It's been years since I've been to a Jamba Juice, but I used to go regularly. I had a craving for fast fruit so I looked around to see what smoothie places were near and saw a close enough Jamba. I discovered that they have an excellent menu with clearly marked plant-based smoothies (unlike some of the others I looked at). I ventured forth and got a large mega mango. It was a perfect spot hitter, and reinvigorated my Jamba interest! Service was great - prompt and helpful. And the location was clean, with easy parking. It's always loud in a Jamba, but smells good! For starters the lid to my smoothie was not on correctly and the second I got in my car the lid popped off and the smoothie fell and slipped all over my drivers side seat. I went back inside to get a bunch of napkins where the worker asked me if everything was okay. I told her the lid was not on correctly and the smoothie spilled she didn't offer to make a new one but anyways I said it's okay though granted it took them so long to make it.. It's 110 degrees outside in Arizona and I'm trying to clean up this mess. I take a sip and the smoothie after starting to drive home and it's WARM like rotten!! It's started to smell in my car from it spilling. IM 36 WEEKS PREGNANT AND TO BE SERVED A WARM POSSIBLY ROTTEN SMOOTHIE IS APALLLING!!!. It starts smelling bad before I even get home and I had to completely remove and throw away my car seat cover and wipe everything down. I ordered a smoothie online only to show up at the store with a sign that says back in 10 minutes. When one of the employees arrived back she went inside the store and locked the door so I still can't get a drink that I ordered online over 10 minutes ago. Also, they charge a service fee to use their app. With this kind of service, I will never be using their app again. Update When I was able to get she advised that she ran out of strawberries and had to go get some. They should just disable the app so you can't order if there's no one there to process the order. read more

I don't normally write negative reviews but I feel this is too important not to. I've been to this location approximately three times in the last couple of months and the service has been horrible. I don't know the gentleman's name but he has been the same person working each time. He didn't greet me when I walked in, didn't ask for my order, didn't give me the total, barely spoke up to tell me my order was ready and certainly didn't thank me before I left. Sadly with the lack of customer service which is basically non-existent these days my expectations are low but this is a complete lack of any type if human interaction. I'm disappointed in this location and in management as well for not monitoring their employees and ensuring there is some basic level of customer service. I drove specifically to this location this morning to get a Jamba juice smoothie and Google said it was open at 730am. I have to be at work by 8am so I thought this will work out perfect. I get there and the door is locked, no one in sight and it was 7:37 am when I arrived. I waited awhile, then called- no answer. So irritated!!! Service is always fast and friendly. The one disappointment was the removal of the Matcha Green Tea smoothie.

I live just about a block away and my Dog and I love coming here for Peanut Butter Moo'd. We walk from where we live. The staff is great and the service is good. Only issue (and it's major),..is that today and one other time in the past 9 months, no one is there. It opens at 8:00 am and 2x in the past yr I come at 9:00 am and no one is there as in door is locked and its dark inside. Both times I called the 3rd St & Bell location and got my shake. I waited 40 minutes for a small Greens N Ginger smoothie with a handwich made by the manager herself just to have never been told that it was done and sitting on the counter where I couldn't see it and for her to have never even make the handwich. By the time she was done making everyone else's online order smoothies and only 2 people who walked in and ordered in a 40 minute time frame she just walked to the back and completely disappeared but she saw me sitting at the table waiting the whole time and never said anything to me to let me know my smoothie was even done. It wasn't till the next lady who clocked in saw me sitting and helped me cancel the order. I am now 20 minutes late to work. Also please make that woman wrap her hair up as I saw her ponytail swinging back and forth hairs astray. read more

Solid for a JJ. The store was clean and our drinks came out as expected, but the service was still kind of weird. We were greeted by a nice guy when we came in. My coworker went to pay with a gift card though and he didn't know how to apply a gift card. No big deal, he's probably new, so we see him waive over another woman working. Assuming she's probably manager on duty or something.... well she doesn't know how to check us out with a gift card either. She has a stack of papers she is reading and trying to follow to complete the transaction. After at least 5 minutes or so, we were finally done paying, but the entire transaction was just kind of odd. How do you have no one working who knows how to use a gift card? That can't be a rare occurrence. Totally understand if they were both new, and maybe they were, but shouldn't you have someone with them training? And if they weren't new..... I'm baffled. There was no communication as she tried to figure it out either. We weren't in a rush and it wasn't a big deal but they didn't even say "sorry, I need to figure this out". Jamba Juice is always slow, but the employees at this place- seems like it's hit or miss. Half of them seem to have no "ganas" and don't even try to look like they care how long you wait. One girl messes up my order (there was one drink on my entire order... so???) two times. First- I had to wait as if I were waiting the length of time for two drinks where they're apparently waiting for the fruit to sun ripen on their secret roof garden or something before harvesting. Second-- they didn't even offer me the first mistake to take with me, just threw it away, and didn't offer a refund or voucher. This was a 25 minute ordeal for a medium orange juice, no ice. Turns out there was something going on with the citrus juicer and they didn't warn me that it could take a while. That is majorly inconsiderate for an $8 drink. Moral of the story? I recommend you make sure you have the time to wait for what you paid for and maybe even call ahead to order, if they do that. read more

I just went into the store and if you want the best customer service ever you need to go here! No joke the Guy with orange hair and the lady with brownish hair and highlights and pretty eyelashes are so friendly and and helped me out with my drink of choice by giving me so many recommendations and options. In the end I chose an aloha pineapple I substituted the banana for extra pineapple fruit. We come here often, because it's very close to our house. The drinks are very good, but the owner is kinda rude as well as "clueless" I would say, like the first two times I thought she was new, come to find out she was the owner! I'd five star this place if it wasn't for the workers. I come in around 12:30 today and I'm happy walking in. Who wouldn't be when you're getting a smoothie on a 100° day? I ask how the girl is behind the counter and she stares at me blankly, like I somehow offended her by asking such a question. Through the order, I felt like I was somehow inconveniencing her. And when I added a booster, she sighs heavily and completely rolls her eyes. I just couldn't believe how rude she was for no reason at all. The peach paradise is my favorite but I have tried many other from strawberry to pomegranate. This store is clean and the staff is pleasant. So frustrating that Jamba Juice stores are not consistent with what drinks are offered. I ALWAYS get the Strawberry Surf Rider and Green Tea Macha mixed together. I buy the large size because I was told when mixing the two together I have to buy the large size, which is totally fine with me!
