Forgot to mention that they also are inconsistent with drinks at this location (food court Ala Moana), sometimes it's filled to the top, sometimes there's almost an inch off from the top- might as well have order the size smaller than the one. I'd went around 7:30/8 pm and website says it closes 9 pm like the rest of the food court. Update: she still works at the front and took my order the other day. Obviously management doesn't care to make changes or ask employees to smile and thank people... or never heard of "customer service". She was a little better, but still gotta work on that rbf. It's faster to order in store versus ordering on the app. Made a p/u for 6:40 & have been waiting in the store for over 10 minutes & it's still not done. There are no other customers in the store & there haven't been for almost 10 minutes. It is past my order time & they haven't even made it yet. My wife ordered the chunky strawberry açaí bowl. The bowl itself okay but there was one problem. We were given a banana that was too ripe. The old banana gave an overwhelming taste to the bowl which made it difficult to finish. The wait time for the food wasn't bad at all it come out right away. I usually always stop by here on my way to work to get a wrap or a juice smoothie but when I came in today no one was in the shop . Waited then finally someone comes out from the back . When I went to place my order they said they recently stopped selling wraps and when I asked if all locations were the same he said only our I think . First off I think an establishment like Jamba Juice should notify their staff and customers with a sign that it's no longer available. Secondly they should take it off the menu. I was very disappointed in the knowledge and customer service the worked had lack of . I've never been interested in visiting a Jamba because I try to limit my overall sugar intake but I took my 10 yr old son since he had a gift card. He ordered a strawberry-banana smoothie with protein add-in (good supplement for vegetarians); I had an obligatory taste and was pleasantly surprised!! Not TOO sweet. Perfect, actually. I also ordered a lemon poppy seed muffin because it's been way too long! AGAIN pleasantly surprised! As far as franchises go, I like the lemon poppy seed way better than the one than the one from a major coffee coffee chain because the portion size was moderate! This review is for the Jamba Juice in the makai market place. The device there is horrible!!! Is it due to there are only "immature" people that work there?!?! I think so. I think you need to hold your managers accountable for their practices. I tried to get a juice on your 2nd floor location today, 7/5/20 @ 640 pm and everything was shut down. The sign clearly states its opened until 7PM. 20 minutes and your manager is telling the staff to close? I will definitely be writting to corporate as well. Very annoyed, disappointed and upset that they don't adhere to their hours. Granted, I got there shortly before closing but they're still technically open. Got no hello while standing in front of the pos while the working just looking at me and my friend. Asked if their granola contained wheat and her response was "I have no clue" didn't bother to even read the label from the box she just stood there. She even asked the manager and she said " uh idk" smh. Took 10min to get my first drink out of 3 customers in the shop. The third customer after me got his smoothie before me. Why can't service be consistent at this location. If the workers smiled, had a positive attitude I may have left a tip but since I got no good service which Jamba is known for I left without leaving a penny. read more

My 5 year old loves Jamba Juice. Today we tried the Quaker Oats boost along with her usual immunity. She drank it! I usually get an orginal size and have them spit in 2 16 oz cups. Sometimes we get lucky and have 2 full 16 ounce cups.......that way I get a drink too without spending a couple dollars more for 2 16 oz cups. If I need a third one, I get the power split into 3 cups. They're great at doing this and they don't charge for the extra cups. I'm disappointed that they started to charge for all the boosts....they gave the first one free before. The Chia seeds are great but 75 cents.......as you can see I'm big into the fiber and extra health things....... This location could be faster with the amount of foot traffic that comes by. Jamba Juice is a decent place to get fruit juices and snacks. I definitely appreciate it for its health conscious menu items and am glad that were granted the opportunity to eat such healthy food especially since a lot of the local diet inst so healthy. I love coming here when I'm not extremely hungry and not extremely full. I consider it to be more of a snack place. Reason is i don't really get full off drinking one of these. This review is for this particular location only. The Ala Moana Food Court location is the worst location that I have encountered ever, here or on the mainland. Here goes: #1) SLOW! The wait times here are always ridiculous. My last visit was literally 20+ mins. I was actually able to order food at another place, get my food and still had to wait for another 10 mins for Jamba. #2) The taste of typical drinks like Orange Dream and Matcha are "meh"......like some other reviewer said, too much ice waters it down big time. Ironically, with all the excessive ice you would think the cup would be full, NOT! Which leads into the next thing..... #3) This location is the shortest pouring location of all time and they are consistent at it, I'll give them that! I always get a large and it's always short like 1/4 of the cup here. It's like they measure for a medium size then poured it into a large cup. Although I haven't been to the new Ewa wing location, it couldn't be any worse than the Food Court location. At least there is a choice now. Don't get me wrong I like Jamba but for almost $7 a pop, shouldn't you get what you paid for both in quality and quantity? read more

I tend to like to make my order on the app so I don't have to deal with waiting in line. I set my pick up time to 3:00 but I got before that time. So there definitely fast with mobile orders on there apps. I absolutely suggest getting the Jamba Juice app cause it does come in handy when they get busy. I also got the Acai primo it's super worth the price because they put lots of fruits and granola inside and very sweet. Love the super fast and friendly service and that they open early. read more

5-6 teens/employees more worried about socializing and joking around then working. Place is a disaster. The doors look disgusting, how about wiping them down every few hours.. btw the place was empty no other customers. The floors are littered with trash. If I was the owner or management of this location I'd be embarrassed. For a multiple million dollar chain, this place is disgusting. Step up your game; such a beautiful location/environment and such a terrible looking store. Employees need to be better trained in polite customer service skills. read more

Time after time, this Jamba juice has proved to be the best. This is the busiest one in the state, yet I usually get my drinks in under 5 minutes. The line can be long, but the workers are friendly and sympathetic towards guests who have to wait in line to order. They are always willing to split my drink into two cups, give me a free cup of ice water, and make my order to the best of their ability. When I order something I haven't tried before, they offer to make me an entire new drink if I don't like it! The new Pina Colada and Tropical Colada drinks are two of my new favorites, as well as the Pineapple Dream (part of their new Dream line). Jamba Juice offers a wide variety of smoothies to try and I'm so grateful for their "Fruits, Veggies, & Specialty" board which offers all fruit/veggie smoothies and is non-dairy. These healthier options are great for post-workout drinks! The Acai Bowl, Acai Berry Bowl, and Acai Primo Bowl, are all the same price so I suggest getting the Primo and adding strawberries since you'll get the most for your money! I had strangely uneven service here. I tried to get in the line, but it's always a major clusterf*ck at Jamba, and their signs are not helpful. I hung out for a minute reading the signs and trying to check out who was waiting to order and who was waiting for a drink. As I did this, I made eye contact with an employee. She looks at me silently, and then says, "You're reading the signs wrong." (One sign said to line up near the "column"- there were 2 columns, so I was trying to figure out which was more column-y). Wow. And ew. Thanks for helping me (your customer) navigate your ridiculous "line". Then when I tell her I'm not sure what I want yet (I just walked up) she turned her back to me and ignored me for the rest of my visit. Fortunately, her 2 colleagues, David and Chris, more than made up for her uncalled-for snottiness (c'mon, it's Jamba Juice- don't they make smiling a prerequisite for working there??? You're hippies!). David took my order with a sweet smile. Then Chris gave me my drink, dimpled smile included at no extra charge, and assured me my wheatgrass shot would be ready momentarily. Unfortunately, he lied, as their machine broke. After about 7 minutes of waiting, Chris called me over and apologized. He actually refunded the cost of my regular beverage, and I guess I didn't realize how much those shots cost! I'll just chew on grass from now on- it'll be way cheaper, although people may stare. This is my second visit in as many months, and the other one I went to also had a broken wheatgrass machine. What's up, Jamba? It's GRASS. Surely a run of the mill food processor could handle that. Sheesh. Who knows? Thanks, Chris and David, for saving my experience from snobby li'l Samantha. Let's give her the benefit of the doubt, and assume she just hated me and had a bad day. This review is for the new Ewa Wing location-- Wow are SMALL smoothies over $5+ at EVERY location now, or just this one?? It didn't help that the kid behind the counter didn't really know anything about anything. Aren't there some low-cal/healthier NOT SO SWEET choices on their menu? Do you like the pastries/pretzels, or have a favorite? He had no idea....He was finally able to mumble something about the difference between the two guava smoothies. And when I tasted the Gotta Guava, it tasted just like every other smoothie on their menu-- RAINBOW SHERBET. I drank half, felt my teeth rot, and then threw the other half away. I LOVE Jamba Juice! We don't have these along the East Coast, so when I relocated to Hawaii I was super stoked that I got to go to them on a regular basis! This particular location is amazing and they are always friendly and have never gotten my order wrong. Ever since I've started going to Jamba Juice, I have never strayed away from their classic smoothie of Caribbean Passion. It's fantastic and I love that they offer the light version now! This is the worst Jamba location I've ever been to! And I know I'm not the only one that feels this way. Sad thing is, I once used to work for Jamba when I was in high school. What I remember most was how much they valued customer service..... I guess some things just change over time. First off, the Cashier looked like he hates his job. And second, when I got my drink it was so watery it was basically juice. I asked the girl making the drinks if it's supposed to be this watery. I'm thinking she's the manager because of the different color shirt she was wearing as opposed to the other employees. She said "Oh. Sorry" took it back, added ice, reblended it and handed it back to me. So basically I got a dull, bland, tasteless orange carrot karma that I paid $6 for. They have an extended menu that isn't on their website or anywhere in Northern California, so be sure to visit this location if you're a Jamba fan and crave adventure. Their menu includes various smoothies blended with granola. The smoothies are creamy (no granola bits) and taste like the yogurt that Dannon used to make with granola mix-ins. Yummy! I've been here twice so far, the worker at the register is always pleasant. Which is why I'm giving three stars. However the person who makes and pours smoothies haven't been up to par. A bit slow, and both times my smoothies were handed to me dripping out from the lid. I cleaned the cup myself. I assume with time that the smoothie makers will be a bit better. I think one of the few things that'll keep me coming back is the fact that they're easier to get to than the makai market location. read more
