I haven't been to a jambajuice that has been so loudly irritating. I had my 1 year old in there with me, and he was fine until we walked in there and had two of the girls start yelling right in front of him without letting up. He freaked out and started crying so I went to step out only to have another employee yell "OMG, he is so cute", which set him off even more. Why would you yell at a crying baby? I never leave reviews, but after seeing so many other reviews with a similar experience, I had to. TERRIBLE service. There were 3 girls working, and they had what I thought were 3 customers. Their max capacity at this moment is 3 in the store (sign with big, bold letters, pointing to their first sign asking you to "stop and count"). Waited outside for a few minutes. They (both workers and customers) looked at me several times but never actually acknowledged me. It looked like they were wrapping up with the customers, so I waited a little longer. After waiting for over 10-15 minutes outside, I realized that their 3 customers were actually their friends and it looked like they were just giving them as many free snacks and smoothies/bowls they wanted. The workers and the "customers" were laughing together, some of their customers went into the area where the smoothies are made. That didn't bother me. What bothered me was the fact that the workers had no sense of urgency, and did not seem to care that two separate customers were waiting outside to order, so me and another woman who was waiting just left. Been here a few times now and Karen and her staff are absolutely delightful. I've tried a couple if smoothies now and I think I've settled with the mega mango with a 3G shot (?). WORST JAMBA JUICE EVER!!!. Save your money and don't come too this location. I ordered 2 drinks close too $15 in the beginning of December. Two young men were working. They messed up both of my drinks. Upon taking the first sip of one the kid was already stating that he could make another one because he knew he messed it up, at the time I didn't want too stick around for 20 more minutes. Got in the car and tasted the other smoothie and that one tasted like shit too. Called the store, gave them my girlfriends name and they said they would come the drinks. Went back today on 12/10/15 and spoke with a girl named "Arealy". She made me wait 15 minutes for her too try and get both the guys and that messed up my drinks on the phone...on their day off..on a Sunday. After she said she got ahold of them and they don't remember making the drinks it doesn't surprise me because they make hundreds off drinks a month. I told her I payed with my card and they could verify that I purchased them. Bottom line is we left their with no drinks, Arealy embarrassed us, made us look like we were lieng. She said she got her manager named Patty on the phone and then the manager didn't want to make it right either! We have been to this location a total of 2 times. I would not even give this place a 1 Star, if it had that option. I buy(passed tense now) from this location 3-5 times a week, as it is right across from my work. I tried to always see past them being out of certain fruits or slooooooow service. After today, I will never go there again. In addition to other items, I always buy an oatmeal to go. You get your option of two included toppings with it. This is a small little cup that they never fill up. I asked the girl working if she could fill it up for me as I always pass on the toppings that they leave space for. When she handed it to me, she said "by the way, I filled it up for you yesterday, and I won't be doing it again. It shows a shortage at the end of the month". Really? I'm embarrassed to say that I spend about $100 or more a month at this place. When I asked to "fill it up" , they are only adding an extra 2 tablespoons! It's oatmeal for God's sake, not caviar! I told her that she should have a overage then on all the bananas, blueberries, and strawberries that I don't take as the included toppings. She was rude and didn't care. It's too bad that Jamba Juice has such and illogical thinking, non-business savvy employee working for them. My son and I decided to stop by last night at 8:45 they close at 9pm. They had everything put away including the cash register, the two girls working there were immediately upset as soon as we walk in, they had to pull out the register and proceed to take my order with a really bad attitude and rushed to make our smoothies, we drove away and the smoothies tasted horrible, they had no flavor and there was big pieces of ice. After trying my sons I realized it had a taste like soap or some type of chemical in it. I'm glad I pay with my bank card since otherwise I wouldn't have proof of my purchase since the girl didn't offer me or gave me a receipt. I was also over charged, she told me the total was $9 and some change and my bank acct shows $11 I guess they feel like they can charge whatever they want. Very disappointed of this experience. This place is great to go for the yummy bowls! Nice priced and so good... Go for the Pitaya bowl!! Staff is knowledgable and trained to create the product so good that it will keep you coming back. One lady there is super great at working with customers and I have witnessed watching her with people. I'm always at a Jamba Juice, and the selection and taste is always good. Except at this location. I was told that a scoop of ice is added to every cup. There is always extra, so after the ice blend, you only get half of the flavor. I'll be going to my other Jamba Juice locations in future, just not this one. Jamba Juice should only stick to JUICES! Offering $7.65 Acai Bowls loaded up with "extra bananas", due to lack of blueberries or strawberries is not acceptable. On two separate occasions we have ordered Acai bowls and charged only to be told while they are in the process of making the bowl "we are out of berries and awaiting our shipment"... Why does lack of proper planning of needed, key ingredients make this an acceptable excuse that should be understood? Surely this is not an exception, but a $ earning strategy derived by management to train employees to offer inexpensive bananas in place of pricey berries. To make the situation worse, when employees were asked for a managers contact information, you'd a thought you were asking for keys to the store. Employees were almost insulted that I wanted to point out this bad situation and wanted to speak with a manager. The " I'll take your number and have the manager call you" routine was offered. I won't hold my breath waiting as I overload on $ 7.65 worth of banana slices while Yelping! Finally, since the manager was being guarded like Fort Knox, I mentioned to the untrained servers that it would have been best to let people know what ingredients they were out of prior to accepting an order and charging... I usually go to juice it up because they make fresh juices and they customize if you want. But today stopped here and to our surprise they make fresh juices now! Their variety is ok. I was kinda questionable on their "red veggie juice" they add to a Beet it up (or something like that) juice which I thought was just beets juice but unfortunately its a concentrate of beets, kale and some other stuff. So those of you who juice can totally relate to my skepticism. Also some of their prefix fresh juices have way too many fruits in it. I hate sounding like a pretentious juicer but too many fruits in a juice means LOTS of sugar. Otherwise I totally dig that they're all about fresh juicing. When she finally did, they were out of soy milk which was what the two items I wanted included. Couldn't even try the new acai bowl like they advertised because they were limited on supplies. Normally i don't write reviews especially bad ones cause i always figure they were having a bad day or maybe tomorrow things will be better. BUT not in this case, i am a repeat customer and i always try to go in every early morning. lately it seems as though the employees don't listen and give lots of attitude when you try to correct or tell them that's not what you ordered, i order my drink with extra fruit (and pay for it) and it never has extra fruit in it. When i order a certain size they always give me those little to go baby cups which i do not have enough hands to carry nor do i want to carry an extra little cup around with me. All i want is the proper size of smoothie i order and whatever else i may order so that i can go to work. Today's experience is why i am writing this review, i ordered a medium drink with a Parmesan pretzel, i got a small drink with a baby cup cause apparently that's what was stated on the receipt and a cinnamon pretzel. IRRITATING. (BTW it was not busy, i was the first customer it looked like and there were only a few behind me) hopefully they can get it together cause they are the only Jamba Juice near me and i am seriously thinking of taking my business elsewhere. read more
