The person who helped me was really nice and helped me to get a smoothie that we called the mermaid smoothie. We put Spira Lena in a green smoothie so that it was mermaid color and it was super cute. The reason why I would never go here again though is because I didn't realize how much sugar they put in their smoothies. The representative asked if I wanted a sweet smoothie and I told her that I only wanted things that are sweetened by fruit. When I drove away elated, thinking I had this beautiful mermaid smoothie that would hold me over for my 2 hour drive, I noticed the smoothie was sweet and I thought maybe it was the spirulina powder. She had given me a smoothie with sherbet, and that's why my stomach was hurting. The worst part was, no one answered the phone when I called back to see what happened, even though I called three times, and then when I tried to call another location, it turns out that they're a franchise. So you can't even replace the smoothie for a better one. I absolutely hate this franchise. They don't make your smoothies ahead of time, you never know what you're going to get, and if you drive away you're screwed. I spent about $14 for an açai bowl their tropical mango bowl I believe. I had some modifications since I didn't like the raw coconut offering or the banana so I opted for sliced almonds and extra mango with almond butter on top. After waiting a few minutes, looking at the bowl, it didn't look like much and sadly it didn't taste like much either. The almond butter was globed on top and made it really difficult to eat. After bypassing the almond butter I was able to get into the açai which was way too sweet. I'm not sure what type of açai they use, but it did not taste like a freshly prepared açai it tasted more artificial and overly sweet. It may have also been sweet because of the honey I believe they put on top of it. The combination of the açai with the honey and then almond butter was way too sweet. The mango was OK not as firm as I would want it to be and the granola was at the bottom at the bowl and also sprinkled on top, but unfortunately it was the worst acai bowl I've ever had. Parking is free and they do offer a few seats inside. The staff was also really nice but unfortunately, if I do decide to come back maybe I'll try a smoothie instead.

I was out shopping with my kids, it was hot and all 3 kids were having a melt down. When we entered the store, it was complete chaos. My oldest son is autistic, nonverbal and was overstimulated. I just wanted a quick smoothie, but I almost turned around and walked out because we were causing such a scene. It was until the sweetest person approached my son and offered him a sticker. I believe her name was Genessa. I told her that I wasn't familiar with the menu and I just wanted a quick smoothie. Her kind heart and professionalism completely changed the dynamic and atmosphere. My kids were so drawn to her. She gave me a couple recommendations and I just told her to surprise me. She smiled and quickly wiped up the best smoothie I've ever had in my life. As I was walking out, I looked down at my cup, and she wrote down the sweetest message, "you are doing great mama, keep it up!" When I tell you the smallest little acts of kindness truly do make biggest impacts. She was kind to my children, calm down my autistic son, created the best smoothie and gave me the boost of confidence I needed to tackle the rest of the day. I ordered a 16 oz bowl with acai and blue coconut bases and my friend ordered the blue coconut smoothie. Blue Bowl never misses. Their bowls are always consistent and taste so good. The blue coconut base is my favorite base so I'm glad to have my again. Can't wait to come back!
