The buffet dishes are enough to get full on, so I always restrict myself here, just getting some butter lettuce to do wraps, some preemo guac, some brocc, the bean soup is great, I'll get 2 french fries and 1 yucca and 4 caramelized plantains. There's so much more. You've got a whole mess of delicious greens to keep your meal balanced. I typically don't eat any meat from the buffet, I prefer my salmon to be a little more undercooked.
