Looking at the one star that it currently has I don't think this review will matter. After working my stressful shift as a nurse I hit the gym and had a taste for a bowl. I ordered ahead since I was super tired and hungry. Upon arriving I was told that they were waiting on me (my phone number was added with the order). They were out of all the base of the bowls. (#1) I'm not sure why they couldn't call me. I was offered a bake good. Declined! I just went to the gym. I stated that I wanted my money back. I was then told that the manager was not there and it would take 5 business days for me to get a refund. After that I canceled my entire order. I ordered other things for my kids. #2 the website should be able to tell when items are out of stock. Train your employee to call and let the customers Know that the items are out of stock before people drive to the location. There is no way that you can take my money in two seconds but I have to wait five days before I get my money back when you are the one who was Out of supplies. read more

I don't know what they are rated but if it's anything less than an A then I'm sure the rotten milk smell must have something to do with it. Of course... it wouldn't be my first choice for juices but this location is the only location out of the 3 locations I frequent that makes the ginger shots JUST how I like it! Came in to pay with a $50 bill, I do understand that they do not accept bills over $20 but it's all the atm gave me. But this isn't what makes me upset. The problem is how can you have a sign saying you don't accept bills over $20 when each drink is almost priced at $10 each already. It's expensive to begin with. The cashier didn't even bother to look in the register for an exception. Clanged the phone around a bit before finishing helping a customer then proceeding to talk rampantly about personal issues with two other employees. 8/2/19: Came here with my two friends in the afternoon and ordered two large smoothies. One of the smoothies we ordered was from a secret menu online, the bluetopia smoothie that tastes like blueberries (made of blueberry juice, non-fat frozen yogurt, soy milk, blueberries, and ice). the cashier was very accommodating and knew how to enter our order into the system. Ok I come to this one almost every Sunday gotten to know a lot of the workers there. This review is on the snacks when the first came out with the so called flat breads i was able to sample one since one of the workers who worked there asked me to try it and it was pretty good almost like those round 4 inch pizzas you buy in the frozen section at the supermarket. Just your average Jamba Juice location. This brach particularly is pretty small compared to the ones I have gone to in different cities. The workers here are polite enough when taking your order but the drink comes out pretty late. There were 2 people who ordered before me and there were 5 workers I spotted at that time, three of them were in the back who knows what theyre doing and only 2 of them were out making the drink. There were a lot more customers after me. No one at the register. I wish they can work their best at what they are assigned to do. She is super friendly and very helpful. I came in wanting an apples and greens and she recommended a tropical greens which was more of a juice than a smoothie. She offered me a complimentary sample and she couldn't have been more right She also signed me up for their rewards program and a couple things I could do to save some money on my next visit Overall the place is clean, lots of space to sit, friendly staff, and so on. The service here can be horrifically slow... On my most recent visit I waited almost 25 minutes to get my smoothie! 25 MINUTES! That is just absurd. They didn't even apologize for the long wait. Bad service! I used to work at a Starbucks, so I understand that you can have numerous orders coming in at one time, but I never took over even 5 minutes to send a drink out. If I took even more than 2 minutes I would apologize for the wait. As far as the smoothie goes, it always tastes the same no matter what location you go to. I've been to plenty locations and haven't had a bad one yet. I personally like the red gummy, white gummy or sour patch smoothies. All of these are on a "secret" menu, but the staff always knows how to make them. Try it out since they are delicious! They also started charging for boosts. This particular Jamba Juice is the fastest one I have been to. I always went to this one when I was student teaching since it was the closest one to my school. The staff were very courteous and even remembered my name after having not gone for two weeks. Stalker? I shouldn't say so, but they were very fast, always greeted me with a smile, and gave me a free sample of the orange-flu-buster-something or other. Damn, that made every hair on my body stand straight up. Ginger and cayenne pepper?! At 7:30 in the morning?! It's enough to make anyone cry. Either way, fast and friendly service. Very rude customer service First I come in and say how are you and get no response then I go ahead and order my drink. The employee who took my order misheard me and had another person make my drink when they proceeded to give me the drink I informed them that that was not what I ordered. The employee who took my drink otder then got very combative and argued with me about what I ordered. She was just very hostile and made me your customer feel very unsafe and unwelcome. None of the other employees told her anything and just watched as this happened. It was a simple mistake on their part but they blamed me. I came around 4pm on a Wednesday, there was five people working at first, but a sixth clocked in toward the end of my stay. Why does this matter? Perhaps because my medium Mango-a-go-go and Acai bowl with extra granola took 30 minutes to prepare and the service the entire time was ridiculously slow, unprofessional and lacking direction. There was no pep or friendly greeting from the first individual who took my order. 3 of the workers continued to go back and forth from the front and back rooms, each time they came from the back room/storage area they were eating. Two of the employees were finishing the food in their mouth as they took orders from customers. Another employee chewed food while make an order. Three pick up orders were picked up during my stay, all of which were already made prior to my arrival because when the delivery person picked up, the employees reached back into the coolers to grab the orders. At one point I was the only person in the store and the pace at which these people moved made sloths look like speedster rabbits. There was no sense of urgency, no coordination, and the youth of inexperience was shinning through these young 20 something year old individuals. They would benefit from a seasoned professional coming to train them on urgency, professionalism and customer service. To put salt in a wound, the remaking of the available bowl (initiated by the employees, not at my request), did not provide extra granola, so there goes .75 cents I'll never see again. Will I hurt for it? No, but this being one of the closer Jamba Juices in the area, it will suck to never go back here again for ease of use. Perhaps the extra drive will be worth it at another Jamba Juice location for the preferred level of customer service. read more
