I always go to this particular location when I'm getting my car washed, and they never disappoint. I mean it's Jamba Juice, so the drinks are kind of standardized. Of course, the prices have gone up faster than any inflation index, but the consistent quality of this place makes it worth it for me. Ok. I know there are lots of Jamba Juice out there. However, not all Jamba Juice are created equal. Many other Jamba Juice make the smoothies too runny. This particular location is very good and the viscosity is very consistent! Love their Mango A-Go-Go and Citrus Squeeze. Jamba Juice serves juice and smoothies. This particular visit didn't take very long and they finished the order quickly. There were no others in line. There was not a lot of room between the line and the door, so that is a good thing. It tasted good. We use coupons here frequently. Came here on a Wednesday morning and I think the register was broken. The staff was really nice still and we were helped by Robert-Tyler who handled the chaos really well. I could tell the staff was having a hard morning but they all treated us well despite the situation. They were even taking our orders before we even got to the register so they could start making or drinks earlier. Overall great experience, one thing that almost made me give it a 4 star is that everytime I come here I feel like my cup is never actually filled with smoothie, there's always a little emptiness at the top. read more

love this place! after my workout I love to go here and get a protein berry workout. I usually get it with soy protein powder and energy boost. The addition of the energy boost really gives me the energy I need for a long day at work. Being winter and all I haven't been drinking a lot of smoothies, but for the past two weeks I've been on a random Jamba Juice kick. I decided to avoid the one on campus (just because it's supposedly more expensive and I've been grabbing it on my way back home) so I decided to stop by this location. Not much to say, but I've been pretty pleased with my Jamba Juice each time I come here. Service is fast and efficient - even once when there were about four people ahead of me, I still got my drink in five minutes or less! Good job, Jamba Juice :) I also like this location because there's a Union Bank ATM a few stores down, so if I don't have cash on me I can just walk over and get some. I've been overall pleased with this Jamba Juice and have no reason to not come back! The two drinks I seem to always end up getting are: Mango-A-Go-Go and Caribbean Passion. YUMMERZ! read more

Okay so hopefully the manager reads this and takes action today is Saturday 3/8/19 and we were just there 8:50 pm two girls working. First of all bad customer service!! And they messed up my husbands açaí bowel ( mind was fine) but his was like soup he was opening it we were about to leave we went to the counter thing I was giving him my strawberries since I don't care for them they turned off lights in store RUDE!! It was 8:59 and they could see we were just situating our stuff to leave. First off I am a Jamba juice fanatic already so this comes easy to me, but I have finally found one near my job that is excellent! my drink of choice is a Aloha Pineapple with additional Peaches inside and they made it and blended this to perfection however the customer service was just OK. I came an hour before their closing time, and they seemed a bit too eager to close up. I don't know, maybe it was just me. I ordered the primo bowl that day, and presentation was off. I know presentation shouldn't matter as much because I'm going to eat the food anyway, but the man was sort of sloppy and he squished my strawberry under the lid. :( He pretty much threw everything in the bowl. read more

Great location in the Ralph's plaza off Harvard and Main. Service is very friendly, helpful and quick. This location is clean. Parking is ample but can get busy during rush hour. They have great fresh squeezed orange juice and wheat grass. Great during a HOT day. read more
