Only been here once, but they were so fast & friendly I'll hit this place again. It was every thing I wanted in a Jamba Juice, and so much more. In fact, I was so pleased w/ them that I went home & researched the company a bit: Their stock's publicly traded (NASDAQ GM, ticker symbol JMBA), though they've only been a public company for a short time. Anyway, the share price & company valuation (market cap) look pretty reasonably priced, so maybe it's time I pick up some stock in this outfit. The stock price has been beaten down a bit due to operating losses, but they have a decent balance sheet, no long-term debt, and very aggressive expansion plans that could pay off nicely. There's a big short-seller interest in this stock (meaning a lot of traders are betting/hoping the share price will move lower), but maybe the company will have a strong summer & prove those negative folks wrong. Anyway, I guess I'll spend my next several Friday nights pouring over their financial statements and SEC filings rather than wasting time cuddling w/ the GF. I mean let's be honest, shes not going to keep me warm @ night, whereas money is something that will definitely return my love. I give it 4 stars for good customer serivce. I ordered a peanut butter mood not realizing there are bananas in it. Not a fan of bananas mixed with chocolate or peanut butter. I told them I made a mistake in my order and they were nice to make me a new drink free of charge. read more

Very bad customer service. If you order a acai bowl they will ignore your order until all the customers with smoothies get served. Don't recommend it at all. While customers with smoothies go in and out you will be standing there for minutes. I don't recommend spending money on there. Very rude workers with attitude when you tell them they are missing something. So if you don't want to waste your time waiting for 15 minutes for an acai bowl I don't recommend this location. read more

Worst service ever NEVER coming back they messed up my online order didn't want to refund my money employee said "there's nothing we can do" like hello I didn't even take a zip of the drink they made me...... yet they're so quick to take my money away but won't refund after the messed up my order... one of the employees was so dry and gave attitude the whole time.... in Salinas it's better to just go to the SOUTH side one much better and far more efficient...... would've of posted this sooner but was debating whether or not to since I didn't want to put my honest review out there.... if I could give them a zero I would because that's how bad my experience was.... sad to say read more

I had a GREAT experience at this Kamba juice location- the employees were incredibly helpful and offered suggestions when asked. Matthew, this employee in particular, was extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. When one of my drinks turned out bland, he exchanged it without hesitation and with a warm smile on his face. Customers this afternoon where patient with the new cashier and Jamba. Unfortunately her co workers and manager were not. We walked in and where promptly greater by all. The concern started at the cashiers saltation. We figured something was wrong when she the cashier had trouble taking our order. At first we began to get frustrated until she announced that she was in training and was new. She asked for help with our order not once, not twice, not eve three times. She asked 4 times. Very little help came her way, meaning we had no help at all. Then there was a polite rude female employee mopping. With a sarcastic rude smile on her face she told people to "watch your step I just mopped and it's slippery". The entire team made this visit not a pleasant one. Deserves more like a 2 but because of the cashier we as a family unit agreed to give them all 3 stars. To the Manager, when your employee struggles new or not, your clients struggle. People come to this establishment to exchange currency for a product and service. I hope this is corrected because it was not fair to the new employee on the register or myself and family. read more

Service is not friendly at all. They are pretty rude and do not honor coupons. They don't even bother to scan it nor type it in they simply say they can't take it in a rude manner. They shouldn't have rude employees working there which is pretty obvious they don't want to be there. Never going there again. read more

I've been coming here for years and love it! However last week there was an issue. It was a hot day and the place gets pretty busy, especially during lunch time and I was running some errands and decided to mobile order my drink. Came in 15 mins after I placed my order and at the right time my order was suppose to be ready. Asked for my order and said it was not ready and was told there was 5 drinks before mine and was told to wait. The point of mobile ordering was to skip the line and not wait. Manager told me they were busy and that its usually a 15 min wait from the time my order was placed. it's been more than that and said I had to wait, told her I wanted my order to be cancelled because I didn't have time to wait and told her I ordered it before hand so I wouldn't. She then rudely told me "I know what time you placed your order! I can see that" but made no effort to make my drink!? and also said she has no power over the mobile ordering system so she couldn't cancel my order and that i would have to wait my turn for my order. If your doing mobile ordering to skip the line but your employees aren't following it then what's the point??! I got my drink right after but I am upset with the way the store deals with mobile ordering and with it being busy. The point is to avoid and just pick up. read more

Best Jamba Juice I have been too. Employees are so friendly and cool. It feels like family members. I been there so many times the employees no my name lol. Really enjoy the Strawberry Wild. Taste so yummy. Everyone there deserves a raise. read more
