Do not come here if you're on a time crunch they didnt acknowledge us upon arrival they just kept cleaning. The boy didn't greet us or talk much at all... maybe he wasn't having a good day but it rubbed off on me andase me regret going. Strawberry Acai bowl We came to the one on Capitol Express, San Jose to order this bowl and a large Peanut Butter Mood. We have an offer to get double points for any smoothies order. My local Jamba Juice -- have been a frequent visitor to this location for at least the last 20 years or so. I would say management at this store does a pretty good job with hiring high energy workers who always greet customers with the famous JJ spirit. During my most recent visit, I ordered their Greens N' Ginger (double blended) and their Cheddar and Tomato twist. Enjoyed both treats. No complaints. By the way, it's hot out these days so keep in mind that social distancing rules are still being enforced so if the store gets full -- you will have to wait outside (something to keep in mind if you have little ones). read more

Literally (I) was with a bunch of kids and staff were patient enough to show me how to use the reward discount cards we had. Adeline was super nice and patient. Another lady helped me as we were holding up the line due to the number of orders I did. There is a maximum number of people allowed in the store so I had to wait for each of the kid to go in and make their order. Brianna is the worst employee at this location. We (family of 4) have been coming to this Jamba Juice everyday for the past 4 months. All the other employees are always so friendly and naturally know our order because we come everyday. On 6/1/20, we were loading our Jamba Juice gift card like we usually do for $210.00 and Brianna's customer service was the worst experience we had till date at this location. 1- After charging our credit card $210 she expressed frustration that we are not supposed to add more than $100 on a gift card. We told her we have added this exact amount in the past with no issues. She told us that we were fraudulent and we shouldn't be doing this. Accusing a customer that spends approximately $1k per month at this location - no bueno! 2- She charged our card twice $420 in total and we still walked out without a gift card. She refunded both the transaction amount. This entire ordeal took 25 mins. We walked out with melted drinks all because of Brianna's attitude. We will be back again at this location because we love the rest of the team members. If a store manager is reading this, please give Brianna major training on how to process a gift card and perhaps a tutorial on customer service. read more

This particular location happens to be in one of the busiest shopping centers in San Jose. That said, parking is always an issue. There really isn't too much detail to cover, but I do have to call out that service here is as slow as molasses. Most of the employees are friendly, but on occasion you will get that employee who missed customer service training. It's a fairly simple process. You show up - Order your overpriced smoothie - Wait is typically under 10 minutes, but can be longer at times - Guzzle down your overpriced smoothie, and then wonder why you didn't just make your own at home!!! I came in for a pick-me-up with the kiddos. What should have taken easily 5 minutes to complete, took over 15 minutes and there were two customers waiting before me, which had already ordered by the time I came in. Who knows how long they had been waiting for already?! So finally my order came up and the girl began to split the drinks. Which came out to two mediums and a 2/3 filled small... I ordered a large (to be split into two for the kiddos) and one medium for myself with energy boost... She made all the drinks together in one batch and with the energy boost! Really lady?!
