I'm not one to write bad reviews, but this one was pretty bad. My other half and I walked in and the AC wasn't working. They didn't even bother to open the door to let some air in or put up some sort of signage indicating that the AC wasn't working. It was stuffy for both the staff and customers. The person taking our order was so quiet that we couldn't hear anything he was saying, and he didn't repeat our order back to us at the least. Our order was simple: 2 drinks and 12 pcs mozzarella bites, and it came out to $37. We heard one of the girls finish making the drinks first, and they were left sitting on the counter to melt while the mozzarella bites weren't even thrown into the oven yet. Once the bites were finally done, the guy handed us 3 drinks, and we were both confused probably why the total was $37. The drinks were already separating and melted. When I checked the bites as well, they were melted and burnt together. The bites are premade, so you would think warming them up would be pretty simple. Overall, I would not recommend coming here. It's not worth it. One of the worst experiences we've had. read more

Definitely not the best but in a pinch it'll do. They did mess up one order as I said no coconut as the wife doesn't like it. But it came covered. Overall would probably stick to the smoothies as the açaí bowls are the same price as the small shops. read more

Today. I decided to try the Peanut Butter Mo'od again since the one I ordered in Puna Kai was made differently. I've recently learned that Jamba has changed its recipe for the smoothies to make them light and fluffier. This smoothie was made to standard but not a good product for me. This location is always clean and friendly. The too only have 1 employee working. Fortunately, I was the only customer so I received full customer service. Much Appreciated read more

Striking out with Jamba Juice lately. This one was open at 725pm on July 2 (sign on the window says 8pm) but no one was in the front of house. I waited. A few minutes passed and suddenly a teenage guy appeared. He says nothing. He walked to the register, says nothing. I say hello, he says nothing. Wth? Are you mute, sir? Anyway. I ordered a Chunky Strawberry bowl. These used to be SO good. What the heck happened? I actually threw the entire thing away. Wasted $12. Have you ever eaten a FOAMY banana? It is, disgusting. The base had no flavor, there's supposed to be peanut butter in there .. there was none. The granola was stale and more likened to Rice Crispy cereal. Garbage. With sh!tty customer service to boot. read more

Always awesome and I love the reward program I go there so often that the reward program also gives me free items all the time

1-12-2022 It's one of those Ho Hum days when the weather is overcast, the surf is high on the North Shore more so tomorrow with another swell coming in. Made a bigger than usual breakfast so for lunch, Jamba was the first place that came to mind. Before all this COVID business appeared, a Jamba smoothie and a banana loaf were my favorite duo items any time of day, many times a week. Recently I've started leaning towards Açaí Primo bowl with blueberries instead of strawberries. If it's not strawberry season, it's not red enough or lusciously naturally sweet to me. I like the granola on the top with coconut flakes and honey drizzled on top. It gives the blueberries an enticing sheen and the flavor, the perfect combo. Matcha, Orange Dream and Chocolate Mood are my fave smoothies-I'll never turn down an offer. Seems the banana loaf has diminished in size but you have to watch if they over heat it which may cause burnt edges or a side and become hard. The kiddies like the White Gummie drink. Tidbit: Did you know when the first of the 3 grandchildren were born I was asked what I wanted to be called. Grandma? Nana? What was my reply? They call me Gummie. read more

I love Jamba! I love my lychee with boba..I normally don't come here to this location, maybe once a month.. I like moanalua shopping center better.. staff are friendly and service always good.. This location though is a bit different.. cashier doesn't acknowledge you at all not even a smile or even just a simple hello to greet a customer.. or ask if you are ready to order.. I had to ask the cashier if he was ready to take my order. ambience wise, sucks, it's too warm, maybe that's why the employees are miserable. At least the person who made my drink was nicer, he at least said "thank you and have a nice day" he should've been the cashier.. read more

I decided to give this Jamba another shot! I started going every morning (on the days I work). I keep forgetting to ask for his name, but he's my favorite worker. He always greets you enthusiastically, and when he's busy he still acknowledges you. You can tell when someone sees you as just a customer, and when someone's sees you as a valued guest. After just one day of coming in, he remembers me & my order. The smoothies he makes are super good & the best thing is THEYRE CONSISTENTLY GOOD! He's also pretty fast at making them, so you're always in and out. You never feel like a nuisance for adding extras in. I'm glad I met him because I was tired of driving to the other Jamba. read more

This isn't my first time, nor my first bad experience at this location. There's no leadership or management here either. Seems like there was one was older than twenty in here. Last time I was here, my order was wrong, the time before that they tried to give me someone else's order. This time, the order was correct, BUT the acai bowl was half full. How do you measure these bowls? Isn't there a measuring tool that tells you how much acai, how much fruits to use? I've had half bowls at other locations as well. If the acai bowl is half full, then refund me for the other half that other customers get. Can this be considered a class action is they are consistently ripping customers off by filling half the container here and there? Who teaches these kids to staple the paper bags? A kindergartener? The bag wasn't even sealed or folded and just stapled all over the place. If no one can run this place like a proper business, the franchise owner should shut it down. I don't like writing so many negative reviews, but it's the only way to contact anyone at this business. I've tried contacting them through their website but their communication only works one way, from them apologizing to me and that's it. I can't start any conversation or reply. My wife loves acai bowls and can't find other local business that have them so we tolerate this business. But I will not be given half bowls of acai for the same price without letting people know. read more

What could improve is their customer service. Came today 6/28 @ 1127am and there was a guy working the register. No hi what can I get for you, no hello good morning. Staffs usually friendly and the area inside is spacious yet other customers just don't know how to stand on their own dang circle so I had to wait on the order side smh. Update: If I could give this place a zero star, I would. Again, zero customer service. I entered the store, no one greeted me. I walked up to the register to order, still no one acknowledged me. I waited a few minutes,a female approached the register (sorry I do not have her name but I can sort of describe her...she had curly hair dark hair, brown skin and a mole on her face). She seemed to be changing out the cash register paper or something. She didn't even care to look up at me. She looked over towards the other two employees that were busy, saying she would help them when she's done. Even then she still has not acknowledged me, nor say I'll be a minute, absolutely nothing. When she was finished with the paper and register, she turned, walked away and began helping the two employees making drinks. I stood there in absolute shock of the clear nonexistent customer service/care. I turned and walked out. Not going to put my hard earned money into a place that has zero customer service/ human decency. I've been in the Customer service industry for over 30 years. Why is there no training of customer service?...smh. What a disappointment. read more

Jamba - Acai Super Antioxidant Smoothie - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Mililani, Hawaii

I gave them a second chance from the last time I ordered an açaí bowl it was frozen sherbet. Here is the story, We went to Jamba on a hot hot day, I ordered an açaí bowl as my dad went to foodland to get some goods. But as I was waiting, I didn't hear the blender I was confused then it was ready (it took a little while) so I took it to the car and I took a bite. Frozen sherbet... 11. 29 $ for sherbet, and the bananas were mushy and overripe. Only the toppings were good. In summary, don't get açaí bowl get smoothie, especially don't get açaí bowl from here. read more

I should start this off by saying I have yet to encounter a problem with the staff at this particular location. The reasoning behind such a low rating would be more of a concern regarding the conditions I've noticed in the store. I went in a couple of weeks ago and noticed that this location's air conditioning wasn't functioning. I received quick service and my smoothie was made in a timely manner so at the time I thought nothing of it. However, I dropped by a couple afternoons ago and it was rather easy to take notice of the uncomfortable heat. Upon expressing my sympathies to the staff I learned that the a/c being down had become the recent norm. This left me rather concerned considering a lot of their products stay out in the store, not to mention those poor workers! read more

If I could give a 0 rating, that's what it would be. First off, I'm a weekly customer because my son loves the smoothies; however, our customer experience is normally always disappointing. Either it's very slow service or having to ask for straws or a spoon when ordering an açaí bowl, and getting a snub behavior when doing so. Now, I've excused the above experiences; however, today's experience was simply inexcusable. Today, we visited the Mililani Shopping Center location. As we entered, I noticed there were three workers, and no other customers. We were greeted by what seemed to be the day supervisor, which was great; however, we waited in front of the register for a good 2-2-1/2 minutes, until I overheard the "supervisor" asking a worker to help my son and I. Note, we were still the only ones in the place. The female worker then proceeds to walk up to the register and just look at me with a disgusted look, as if I was bothering her or she did not want to help me. She did not say one word...no greeting, or even how can I help you? NOTHING!!!! She just stared at me to say something. Now, tell me how this is okay???? These employees must be skipping their customer service training, because they clearly do not know what good customer service is. As an individual who has 25+ years of experience in the customer service industry, I was appalled at what happened today, as it is not how paying patrons should be treated when they are giving a place business. I am hoping this message reaches the franchise owner of this location to ensure these employees receive the proper customer service training essential to every business! read more

This is the closest Jamba to our house but I still visit the Town Center location more often because I don't care for Shopping Center's parking situation. Although I'm sure it's nice that this location isn't crazy crowded after school hours. This one feels bigger or more spacious than TC location though, and the sun doesn't beam in here either. Everything else is pretty much the same as far as products offered. No complaints, it's within walking distance so definitely our go to for breakfasts when the kids have morning school activities. I just came over from the town center location... there were a few people who already ordered and 3 in front of me... I waited for about 5 min when I realized no one was going to take our order...so I drove over here... this location is wayyyy faster. Upon entering the store, I was quickly greeted with a friendly hello. There were a few people who already ordered and a lady in front of me ordering.... When it was my turn I didn't feel rushed when placing my order. The cashier patiently waited till I was ready and completely done ordering. When she was done taking orders she quickly put on gloves and went to go help make the orders.... Loved how everyone was busy working trying to fulfill all the orders. read more

Twice I did an online order and it wasn't ready when I got there. The second time I asked them if there is something wrong with the online order and they said "we're not sure". I explained how I would order it ahead of time and would arrive at the pick up time (the second time was 20 minutes after ordering) but it was never ready and asked if she could let the manager know. She walked away and didn't respond. As I was leaving she and another worker said "have a nice day!"(it made me uncomfortable to eat my bowl because I wasn't sure if they did anything to it). Also, when I pick up my order (both times) they had JUST printed up the order AFTER I told them I'm picking up my order. I'm not sure if it's the machine or they're just not checking(I'm not too sure how it works but I'm sure it shouldn't be like this). Also, in the past I would get watery drinks or half of what a normal bowl would be. I put up with it because it's so close to my house, but I think I'm about done. I hope it changes. Oh. There was no apology. Both times. read more

First time to this location. Let me just say... first impressions are the most important impressions. We ordered a strawberry whirl w/vanilla soy milk, along with a nutty almond butter bowl. We just left the place and sat in the car to eat our nutty bowl. First off let me say.. to the employees that were working today..01/26/19...if you know your bananas are over ripe and mushy.. why would you serve that to the customers? Would you those mushy bananas? I don't think so. It really was a disgusting texture to handle while trying to enjoy something we never ate before. It was like serving us rotting fruits. We finally tasted the strawberry whirl smoothie with vanilla soy milk and honestly, I feel like they just filled the entire blender with ice and added in some strawberry and "hopefully" they added in the soy milk as well. But it really doesn't taste like a smoothie at all. It's more of a creamy substance with no flavor ice blend. I am so disappointed. We just wasted our money on this. We ended up throwing it away because I couldn't bare eating the mush and sipping on ice. read more

Giving this 3 1/2 stars. This Jamba Juice is much more friendly than the other Mililani location. Their smoothies also seem much thicker than the other one. You know when they pound the side of the blender to get the contents out into your cup, that is a good sign. I did visit once with my kids at least a year ago and they each ordered a smoothie. My daughter looked at her smoothie and promptly said "this isn't what I ordered." I asked the staff and all 3 of them stood around the cup looking dumbfounded. They then decided to remake the smoothie and it came out a completely different color. You would think they would know what the finished products more or less look like -- even my 8 year old daughter knew it wasn't the right one. Typical Jamba menu and pricing. Prices have gone up over the years which is why I took away one star. read more

I hate to do this but it happened again! I came in with a coupon I recieved by email and had an issue. I asked prior to placing my order if I could order one of the "new" items and get a different "new" item free. The cashier asked to see my coupon and said that would be fine. Before I could even walk away from the register the same girl I had issues with last time came over and said I needed to order an existing menu item to get the "new" item free. The cashier told her it didn't specify that on the coupon. The girl then preceeded to ask to see the coupon herself. I showed it to her and told her that I had this problem before. She apologized and agreed to process the order as it was. I thanked her and waited for my drinks. When I went up to get my drinks she tried to explain that the drink I ordered wasn't a smoothie and that's probably why they didn't word it differently on the coupon. I was a little annoyed at the fact that she bothered to try to make excuses and told her it looked like a smoothie to me and walked out.
