I don't know why people are looking on yelp for the business hours when they clearly have the business hours posted on the door saying they close at 8pm on Saturdays. The store is always very clean and the employees are always very professional, friendly and helpful with giving suggestions. I love trying new things and they always know juSt what kind of smoothie to suggest and they always make the correct smoothie. They get the smoothies out very quickly, sometimes they get them out so quick that they had it made by the time I finish putting my change away. Very impressed, very satisfied. Keep up the fantastic work. Honestly would give this place more stars if I could, deserves more thaN I just 5 stars. read more

The worst phone customer service ever. Answered phone abruptly, did not know the location of the store, and when placed the order as soon as I was done. She hung the phone up w no bye, thank you .... Gia or Gina needs some training on people skills. I will drive to market st Jamba Juice from here on out read more

Very nice service here, but make sure you take a couple of sips of your drink before walking out as they tend to under blend at this location. read more

I pay $7 for a bowl that they NEVER fill. I've gone to other ones and the employees there understand how to fill a bowl. I just watched the people here play with the fruit to hide the fact that it's half filled. read more

i wasn't very hungry but decided I would check out Jamba Juice while my wife ordered food somewhere else. I wasn't too impressed. Service was great and my order arrived quickly. I ordered the Mega Mango because I love mangos. I figured I could not go wrong...but I was wrong. It just wasn't good. I might try it again at some point and hopefully the next time if I order something different it will be good. I guess I will give them one more chance but if the next thing I order sucks then I will not ever consider it again. read more

Worst experience at a Jamba Juice. Took almost a half hour for JUICE! No one told me what was going on with my order, and no one informed me my order was juice (the menu implied it, but it was literally the first day they even offered juice so I didn't know.). I was offered a replacement but had already made the people with me wait so long I didn't want to get anything else. So. Annoyed. read more

Customer service is horrible ! I love the pitaya bowls and every other Jamba Juice will make them fresh !!! This specific location refuses to make them fresh and taste watered down. I've been told before they are willing to make it fresh but when I went in they refused to make it. read more

Wow all the reviews are true, out of 3 drinks only 1 of ours came out correct. Only 2 girls working on a Saturday afternoon with 15 people waiting on drinks and one of them did not know the recipes, $20 wasted read more

Order hasn't been wrong yet. Knocks on wood. But there are two cashiers and they are flirting and giggling at this guy ordering. Instead of serving me. I understand humans urge to engage in other work activities but the line is only getting longer while I over hear you plan on giving him a discount. Look chasiers I hope you get his number just don't waste my time too. read more

Just a generic Jamba Juice. Tastes amazing as always. Nothing exciting here. The service is good and relatively fast but this location was a little dirty. At least the staff was friendly. read more

It is ridiculous how hard it is for these people to make a thick smoothie. The smoothies are almost always runny and grainy. This is for sure the last time I am going there. read more

I have been an avid Jamba Juice customer. I keep having issues with this location. I always like to grab a smoothie before I go to work. I work in the service industry. It was a little busy, neither of the girls had a sense of urgency. It took Over ten minutes so I tried canceling my order. They said it would appear back on my card. I paid cash and they seemed not to know how to fix that. I left. No smoothie and 6$ down the drain. Thanks Jamba read more

Walked in with 25 minutes to spare to get to an appt just 1 exit away. I saw a lot of people waiting for drinks and hesitated to order, but did anyway. 25 minutes later I walked out with a different size than I ordered and very frustrated. The team members were so incompetent! They did not communicate or help each other. The guy making and calling out orders needed more assistance, he was completely in the weeds. He was friendly and apologized to everyone for the wait, but clearly nothing was being done to aid him. He asked the girls making drinks what drink was in a blender and they said they didn't know - (oh guess, what that was my drink) When I said hey, can you check on my smoothie, he found it as the one he put aside because no one knew what it was - The employees "bumped," orders off their screens before they were even made - there is no organization or method to the madness. A girl that had been waiting 5 minutes, got her drinks before me. These people need to be re-trained, this store needs major attention. Another woman asked for her money back and walked out - everyone in there, 10+ people, were completely dis-satisfied. Edit: Management contacted me to apologize and gave me a gift card read more

I would say 1/3 of the time they mess my smoothie up here. The staff is so inconsistent. And half the time they stomp around like they really hate their job. The other day a person made my smoothie and it was pink and I said why is it pink? They said " it's got strawberries" and I said "it's not supposed to" but they didn't respond or seem to care! They didn't offer to make it right. Just so much inconsistency that I never know of my order will be correct or not. Juice machine broken for over two weeks and it makes me wonder if they are just lazy and don't want to take the extra steps to make a custom smoothie.... They get a star because Jamba Juice smoothies are still so tasty! read more

I ran in here after printing some documents next door and needed something quick to start of my day. It was a little after 8 a.m. on a Saturday morning and it was FILLED with customers. Guess I wasn't the only one who needed a boost to their morning! At the time there were only two employees but they both did a great job handling the crowd. I ordered medium-sized smoothies, Mega Mango and Pomegranate Paradise. Brian even let me have the leftovers from the blender enough to fill a large cup!! He apologized for the wait, which I thought was no wait at all. The smoothies were exactly what we needed! Great customer service, thank you!! read more

Jamba - Yum!!!! - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Gilbert, Arizona

What a TERRIBLE experience!!!!!! The first time I went to this Jamba Juice location I walked in expecting to be greeted by the cashier and was shocked when I didnt even receive a simple hello or smile. The young kid just looked at me as if I was nonexistent! I was right in front of him! Then, when I ordered a cold buster he said, "I have no idea what that is." He grabbed one of his coworkers and the woman who was helping him said, "You really don't know what that is, are you kidding me?!" Not a way to treat a customer OR a coworker. Very rude. Today, I decided to give it one more try, as I do work nearby. I walked in only to find that the cash registers weren't working and they were only able to accept cash (understandable, things happen). That was NOT what frustrated me. I was frustrated when I ordered a smoothie and the woman (Aldea?) started laughing at me and seemed to be extremely sidetracked on the customer behind me. I had to repeat the order multiple times in between her giving her attention to another customer rather than mine and joking with her coworker (blonde with long hair). After repeating myself several times she responded, laughing, "I have no idea what's going on right now." I didn't think it was a difficult task, I was just trying to order a smoothie.... To top it off, when the smoothie was finally given to me the blonde behind the counter snidely handed it to me and said "The color's a little off." That happens to be a statement, not a solution. Completely unnecessary. Beyond unprofessional, employees greatly lack customer service skills, VERY disappointed. Sticking to Starbucks across the way! read more

Just waited 20 minutes for my smoothie only to find out that they made it incorrectly. Had to wait for them to make a new one... the smoothie was essentially juice, completely liquid. They offered no compensation. In fact, we got attitude for asking them to remake our order the way we asked for it in the first place. I would never go there again. THUMBS DOWN!!! read more

I hate giving bad reviews to restaurants as I work in the service industry, but the service here was abhorrent. The employees were wide eyed, the drinks were handed out completely out of order, and the whole place was chaos. Would never go back again. read more

Worst Jamba Juice I've been too..avoid it at all cost..they always make crappy smoothies and never fill up your cup all the way. (Has happened every time I go there) read more

Usually when I come to this location staff is always on top of everything, welcoming etc. Christopher this evening was exceptionally rude.

Skipped us in line and did 4 customers in front of us because "oh, we need to make carrot juice". Had they told me that at the counter, we would have happily ordered something else. Shouldn't take 30 minutes to get two smoothies. Ridiculous. Kids that work here need the franchise owner to train them better. read more

Avoid this one. They're out of one component of every drink. The cashier has no clue how to operate the register to allow electronic payments. They don't communicate things from the cashier to the people making the drinks and they're apparently slow as molasses. read more

I frequent this Jamba since it is five minutes away from my house and within walking distance of my workplace. I have gone to this location quite a few times before work to get some smoothies to be able to DRINK AND ENJOY before I actually have to go in (as I'm not allowed to have drinks up at the front desk)and each time I have gotten my smoothie TWO MINUTES before I have to start work. I had to wait 20 minutes to get one smoothie. The cashier was less than friendly- and I get it, not everyone is charismatic. But don't put her at the register if she can't even smile. I saw no managers at the location, either, which leaves me to wonder if the manager even knows what is going on in the establishment. Needless to say now if I would like to get a smoothie I will go to other locations, because the lack of customer service in that restaurant is very appaling. read more

I order from here everyday on the app. The customer service is great and the smoothies are awesome. I have no idea how so many bad reviews came about on this location. I order every day and have never once had a problem. Good job Gilbert road team! Always sweet and personable and call me by my name! read more

This Jamba has not had their Juicer for many weeks and it's always down. Yet again I called in a order and they took it without telling their juicer is down. I had to get a refund because I waited for 20 min. I will not be returning back to this store. read more

Customer service is non-existent. We entered and walked up to the cash register and were not greeted. We stood in front of the register and an employee was a few feet away, facing towards us, and did not acknowledge us at all. She just kept doing whatever task she was doing and never looked up just to say, "Welcome, I'll be with you in just a moment." Instead we stood there for a minute a two and when she finally finished she took our order without a friendly attitude. There was another employee who was making smoothies and she did not welcome us either. Our smoothies were fine, but the customer service was so poor we do not plan on going back to this location. read more

Horrible service. Stood at counter for 7 minute as 4 female employees just ignored me. Finally a empyee comes over looks at me and says nothing. I say hello I'd like to order. Never says a word. They all must hate their jobs there. Will never go to this location again!!!! read more

Decided to go here since the line at Starbucks next door was ridiculous. Upon entering there's a girl working at the front counter that sees me walk in, doesn't say anything (as she's preparing something on the counter). I go up to the register ready to order an acai bowl and just stand there waiting for a hello, I'll be with you in a second, you know, something along those lines that usually comes with customer service skills. She finally comes to the register and says "do you want to order something?" No, not at all, im a professional menu reader, I walk into random restaurants and stores just to look at menus because it makes my life complete. Yes, I'd like to order something Jabba the hut (don't remember her name but this is the best way to describe her). I finally order and the bowl is somewhat ore made and not fresh. Mediocre food with mediocre service, this location should be closed down. read more

It's 6pm and I came in to get a smoothie. There was no one at the register, and the lady was rude right off the bat. She took my order , I waited a few minutes. Then her and another employee making the smoothie were whispering and talking about me. I then go to get my smoothie and the cashier said "your welcome" all rude. I hope to get a response from a manager. Never again will I go to that location. read more

oh jamba juice. where do i even start with this place? sounds very pretty and i've peeked inside before. oh man and this fruit looks fresh. so fresh like it just fell of the tree right into the blender. is still a little bit of fresh ripe. if i had to describe this place in three words: fresh, brand new fruit. tacos? just kidding only fresh fruit here. this place is very reliable and my friends personally like the berry burrito blend. can't wait to go. toots read more

First time at Jamba Juice. Smoothies are fine i guess. Food is crap. First of all they barely had any sandwiches. I wanted to get their Thai sweet chili wrap but they didn't have it. So we got a grilled cheese. It was so piss poorly made. Barely any cheeses. Should've cost a buck MAYBE. No love read more

The location is perfect and we have always received great customer service. This last visit was on a busy Saturday afternoon and we had requested to speak to someone about their fundraising. The manager came out right away to talk with us and spent the time answering all of our questions. Excellent customer service, we will be back! read more

Turnover is horrendous past 6 months. Service sub par and orders come out wrong. 3 out of 5 orders wrong in last two weeks of purchase.

What a terrible experience! I frequent JJ several times a week and stopped in this morning. The manager, Abby, was at the register and on the phone. We made eye contact and then she crouched down behind her register (while still on the phone, whispering). NEVER once did she say, I will be with you in just a moment. I stood around for several minutes before I finally just left. Once back at my office, I called the location to get a number of the corporate/franchise office or supervisor and spoke with the manager (who admitted that she was the one on the phone/register when I came in) who remembered me coming in. Her excuse for not acknowledging me and taking an order was that she was really busy. She denied hiding behind her register or whispering on the phone but I was there, I saw her do it. NEVER ONCE did she say, I am sorry for your experience, let me make it right. NOPE, she was rude on the phone to me, refused to give me any phone numbers and told me I could just try calling back another day. UM, okay. It seems to me, working in a food business myself, that this manager is incompetent, untrained, and extremely rude. Whatever happened to good customer service and an apology and try to make it right for your customer? Just an all around poor experience. This from a daily JJ addict. Definitely won't be going back to this location, not sure if I want this company to get one more cent from my hard earned money at any other locations either. read more
