I stopped off here while driving to the city for a snack. I got an Açaí bowl with extra peanut butter which hit the spot. Two nits...they need hand sanitizer next to the self service kiosk...they need to answer the phone, called 5 times and no one answered.

The boys and I love smoothies, so, naturally, Jamba Juice is a regular spot for us. Luckily, the location at San Bruno's Bayhill Shopping Center is just a few minutes drive from where we live, so we are frequent patrons of this place. Finding parking in the lot is not a problem. The shop is small, but spacious, and always looks well-kept. There are a couple of tables and chairs as well as a window counter available at which patrons can sit and sip indoors. Outdoor seating is also available at the storefront. Below are some of the many items that we have ordered at this Jamba Juice: ELECTRIC BERRY LEMONADE - This vibrant blue-hued smoothie is Z's go-to Jamba beverage. Even when it was not featured on the menu, the staff was still able to make this for him. PUMPKIN Smash - Meh. DJ was not super impressed by this. orange dream machine - Thumbs up from V. peanut butter moo'd - Two thumbs up from V. strawberries wild - This yummy smoothie is my favourite. I rarely stray from it. I can see why they call it "WHIRL'D FAMOUS!" razzmatazz - Very good! açaí primo bowl - A refreshing fruit bowl. The blended açaí-grape base is a bit tart, though. vanilla blue sky bowl - Dairy free creamy goodness with a nice mix of textures. chunky strawberry bowl - Yum/good! Service is always great here. Even if the line is out the door, the wait is never long at all. If team members make a mistake on drinks, they let you keep the erroneous beverages for free. The staff is not only friendly, they are also informative and helpful; when curious about açaí, Austin poured a tiny sample for us to try. So glad that this Jamba Juice is just down the road from us.

These folks continue to be my go-to Jamba location. They are fast (even when there are multiple customers and one person working), friendly and accurate. Not sure I could ask for more. Today's encounter was just as expected: AMAZING. That's a high bar, but they meet it every time I go in. There were three (3) other customers while I was there...two before I ordered and one right after. I ordered a medium and two pretzels (I wanted one as a snack later too). While making my smoothie and others, she fit warming the pretzels as part of the workflow. The end result...both came out at exactly the same time and within three minutes of my order. If you're in the SSF/San Bruno area and want Jamba...this is the place to go.

Average price per smoothie at Jamba is now about $11. The prices on the menu for the peach perfection said it was $10.89.. They said they haven't updated the prices on the board. Service was good. Was helped right away and smoothies were made quickly. It didn't taste like it did before. A little watered down. Overall I'll only come back to use up a gift card I have, but smoothies are way over priced. I was able to get a full plate of Panda Express for $10.50!

What a great experience, thanks to the manager Thomas! I came in one morning early this past week. Parking is easy since they are in a shopping center so there is always parking Thomas greeted me and after ordering he got working on my order. I ordered 3 carrot/orange juices and I wanted to try the new vegan breakfast sandwich (minus the cheese) the Impossible Handwich. Thomas was professional, friendly, has a great smile and a wonderful attitude. The juices were fresh and delicious and are great first thing in the morning. The new vegan handwich is delicious, I asked to have the cheese removed before heating as the cheese is dairy cheese. Please make this with a plant based cheese. The handwich was a little small but had great flavor Thank you Thomas. I'll be back!

Jamba juice is always best refresher, im always getting boba so fresh juice is best alternative. I gave it 3 star because of this particular location! Stars are for the Jamba Juice drinks negative 2 stars for this location! Our order was ready for awhile and its just sitting there we were waiting for them to call us but they didnt. We are waiting outside its cause of pandemic and want to keep our distance to other customers. Most of us are seating outside while we wait. They call some customers ahead of us but not us. The servers weren't friendly! Didnt even say hi or anything but We still enjoy our drink since its pretty hot outside san bruno!

For 2-3 minutes, not a single drink was being mixed or blended. There were at least 10-12 customers waiting.

Their açaí bowls are some of the best I've had in the Bay Area. You can tell they take pride in using authentic Brazilian açaí, and I love how customizable everything is. The fruit is always fresh, the toppings are generous, and the bowls strike that perfect balance of feeling indulgent while still being packed with wholesome ingredients.

I was casually walking around Downtown Burlingame and decided to walk into Palmetto Superfoods…read moresince I saw a sign about the Matcha Chill line. Palmetto is known for its açaí bowls but I was curious to try a matcha drink. For a Monday afternoon, the shop was pretty empty and the staff was working on things in the back. There are a couple tables available for use and they were all vacant during my visit. There was a self-serve kiosk by the entrance to place orders and it took a while for the staff to come out to start preparing my order. The Matcha Chill Latte was described to have premium Japanese matcha powder from Uji blended with water, sea salt, vanilla extract, oat milk, and agave. This sounded more like a frappe than a latte and sure enough my drink was blended like a smoothie. The matcha flavor was evident but the agave made it taste sweet without being overly sweet but to the point it didn't taste quite like an authentic Japanese matcha drink. It was also weird that shortly after receiving my blended drink it looked like the contents were already separating. The drink was also a bit pricey for the size of the cup. I would not get anything from the Matcha Chill line at Palmetto Superfoods again and would rather go to a place which specializes in matcha to fulfill my matcha cravings. It is definitely best to stick with the açaí at Palmetto's.

The worker is making the bowl right in front of you so you have a lot more control over how the bowl turns out. You can ask for more or less of each base and topping according to your preference and you can also see the fruit quality to not pick certain fruits if they don't look good. I also appreciate that they have a lot of bases. My partner always just gets açaí so he can go anywhere but I much prefer the other bases like ube and mango that the majority of restaurants that serve açaí bowls don't offer. We were lucky to walk in when no one was in front of us so we were served immediately, unlike other places where you may have to wait for a backlog of orders in front of you. While we were ordering, about 10 people came in behind us. It would've taken quite a long time to wait in line behind them because there was only one person working and the bowls are completely custom, no bases pre-layered in the freezer. We walked across the street and enjoyed our bowls on the beach. Thanks for a great experience!

I want to be clear that this is not a reflection of the staff. They were polite and were simply following the rules set by management. My disappointment is with the policy itself. I'm currently pregnant, and because of my nausea, there are only a few specific drinks I can tolerate. This particular drink has been one of the few things that actually helps, so receiving the wrong order wasn't just a minor inconvenience. I simply wanted the drink I had ordered and paid for. After posting my review, I received a response saying that if I had mentioned my pregnancy and that I couldn't tolerate another drink, they would have replaced it. While I appreciate the response, I don't believe customers should have to explain personal circumstances to have an incorrect order corrected. Whether someone is pregnant, has dietary restrictions, allergies, or no special circumstances at all, if a business makes a mistake and prepares the wrong order, it should simply be replaced. I've been to many other drink shops, and even when a customer simply doesn't like a drink, they're often happy to remake it. In this case, the mistake wasn't mine, yet I was expected to pay again. That level of customer service was surprising and very disappointing. I hope management reconsiders this policy, because every customer deserves to receive the correct order without having to justify why it matters.

My biggest concerns are inconsistency and excessive seasoning, particularly the amount of salt. I understand that when ordering something like the bife acebolado or frango acebolado (grilled chicken), the accompanying sides may change. However, when ordering online, the sides shown with the meal create an expectation of what you're going to receive. It's frustrating to drive out to pick up your food, only to find that what you were given is different from what was listed, without any notice or explanation. More concerning, though, is the salt. The last three meals I've had have been progressively saltier, with this most recent meal being completely over the top. The chicken was so heavily salted that I actually had to wash some of the seasoning off before I could eat it. At that point, I wasn't tasting the chicken or the other flavors. I was tasting a mouthful of salt. That's especially disappointing when you're making the effort to support a small business and paying the prices being charged. I should be able to enjoy the food without having to figure out how to make it edible first. Beyond taste, excessive salt is also something restaurants should be mindful of because customers have different dietary and health considerations. I want to be clear that the staff have always been friendly, and I've had good experiences with the food in the past. The portions and flavors, when properly balanced, are good, which is exactly why I originally gave this place five stars. The pastries also tend to sell out quickly, which says something about the demand for their food. But right now, the inconsistent sides and extreme amount of salt are seriously hurting the overall experience. Please, stop over-salting and over-seasoning the food. Seasoning should enhance the ingredients, not completely overpower them. If the consistency and seasoning were brought back to where they used to be, I would have no problem raising my rating again. I'm hoping the owner takes this feedback seriously because this is a business I want to be able to continue supporting.
