Cant even make a simple great greens. Literally messed up both the size and the ingredients. This is my second trip here and my last.

I have a 3 year old son and we take him to this Jamba Juice weekly after he gets out of Preschool! The girls are always so nice! We're never in here more than 10 minutes, even when there is a long line! The smoothies are always great! I want to recognize Dani and Leslie for their customer service! Excellent workers! Yo I've been here like 2-4 times a week since April, they've always been consistence with my orders but one phone app order got messed up once, I blame the application, but the workers are always so nice. They always make my drink and food correctly. I'm not sure why anyone would give 3 stars or lower, from my experience they deserve more than that, thank you to this location. read more

Overall great service . The shopping plaza is really big and confusing . Had to drive around for what seemed 10 mins and finally found it . Very little parking in front of store , so you have to hike it after you find parking which is good for the body I guess . Not a lot of inside seating room , they have a patio which was also full when I arrived . They have a lot of staff so they get the drinks out pretty quickly. Definitely not worth $8. Usually the bowls that I got had a lot more than this. Not only did they raise the price, the person before me got a significantly larger portion size. I am quite disappointed in their service as it took a long time for it to come out and gave so little. read more

The past 3x I've placed a mobile order using the app, it hasn't been ready. Ive showed up 10-15 mins after to allow for prep time. I'm sorry. I love, love, love Jamba Juice, but I hate to say that this location was just a let down. I gave it about 4 chances, and each time my drink tasted off. I usually just order one of the classics such as the "Mango-a-go-go" or "Caribbean Passion", so it should be up to standard since it's a popular drink right? And since when has getting a drink with the major ingredient of mango supposed to be super pale yellow/green/off white color? Even getting a pressed juice for a change, just tasted like water with a hint of greens. Sorry Malvern, you guys are "okay" on customer service and all, but try to follow standards. This has been my Jamba Juice ever since like couple years ago, ever since I went to highschool at Sunny Hills. But WOW one visit can make me never want to go back again. Here is the story. My sister & I decided to go grab some Jamba before we went somewhere. I did have my little maltese in my arm with me. I went inside with my sister, and the male worker immediately gives me a look and goes "You can't be in here with the dog." And I replied, "Yea I understand, I'm going to just pick something real quick and tell my sister to order for me." LITERALLY, 5 seconds after he goes in the rudest tone, "You need to step outside. There's people allergic to dogs." And I said yea let me just pick real quick, I would've been done picking what I wanted if you just gave me one more second to look. And he goes again, "You need to step outside, maybe you and your sister can take turns looking at the menu." LOL, a worker just told a customer what to do and I understand that is your policy but you force your customer to go outside when I can just pick my drink really quick. Did I have a bigass lab running around your store? LOL cmon I just told you I would leave after I order. The male worker was so rude and I felt like he wanted me to leave so bad that I cancelled my sister's order and we just left. Yea, I told him he was being rude. I asked the dude behind the counter about how to redeem it. He did not know what I was talking about, and treated me as if it was an unreasonable thing to ask. Moron. Too bad this is the only location next to my house. I hate coming here because of the rude workers. There's one in particular I swear she hates working there and I always seem to run into her. There's no structural line formation so whenever I'm there I have to constantly ask someone if theyre in line. I feel like everyone is all over the place. i love the center that this jamba juice is housed in, your best bet at parking is parking behind jamba juice. usually busy around 2-4pm; we always seem to be helped within minutes. our order is usually ready in a couple minutes as well. staff is friendly and there's a few tables available outside...if you walk towards the fountain in the circle you will find more tables on that side of the center :) take a chance and ask about their 'secret menu' - i heard about it here and have tried white gummi, its mine and the hubby's fave, tastes EXACTLY like white gummy bears. a friend who used to work at jamba juice also advised that i order a peanut butter moo'd and ask to substitute the peanut butter for chocolate [its cheaper] and it tastes just like chocolate covered strawberries! read more

The Tropical Greens is always great here. The quality and friendly service are somethings one can always look forward to in aspirin to great & healthy drinks. I am disappointed in the costumer service at this franchise. This is definitely not the first time they have had slow service here. I work at a place where we have to make coffee and shaved ice so I know about fast service and preparedness. I came to get a bowl and there were only 3 other people there, and I waited for 20 minutes for my order. I saw that they had to cut the fruit for my bowl, which I see as unprofessional; it should already be cut and ready. They also just left my bowl out sitting there for 5 minutes. Fast costumer service is crucial to contributing to a good business, and since this has happened several times in the past as well here, I see it as something they desperately need to work on. read more

They were really fast making the drinks but I can still taste chunks of ice and fruit.
