This morning I stopped in at 615 ,and the guys were nice and all.i I asked for an oatmeal...it wouldn't be ready for another 5 or so minutes,is that ok he asked...frankly I said no,and left...I just don't have time to stand around waiting in the morning..I just don't think stuff should be ready when they open...but that's my opinion. read more

Nice location! Usually pretty fast...I get the Strawberry Surfer...mmm, mmm, mmm! And then wander over to one of the few bookstores left. Can't go wrong read more

what? it's 90 degrees outside again? well, that's just a normal day here by the mission trails. what's more perfect that a 16oz of mega mango (no pineapple juice) to quench my thirst? now, i've gotta teach this location what i mean by "chunky." read more

Fresh squeezed carrot and beet juice is my favorite thing here. A sweet treat. I also really enjoy the tropical greens smoothie and fresh kale juice. Great service too! read more

Love this location!!! They remember my order and name. They usually have everythingIin stock. It can get busy on weekends but they bust their asses. I've pnly had one nasty thing there (berry upbeet) and I got something else (apple and greens) one of my favorite things. read more

Be very careful with a person named Jazmin, because she will charge you more than what you asked for. I asked for 4 kids drinks and charged me for the larger drinks. read more

Had a long day of medical appointments and decided to stop for a smoothie. I was immediately greeted by Kassidy. She was very engaging and informative about the items. It is rare to see employees that engage with their customers and make their day better. I am definitely a new customer of Jamba Juice Grossmont Center! Thanks Kassidy! read more

Just had the most amazing service here. Tony took the time to ring us up. My daughter has an allergy to certain things and he even took the time to make The smoothie himself just to make sure nothing was added that she was allergic to. I will be back in just because of him. read more

This location is closest to my house. I really like that its right in front of the shopping center, which makes for quick and convenient stops. After working out I like to get an Original Mango Mantra with Soy Protein. Last night I tried the Twilight Edition, Berry Bitten and it was amazing! Going to go back today to get another! read more

love this Jamba! it's conveniently located right across my work so I get my breakfast wraps and oatmeals here! Efficient and friendly staff..remembers your name and greets you with a smile! read more

I love the fresh squeezed juices...carrot/orange...carrot/banana/orange/kale. Service is always great.

Very convenient being next to a 24 hour fitness and GNC! It's as good as it gets post-workout.

Jamba Juice is fine. This location is fine. However this yelp insight page for this location is moronic. No hours of operation ? No business phone number ? What the hell is the point ? read more

I cannot even begin to tell you what a pleasure everyone at this Jamba Juice is! I have been patronizing this establishment for years, and have never had any issues. Recently I decided to do a fundraiser with them for my daughter's softball league. Bree who set me up with the fundraiser could not have been more helpful from the get go. I have had to go in several times, and each and every time I have been in there everyone has been so incredibly nice. The energy in this Jamba Juice is very uplifting. Everyone seems to love their job, and the customers seem to be their number one priority. When I went in today I had a very delicious Fruit Bowl, and I look forward to many, many more = ) read more

I used to love Jamba Juice but not anymore. The cashier seemed bothered. The restroom was weird to no thanks.

I love jamba juice! This location is small and usually busy but tables outside and is rite outside the shopping center so u dnt have to go in and there all ways quick too :) read more

Now that Jamba started juicing fruit & Veggies I am a fan. This location has a bigger selection of fresh juicing options than other locations. The girl behind the counter was friendly and the juice came out quickly. I am very happy with this location and will be back next Wednesday after the gym. read more

Love the menu-- they are always coming up with something new, or a handy promotion, like the yummy oatmeal for only $1. The people there are really friendly-- the other day one nice young man actually left his post and brought me out my drink. Sometimes they've had the music on pretty loud but have turned it down when I've asked. Only reason I rated it a 4 is because of the really noisy blenders... I know that can't be helped... maybe there's some type of soundproofing they could use??? If you don't have really sensitive ears I'm sure it won't bother you at all, in which case a 5 is merited. read more

Jamba Juice is always a great way to cool off or grab something to boost your immune or have a healthy breakfast! I grabbed an all fruit pomegranate paradise here today and it was great. The staff seemed a little preoccupied with there own conversations but it was quick and easy and I'll be back! read more

Smoothies were amazing of course but seriously great staff. The manager Sarah was knowledgeable and helpful when i asked about recommendations. Totally satisfied. read more

I work at another store in the mall, and the people here are always so nice. They always get my order correct and although the prices are a bit high, I know that's not their fault. I love this place and I will continue to keep coming back. The smoothies are so delicious. read more

Love Jamba Juice, just not this location. It took 20 minutes today to get our order. That is the longest wait, but they always seem to be slow. The last two times in they screwed up the Acai Bowls. Not going into this location again. read more

This Jamba is one of the best ones I've ever been to! The girls working here are all so friendly and knowledgeable. The smoothies are all very good for the most part and when I want a strange combination they always help me pick something out at no additional cost or very little additional cost. A healthy alternative and a great location. The wait times in the summer can get long but it is only because they are so popular. You can see them behind the counter running around like crazy. Overall, great Jamba. read more

Acai berry antioxidant immunity makes me so happy so does razzamatazz :) you should try one today for lunch as a meal replacement. The girls that work at Jamba are always great! :) read more

I enjoyed my smoothie and my burnt four cheese artisan flatbread but their customer service needs a lot of work!

I have never written a review before. I am a regular and get my lunch everyday from different Jamba Juice stores. This was my first time going into this store. I got an Acai bowl. After I was done ordering I was asked to go back to the register to pay for the extra granola I had ordered on the side for the bowl (Which was fine). The manager was rude the entire time, her name was Samantha. When I got my bowl it was Halfway full (Not filled to the top like it normally is at the other stores). She packed it up in a paper bag and I walked out. When I looked into the bag I noticed the extra granola in a cup and saw that she had pretty much given me maybe a spoon of granola (that they charged me an extra $0.80). I had horrible service and the product wasn't even good. I am extremely disappointed. read more

Delicious smoothies and served up fast. These great tasting healthy smoothies are changing my eating habits for the better. Locations everywhere and if your serious about eating healthy make them part of your lifestyle. read more

I come here pretty often, always ordering the same thing. Always enjoyed the place, never a problem. But this morning.. Ordered the Kale-ribbean breeze, & it came all chunky I've never had this smoothie come out like this. I'm having to use a spoon and chew it. I do not have a receipt, was not asked if I wanted it. So I'm stuck with a shitty smoothie to start off my morning. Awesome.. this is something you debate to go somewhere else just so you don't have to worry about your morning made difficult. read more

Thank you mikey, brandon, and kaylan. I came in not knowing which drink to get and was unsure and they took the time to make my drink to my liking! I felt bad, and shy on asking so many questions, and requiring the extra steps to make it to my preferred liking. But they were very patient and very knowledgeable in all their products!! The drink turned out amazing, and to top it off, their personalities were so vibrant and outgoing, that just being here waiting for the drinks made my day! They had me laughing and yet so proffessional and sweet. I would drive the extra ten minutes to keep coming here. Thank you guys for the patience and professionalism and bubbly personalities!! And thank you for helping me with finding the right drink and making it to perfection. :) and to top this all off, it was literally 5 minutes until they closed, and not once did they stop or rush or mention anything. Even though making my drinks, and walking through each of their products took them past closing. You guys rock!!! Seriously! read more

This place is full of the rudest, most inconsiderate fucking workers I've ever met. Not only is the product disgusting, but the workers are rude and uncaring about their inability to correctly perform the only job they have. I have had a problem with just about every single worker here. Samantha is by far the worst, but I have to say that both the tiny, female Asian manager as well as the Black female manager are horrible as well - truly the worst attitudes imaginable. I hate this place. After coming here religiously every single day for about a few months, I will never come here again. I urge you to take your money elsewhere, drink water, or simply survive for as long as possible on air. This place fucking sucks. This is the worst service I have ever received in my life. Period. To add, I have worked at a smoothie bar - Juice Crafters - and I know both how to correctly make a smoothie and treat a customer. This is not it. read more

great service! the girls asked me to try my drink to make sure it was good! they were sooo nice! went in on 2/27/18 @ 5:55pm

so my friend's a jamba club online member who receives coupons. he had a valid BOGO for any smoothie. rude, obnoxious cashier wouldn't even look at the coup & told him he could get the 32oz & pay $2 for another 16oz--I CALL BULLSHIT ON YOU, GATEKEEPER TO THE SMOOTHIES(extra points for effeminate usage of the rude word 'nope') read more

I love Jamba Juice and since I have been watching what I eat I have been drinking more Jamba Juice and less fast food. I am concerend about my drink I ordered today and not sure if it was blended correctly. I never had a drink that I had to chew before swallowing. Kale is great but I rather drink it not eat it. read more

Went there on Saturday morning with 3 kids. Service was quick, facilities kids suitable.

I had for the first time the PB Chocolate Love juice. I loved it! The server was the only one there but she handled the customers (about five) with ease. I wish I got her name, but I was there on Friday 30 MAY @ 2:30 pm. So, kudos to her and the shake. Thank you read more

All i can say is that if you havent had jamba juice, youre missing out on life. This location usually has a friendly, but very young staff.

Great flavor and nice suggestion from Brooke, about waht to add in it. I will be back !

I get served right away every time I come here! They even give me free samples! Try the new one; it's so good. Forgot its name. I get the peanut butter mocha most of the time because its full of protein. Great snack. read more
