, when we got to the register, they said they didn't know what we were talking about and their machinery was down that day for around 30min. In order to make up for not giving us the 10% off, the worker gave us $3 off of our order which was better than getting the 10% off! Thank you to the guy who helped us out! I don't suggest coming here, unless you plan on getting your shit and leaving, because it doesn't seat no more than 4 people, hahaha, but I haven't ever had a problem here unless it's Friday or Saturday! Worst Jamba Juice I've ever had. I ordered kale-ribbean smoothie. I subbed the mango for pineapple and it came out so watery. The guy blamed it on the pineapple. Really?! Frozen pineapples instead of frozen peaches is going to cause it to be super watery. Look, you messed up and didn't put enough ice and frozen yogurt. At least offer to fix it instead of blaming it on an ingredient. I threw mine after 2 sips. Waste of $6. read more
