Not sure what has happened to this location but I've never experienced such rude awful customer service compliments of Dom. Needless to say I won't be back. I'll bring my business to places like Robeks it's closer & they have the same açaí bowls. read more

Jamba - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

For starters the lid to my smoothie was not on correctly and the second I got in my car the lid popped off and the smoothie fell and slipped all over my drivers side seat. I went back inside to get a bunch of napkins where the worker asked me if everything was okay. I told her the lid was not on correctly and the smoothie spilled she didn't offer to make a new one but anyways I said it's okay though granted it took them so long to make it.. It's 110 degrees outside in Arizona and I'm trying to clean up this mess. I take a sip and the smoothie after starting to drive home and it's WARM like rotten!! It's started to smell in my car from it spilling. IM 36 WEEKS PREGNANT AND TO BE SERVED A WARM POSSIBLY ROTTEN SMOOTHIE IS APALLLING!!!. It starts smelling bad before I even get home and I had to completely remove and throw away my car seat cover and wipe everything down. I mean everything the cup holders, the center console the seat etc. we got 2 smoothies the second one was fresh and cold. read more

Jamba - Served WARM possibly rotten smoothie. Some of it missing bc the lid was not on correctly and spilled in my car it was disgusting and smelly - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

It's been years since I've been to a Jamba Juice, but I used to go regularly. I had a craving for fast fruit so I looked around to see what smoothie places were near and saw a close enough Jamba. I discovered that they have an excellent menu with clearly marked plant-based smoothies (unlike some of the others I looked at). I ventured forth and got a large mega mango. It was a perfect spot hitter, and reinvigorated my Jamba interest! Service was great - prompt and helpful. And the location was clean, with easy parking. It's always loud in a Jamba, but smells good! I'll be back! read more

I ordered a smoothie online only to show up at the store with a sign that says back in 10 minutes. When one of the employees arrived back she went inside the store and locked the door so I still can't get a drink that I ordered online over 10 minutes ago. Also, they charge a service fee to use their app. With this kind of service, I will never be using their app again. Update When I was able to get she advised that she ran out of strawberries and had to go get some. They should just disable the app so you can't order if there's no one there to process the order. read more

Always out of everything, and when you think they're not, they are. Order online and when I came in they said they ran out of ingredients. Then mark it as unavailable??? Waste of time. read more

Extremely fast and patient!! Thank you for your help today with my online order, I wish I had gotten the man's name but I appreciate the kindness read more

The prices have gotten insane for the amount given. I just paid $9 for a large smoothy and got 3/4 of a cup full. How does that make sense? lol, come on now, do better. read more

I don't normally write negative reviews but I feel this is too important not to. I've been to this location approximately three times in the last couple of months and the service has been horrible. I don't know the gentleman's name but he has been the same person working each time. He didn't greet me when I walked in, didn't ask for my order, didn't give me the total, barely spoke up to tell me my order was ready and certainly didn't thank me before I left. Sadly with the lack of customer service which is basically non-existent these days my expectations are low but this is a complete lack of any type if human interaction. I'm disappointed in this location and in management as well for not monitoring their employees and ensuring there is some basic level of customer service. I will not be returning to this location again. read more

Kaley was terrible. she refused service to me saying , "we are out of a lot of stuff" even though my drink had to be made in a pitcher she did not want to wash again. I understand, but I serve my patrons to the last minute I work, even though it was 15 minutes before close. she is a very rude employee read more

I drove specifically to this location this morning to get a Jamba juice smoothie and Google said it was open at 730am. I have to be at work by 8am so I thought this will work out perfect. I get there and the door is locked, no one in sight and it was 7:37 am when I arrived. I waited awhile, then called- no answer. So irritated!!! Why do your store hours say you open at 730 am and no one is there?!!! I took my business elsewhere. Won't be coming by this store again. read more

I live just about a block away and my Dog and I love coming here for Peanut Butter Moo'd. We walk from where we live. The staff is great and the service is good. Only issue (and it's major),..is that today and one other time in the past 9 months, no one is there. It opens at 8:00 am and 2x in the past yr I come at 9:00 am and no one is there as in door is locked and its dark inside. Both times I called the 3rd St & Bell location and got my shake. That's a problem. But when they are there,.....they are great!! read more

Service is always fast and friendly. The one disappointment was the removal of the Matcha Green Tea smoothie.

I waited 40 minutes for a small Greens N Ginger smoothie with a handwich made by the manager herself just to have never been told that it was done and sitting on the counter where I couldn't see it and for her to have never even make the handwich. By the time she was done making everyone else's online order smoothies and only 2 people who walked in and ordered in a 40 minute time frame she just walked to the back and completely disappeared but she saw me sitting at the table waiting the whole time and never said anything to me to let me know my smoothie was even done. It wasn't till the next lady who clocked in saw me sitting and helped me cancel the order. I am now 20 minutes late to work. Also please make that woman wrap her hair up as I saw her ponytail swinging back and forth hairs astray. read more

We all make mistakes and my last experience was not the best, but the manager Andrea made up for it. She was very kind and offered me a free bowl. And this one is amazing! So happy they are in the neighborhood. read more

Solid for a JJ. The store was clean and our drinks came out as expected, but the service was still kind of weird. We were greeted by a nice guy when we came in. My coworker went to pay with a gift card though and he didn't know how to apply a gift card. No big deal, he's probably new, so we see him waive over another woman working. Assuming she's probably manager on duty or something.... well she doesn't know how to check us out with a gift card either. She has a stack of papers she is reading and trying to follow to complete the transaction. After at least 5 minutes or so, we were finally done paying, but the entire transaction was just kind of odd. How do you have no one working who knows how to use a gift card? That can't be a rare occurrence. Totally understand if they were both new, and maybe they were, but shouldn't you have someone with them training? And if they weren't new..... I'm baffled. There was no communication as she tried to figure it out either. We weren't in a rush and it wasn't a big deal but they didn't even say "sorry, I need to figure this out". But hey, at least the drinks were good! Just come with cash or card. read more

I believe this is was the Jamba Juice I stopped by to pick up some good ol Jamba Juice, but yes amazing. A normal warm beautiful day in Arizona, so a quick stop to your favorite and very own. But yes, ordered my usual White Gummy, and also wondered about some pretzels or something hmmm? Lol, but anyways yes a good place and very nice boutique feel too. And also makes we wonder wonder if there are other places like this around lol. Peace yall, from Bell to Scottsdale. read more

Jamba Juice is always slow, but the employees at this place- seems like it's hit or miss. Half of them seem to have no "ganas" and don't even try to look like they care how long you wait. One girl messes up my order (there was one drink on my entire order... so???) two times. First- I had to wait as if I were waiting the length of time for two drinks where they're apparently waiting for the fruit to sun ripen on their secret roof garden or something before harvesting. Second-- they didn't even offer me the first mistake to take with me, just threw it away, and didn't offer a refund or voucher. This was a 25 minute ordeal for a medium orange juice, no ice. Turns out there was something going on with the citrus juicer and they didn't warn me that it could take a while. That is majorly inconsiderate for an $8 drink. Moral of the story? I recommend you make sure you have the time to wait for what you paid for and maybe even call ahead to order, if they do that. read more

I just went into the store and if you want the best customer service ever you need to go here! No joke the Guy with orange hair and the lady with brownish hair and highlights and pretty eyelashes are so friendly and and helped me out with my drink of choice by giving me so many recommendations and options. In the end I chose an aloha pineapple I substituted the banana for extra pineapple fruit. Since there was no one else in the building we made small talk about the Halloween. this is the best customer service I have received from a business! read more

Placed a mobile order and when I arrived I waited 40 minutes for my order because everyone that walked in was helped first.

It pains me to come to this point with jamba juice. But its No longer worth the money. Its mostly ice and completely not consistent. Nice staff but there is too much competition for a cup loaded mostly with ice and little product. And on top of it I spent time to download the app to get rewards and specials to find out they don't actually have a rewards reader in the store. Lame read more

First time here I asked the man for suggestions he said he didn't know. Then I pay for the drinks and I pay 22 for two medium sized drinks then after I pay he tells me what I got wasn't going to be good and he didn't even offer to switch it out for me after I already tried it and paid for it! I threw my drink away because it was disgusting and he said I assumed I knew what I was doing even though I asked him for a suggestion ! So I'm kind of pissed off at the fact that he couldnt even switch it out read more

We come here often, because it's very close to our house. The drinks are very good, but the owner is kinda rude as well as "clueless" I would say, like the first two times I thought she was new, come to find out she was the owner! Lol (also I would say only half the amount of the time she was rude). The other staff that we have dealt with are very nice btw! Overall this location is okay. read more

I'd five star this place if it wasn't for the workers. I come in around 12:30 today and I'm happy walking in. Who wouldn't be when you're getting a smoothie on a 100° day? I ask how the girl is behind the counter and she stares at me blankly, like I somehow offended her by asking such a question. Through the order, I felt like I was somehow inconveniencing her. And when I added a booster, she sighs heavily and completely rolls her eyes. I just couldn't believe how rude she was for no reason at all. We all have bad days, but being blatantly rude for no reason is completely mind blowing. Smoothie king is down the road. Next time I'll be going there. read more

Jamba Juice is great! Love the smoothies, reminds me of my childhood. Jamba Juice days in school were always a blessing on a hot summer day!

Why waste my time driving there again? They are always out of stuff. Specially oranges.

If you are expecting a good smoothie from Jamba, turn away! This place may have the name, but their product is not what I know Jamba to be. I ordered my usual Strawberry Whirl with whey protein and two sips and I had to throw it out. It didn't even taste like strawberries! All I tasted was whey... ick! My husband's smoothie was pretty bad too. What a waste of $10! read more

Berry Lime sublime still my favorite! Thanks for continuing to make even though it's not on the current menu. Yum!

My daughter and I decided to do a quick stop here, after shopping at Frys across the street. We decided to order the strawberry banans smoothie. It was good, but pricey. Frankly, I liked the smoothie better at Dairy Queen. read more

So frustrating that Jamba Juice stores are not consistent with what drinks are offered. I ALWAYS get the Strawberry Surf Rider and Green Tea Macha mixed together. I buy the large size because I was told when mixing the two together I have to buy the large size, which is totally fine with me! I go to this Jamba Juice on 40th St and Thunderbird and they tell me they can't do that....? Why? The lady at the register was rude and said "because we dont". All the other Jamba Juice will mix the two for me and she said we don't do that here? I told her I would just go to a different Jamba Juice that will make my drink for me. So frustrating and horrible service. Be consistent read more

Good smoothies just poor service and over priced! But the smoothies are just so good they keep you coming back!
