She has this long thick eyelashes (which of course is fake). But her long long a_ _ nails should not be allowed when you work there. How can she do all the prep, hands on working around with those nails. It's dang too long. She can't event do the cash machine and enter those numbers...it's very unprofessional and too gross. She can't probably wash properly during her personal time. Sorry but you should not allow employees like that and must have a proper grooming standards. Along with make up. After discovering that they now serve food, I walked into Jamba Juice out of curiosity. Their display boards and photos of the wraps and flat breads look amazing! In real life, not so much. The wraps are already wrapped in plastic and sitting in the refridgerated shelves, and the flat breads are more like slightly large pizza bites. We ordered the Mediterrane-YUM and Tomo Artichoko. First I want recognize that this location is clean & second I believe that they are understaffed because there were only 2 hard workers with a long line. I did not get the name of the kind person that helped me. Every time I come into this location I get treated with the same rude snobby attitude from the girls that work there. Maybe I'm asking for too much because they are all younger than 20 but please, management make some effort to train your employees with a "hi how can I help you". Every time I walk in, I never get greeted. There is always someone just standing behind the register looking like they hate working there. The drinks are fine but not the employees. Horrible horrible horrible I ordered today as they normally do once a week and today was a horrible experience and I tried to call them at the store and no answer I know they were open. Order two bowls which normally are wonderful this is the second time this is happened to me a month you would've thought I would've learned but this time I had a piece of hair inside of my bowl very disappointed tried to contact customer service and no response very dissatisfied customer not happy at all I expected an answer back or a refund on what I purchased and this is not OK. Cashier tells us to wait outside when there are 3 waiting stickers on the ground six feet apart. I am all for social distancing but the she was very rude about it. Please put a sign outside that says max occupancy. I see it's on the door but when the door is opened no one can read it. Havent been jamba juice for so long. Had the mango a go go, small size for 4.39. It is really good and refreshing. At some point, you can taste a little of powdery taste but i still enjoy it There was only person working at the front who did both the cashier and making the drinks. Jamba Juice is always a good place to go to for smoothies. This location is located in Bayhill Shopping center so there's pretty much parking everywhere. The inside of the store has a lot of standing room, but not much for sitting. There's a few high seats and one table to sit at. The workers here are usually pretty friendly here. I've never had a bad experience with customer service so cool beans. Smoothies are good. And they have a secret menu with drinks called the white gummi and penis shooter *snort giggle*. HOWEVER, as good as the drinks are, their prices have risen quite a bit. A large can go up to about $5-6 so that's a total bummer and discourages me from buying their smoothies. I came to grab some drinks for my boyfriend and I. I was lucky enough to come at a time when there was no line at all. Therefore my drinks were made pretty quick. I ordered a small fruity pebble drink, large pomegranate pick me up drink, and a warm Belgian waffle. The guy who helped me at the register was really nice. I felt bad that he was mostly working by himself. One of the employees was on her break outside flirting with her boyfriend and it made it awkward to walk in. Went in yesterday at around 3 for some fresh orange and carrot juice and they told my husband they were done making fresh juices for the day. Their closing time on google says 8pm... it takes 15, no more than 20min to clean up a juicer before close time and they've already put the juicer away 5hrs before they close- make it make sense. read more

It was my first time visiting this location in over a year. It was moderately busy when I went so there was a longer wait than you'd expect. The employee that took my order was quick and to the point. The man that handed me my drink was the same. This location is worth going to. Okay, I admit it. I once did a stint at Jamba Juice and I can honestly say that making smoothies is not hard. It really is not. For some reason though, the employees at this particular Jamba Juice must not share this same sentiment, because the past three times I've gone here, my drink is either not what I ordered or they put in the wrong ingredients. Most recently, I ordered a Caribbean Passion and what I received was some sort of concoction that the employee who made my drink invented right then. It was nowhere near a Caribbean Passion and it was terrible. I didn't take a sip until I was in my car well on my way to my destination, so I couldn't even take it back if I wanted to. Never the less, this Jamba Juice location is ridiculous and after that invented drink, I vowed never to waste my money at this Jamba again. Was totally just wowed here. I haven't been to a Jamba Juice for a while and it's a hot day, so why not since I passed by. I walked in and was greeted right away. As I ordered I couldn't find the name of what I wanted on the menu but knew it had beets so Denise helped me. I also asked for a fiber boost because I thought they used to have it. Denise let me know that they don't have a fiber boost but introduced me to add ons which were high in fiber like chia seeds and kale. I added the chia seeds then asked about their rewards program. She told me all about it and even gave me a card with instructions and even went over additional benefits. On top of that, she asked if I wanted to try their new juices. As I waited for my smoothie I had my juice. It was pretty good. As she gave me my smoothie, she asked how I liked the juice. Rock on Denise! I think I'll frequent Jamba Juice more. 3.5 stars. I've been here about 10 times and they have the same exact pros and cons every time: Pro - manager is very nice, drinks are ice cold and done well, always clean. Con - service is always slow. Nobody mans the front and they don't greet customers much, or tell them they'll be with us soon. People are constantly standing around waiting for someone to take their money. This really needs to be fixed. The manager seems nice and responsible, but needs to get his employees to be better at service and timing. When they do serve you, it's great. Maybe they need 2 people on at all times (during regular biz hours at least) and make sure to greet customers. read more

I always receive excellent service at this site. Plus, you can't really go wrong when your product line can pretty much stand on its own. Offer up fresh veggies and fruits, along with some other snacks to choose from - Add some basic customer service, and everyone will be happy. Fortunately, the employees here are extremely nice and personable. It's a simple pleasure but I can really appreciate when someone wishes me a good day, authentically - not, because they 'have to.' The drinks actually contain a boat-load of carbs, sugars - but, I find that one Protein Pizzazz is more than enough to suppress my appetite for the next meal (I'm so glad they have the different sizes they have now. This Jamba is close by work so during the hot days, I sometimes drive over during my break. They are fast and quick (since I only had about 10 minutes for wait time). I let them know I was in a rush, so they made sure they made my order quickly. The smoothies were good, nothing out of the ordinary. I guess sometimes they could be more watery depending on how many people are in line, how fast you want it, etc. But, they were very compliable and thus, much appreciated. However, one time I can, the creepy man worker hit on me and said, "If I take you out sometime, I can give you any drink you want for free." WOW...good one buddy. Tried to take my niece to Baskin Robbins after couple hours of chuck e cheese with her. By the time we arrived she was knocked out, shortly after her mom (my sister came) i decided i still wanted something cold.... walked into Baskin Robbins to walk right out Jamba Juice was calling for my craving. i wanted to try something new........... this can go either way. the last couple of times of grabbing a different flavor i was pleased. You can't beat the juice at Jamba Juice. The quality of the service and beverage is just like any other JJ. San Bruno doesn't get that cold, so I never took advantage of its beverages on a regular basis. I would always wait until I got sick to justify ordering a cold buster or some thing with an immune system booster in it. The Jr High School and HS students like to come here after school. It can be a little noisy. I try to avoid it at that time, just to many kids to deal with. read more

This review is for a visit a month ago. Quite possibly the worst Jamba Juice to come to, mostly because of customer service. I walk in and there's no one in the front. I tried to peak over the register to see if anyone was in the back and the girl who was there was on the computer. When she finally came out, she was completely stone faced. I get that it's early in the morning, but come on! As she was making my order, an older man walked in. She didn't even bother to acknowledge that he was standing there.
