Today. I decided to try the Peanut Butter Mo'od again since the one I ordered in Puna Kai was made differently. I've recently learned that Jamba has changed its recipe for the smoothies to make them light and fluffier. This smoothie was made to standard but not a good product for me. This location is always clean and friendly. The too only have 1 employee working. Fortunately, I was the only customer so I received full customer service. Much Appreciated

    Straight to the trash.

Striking out with Jamba Juice lately. This one was open at 725pm on July 2 (sign on the window says 8pm) but no one was in the front of house. I waited. A few minutes passed and suddenly a teenage guy appeared. He says nothing. He walked to the register, says nothing. I say hello, he says nothing. Wth? Are you mute, sir? Anyway. I ordered a Chunky Strawberry bowl. These used to be SO good. What the heck happened? I actually threw the entire thing away. Wasted $12. Have you ever eaten a FOAMY banana? It is, disgusting. The base had no flavor, there's supposed to be peanut butter in there .. there was none. The granola was stale and more likened to Rice Crispy cereal. Garbage. With sh!tty customer service to boot.

Let's try the lychee and fave banana bread x two

1-12-2022 It's one of those Ho Hum days when the weather is overcast, the surf is high on the North Shore more so tomorrow with another swell coming in. Made a bigger than usual breakfast so for lunch, Jamba was the first place that came to mind. Before all this COVID business appeared, a Jamba smoothie and a banana loaf were my favorite duo items any time of day, many times a week. Recently I've started leaning towards Açaí Primo bowl with blueberries instead of strawberries. If it's not strawberry season, it's not red enough or lusciously naturally sweet to me. I like the granola on the top with coconut flakes and honey drizzled on top. It gives the blueberries an enticing sheen and the flavor, the perfect combo. Matcha, Orange Dream and Chocolate Mood are my fave smoothies-I'll never turn down an offer. Seems the banana loaf has diminished in size but you have to watch if they over heat it which may cause burnt edges or a side and become hard. The kiddies like the White Gummie drink. Tidbit: Did you know when the first of the 3 grandchildren were born I was asked what I wanted to be called. Grandma? Nana? What was my reply? They call me Gummie.

I love Jamba! I love my lychee with boba..I normally don't come here to this location, maybe once a month.. I like moanalua shopping center better.. staff are friendly and service always good.. This location though is a bit different.. cashier doesn't acknowledge you at all not even a smile or even just a simple hello to greet a customer.. or ask if you are ready to order.. I had to ask the cashier if he was ready to take my order. ambience wise, sucks, it's too warm, maybe that's why the employees are miserable. At least the person who made my drink was nicer, he at least said "thank you and have a nice day" he should've been the cashier..

    nice and clean lobby

This is my go-to Jamba location. The service is quick and my drink is always so yummy! I tried their new cranberry drink today and it was creamy and delicious. I highly recommend this location!

This isn't my first time, nor my first bad experience at this location. There's no leadership or management here either. Seems like there was one was older than twenty in here. Last time I was here, my order was wrong, the time before that they tried to give me someone else's order. This time, the order was correct, BUT the acai bowl was half full. How do you measure these bowls? Isn't there a measuring tool that tells you how much acai, how much fruits to use? I've had half bowls at other locations as well. If the acai bowl is half full, then refund me for the other half that other customers get. Can this be considered a class action is they are consistently ripping customers off by filling half the container here and there? Who teaches these kids to staple the paper bags? A kindergartener? The bag wasn't even sealed or folded and just stapled all over the place. If no one can run this place like a proper business, the franchise owner should shut it down. I don't like writing so many negative reviews, but it's the only way to contact anyone at this business. I've tried contacting them through their website but their communication only works one way, from them apologizing to me and that's it. I can't start any conversation or reply. My wife loves acai bowls and can't find other local business that have them so we tolerate this business. But I will not be given half bowls of acai for the same price without letting people know.

    Vanilla blue sky bowl

I don't know what they did with my order but basically I ordered the vanilla blue sky bowl with extra banana's and I don't even know what they gave me. Pure disgust

So disappointing. The bowl barely half full and the açaí bowl wasn't even mixed in properly. Bad service.
    Shelcy C.

Barely any food in my bowl. It was literally 60% full. So disappointing. The bowl wasn't even mixed properly. I asked the young lady behind the counter if it's supposed to be that way and she said ya. But, seems like they are lacking leadership and guidance and only young high schoolers work at the shop. Disappointing.

    PB moo'd. Barely chocolate flavored.

Tonight, Sun 7pm, service was good. Greeted fine. Taste of both pb moo'd & orange dream was off. First thot, not as cold, skimped ice...know how can barely suck it up? Thin & lacking flavor. Barely taste chocolate, no banana or pb flavor detected. Overwhelming flavor: sweet. Anemic color. Is it because hour before closing or skimping like everyone else? Orange dream mainly orange...where's the creaminess? Disappointed when favorites change :(

    Diva G.

Perfect refreshing drink to grab and go post hike/hunt or just whenever really. I love when my smoothies are blended so well and not left chunky. Orange dream machine is our go to. Off the menu flavors like pink starburst and white gummy bear are my next favs when I crave for it. Staffs usually friendly and the area inside is spacious yet other customers just don't know how to stand on their own dang circle so I had to wait on the order side smh. A bunch of soldiers came in after me and decided to crowd and stare at the menu. Maybe leave a visible menu on the glass door/window so large groups can just send one or two in?

I have been struggling with finding decent coffee shops on Oahu with lots of space to study and hangout and this one checked all the boxes. Unfortunately, parking can be limited. I read on Yelp to park in the back on Ohai St. or you can parallel park on the street (which is kinda scary since this a busy road!). I got lucky on a Thursday morning. Workers are friendly. I was able to order a caramel macchiato and it was delicious. I however didn't realize they had their Fall menu and I kinda wish I saw it sooner so I could try a drink from there instead. I also ordered a Bacon Burrito (which I learned was from Tequeria El Ranchero next door) so I was excited to try it. However, I would not order this again. The spinach was tough and made my entire burrito hard to eat. Honestly I love this space. Great for studying, hanging out with friends, and getting work done. Certain tables have outlets nearby too. I'm looking forward to coming here again someday!

Yes you heard me isn't that amazing! Though sadly it's a grab and go situation as there's isn't any seating but is a lovely spot right at the front of the market and is very busy is something that I expected with just a singular staff working it all I was impressed. With a full menu of selection it did take me a moment to decide but I just can't go wrong with Lemon Black tea and decided to keep it simple as it was just a hot and humid day. The gentleman before me ordered 8 drinks so I took the opportunity to explore the supermarket as I wait and was quite impressed of how this Mililani location was very different. Once my drink was ready it was made perfect and the staff was just a delight was a very nice vibe and know that when in Mililani this is the place for me. Thank you!

We ended up getting two flights: Flight 1: Lilikoi Cider, Guava Lava Cider, and their rotating seasonal flavor, Lychee Hard Seltzer. All so tropical and well-balanced! Flight 2 (Hard Seltzers): Mango & Li Hing Mui, Mojito, and Ube Blu Bae. The flight pours are super generous, you get three 5-oz pours per flight! Every single flavor hit the spot, but the Lilikoi and Lychee were total standouts. Huge shoutout to Brett, who checked us out at the end!
