We ordered a carrot/orange juice & a gotcha matcha. When we recieved the gotcha matcha it looked off immediately. This drink comes with matcha, sweet cream & ice. It was filled with ice top to bottom and was extremely dark green because it had only matcha in it no cream, tasted horrible. My husband went back to the counter and said "I think my drink was made wrong, I ordered a gotcha matcha it usually comes with sweet cream I beleive". She responded with "you have to ask for the sweet cream, people usually ask for it but I'll make you another one" 1) no you don't have to ask for it, it comes with the drink it's literally on the menu. 2) (THIS IS WHERE IT GETS BAD) she went back to make the new drink she stared at a pitcher that has just a tiny bit of matcha at the bottom of it.. picked it up, walked over to the sink and filled it with tap water and just poured that into his cup with the sweet cream on top. Obviously it tasted horrible. We said nothing and just left. My drink, the orange&carrot juice, had way more pulp than I remember and it had a 2 inch piece of carrot in it! I just got a wax at Ulta and came in here for a smoothie. My face looked ridiculous. Shiny, puffy and red, but, they greeted me and didn't bat an eye at my alien looking face! They were also super fast and polite when my order was ready. Right now, my favorite is the Poolside Fit. It has cucumber, lemon juice and watermelon. I ordered two watermelon breeze smoothies and while my daughter and I were drinking them we noticed slivers of something from the smoothies that didn't feel right on our tongue. I pulled a sliver of it off my tongue and I asked my daughter did her smoothie have this and I showed her. She replied yes I think it's pineapple. I said it doesn't pull apart when I try to break it. Terrible service. I walked in with my scooter and one of the female employees immediately demanded I keep it outside. Because it was dark I was worried about it getting stolen so I asked if I could just fold it up and put it against the wall where it would be out of the way. Then with a huge attitude was told that it would make the floor dirty and that I couldn't bring it in. I left before I even made it two feet inside the store. Unless you like rude employees who don't care about your stuff and would rather inconvenience you than clean the floor (which they should do anyways) then recommend you go somewhere else. This is my go-to Jamba Juice location just because of convenience. It's a fairly newer location in Fresno and even just a few months ago i would have given it 5 stars. I'm a regular, and I'm not sure if it's a change in new hires, but the service has declined. It's really hit or miss here, depending on which shift is working. It is very clean always. I'm one of those people who actually does the survey on the receipts, and I've had nothing but positive feedback for them! I've consistently rated them at 5 stars since they first opened. BUT lately the service and quality has not been consistent. By service I mean customer service and quality (taste of the smoothies). Rude staff and horrible customer service. IF THEY MADE AN HONEST MISTAKE OF MESSING UP YOUR DELIVERY ORDER, THEIR SOLUTION IS FOR YOU TO BE YOUR OWN DOOR DASH. PAY DELIVERY FEES TO PICK UP YOUR OWN DRINKS Y'ALL. I ordered 6 drinks to be delivered. We paid for the delivery and even tipped. We only received 4 of the 6 drinks. We contacted the store and they said we were supposed to pick it up! We clearly have proof and receipt that we paid for delivery. She checked and said she will make the 2 drinks again and told us to go pick it up. I asked her why I would have to come pick it up when I already paid for it to be delivered and it was their mistake. She said for us to contact the delivery guy ourselves to see if he would be willing to deliver it to us again. We contacted the guy and no response. We called the store again and ask why we would have to contact the delivery guy if it was their mistake not ours. She got defensive and said "it was an honest mistake" We told her we understand but wanted to know why we have to pick it up when we already paid for the whole order to be delivered. She was not giving us much options. She said we ordered through Doordash then they can't do anything about it. She said that Jamba Juice workers can't deliver. We told her we know and understand that. Our concern was why we would have to go pick it up when we clearly asked for it to be delivered and our order is missing drinks we paid for. She only gave us one option: to pick it up. We asked her why we would have to pick it up when it was their mistake not giving the delivery guy our full order. We told her we ordered through the app then she apologized for assuming it was Doordash. We asked why they can't contact doordash to deliver the missing drinks if they are they ones that they work and are partnered with for delivery. She then said that Jamba Juice isn't partnered with Doordash they just receive orders from them, and that they cannot contact Doordash personally. Then she said that if we can't pick it up she'll just refund it but either way she can't guarantee we'll get a refund and that we will have to contact Doordash since we ordered through them. We let her know it was through their app that had a delivery option. She then said that even though it was through the Jamba Juice App because we click deliver it goes through Doordash instead. Because we no longer wanted to deal with her ignorance we asked for it to be refunded. Even still she said she will talk to her supervisor but she cannot guarantee it will be refunded. After saying that she'll talk to her manager regarding the refund, that she hung up We called her back to get clarification about the refund process. She said she will refund $14.18 for the two drinks (each drink was $7.09, she didn't even include the tax). She says in about 3-5 business days but she has to speak to her supervisor first. We asked her for her name so that when we call back we can get verification that we actually spoke to someone. She responded "I can't give you that information. That's personal information." We told her we only wanted it so that when we call back and someone else answers we can let them know we already spoke to someone and provide them with a name so that it's legitimate. She still refused and said she cannot provide personal information. We said ok. Then hung up. My issue was they way she responded and handled their mistake. SHE WAS INCREDIBLY RUDE, DEFENSIVE, AND DISMISSIVE. She basically didn't give me any solutions that alleviated the problem. I felt like she didn't take ownership of the store's mistake because she wanted me to fix the problem they caused by going to pick the drinks. There is a reason I requested a no contact delivery, so why would she even suggest I go pick it up. LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY. NEVER SUPPORTING JAMBA JUICE AGAIN. On Wednesday the 15th a buddy and i decided to get a Jamba Juice after our work out. We arrive to the Location and walked up to look at the menu. Cameron greeted us as we walked in. Once it was our turn to order Cameron explained to us that it will be a few minutes due to him not having any blenders ready, we said "thats ok" (we realized he was the only person working). He picked up a whole stack of blenders and took them to the back. i looked around and seen a family of four and two other ladies waiting. As we waited another 2 customer came in. He came out took our order and apologized again. I told him "we understand, we have no issue waiting". We ordered and so did the next girl, during that exchange two other customers came in. Once he was in the clear he got to making the drinks. Knocked em out pretty quick. As he was making the drinks another worker came in and he put him on dishes which sped the process up. I Was disappointed seeing only one worker here, it was super busy and felt terrible seeing him get swamped with orders. Ive worked in "fast food" (wingstop, Teriyaki house) and i totally feel for him. Overall im satisfied with the positive, calm attitude He had and the drink he made was on point. We were going out of town Sunday (Labor Day weekend) when we decided to make a quick stop here. It was anything but quick. The poor team member (Mina) was scheduled alone and waiting for her GM to return. After a minimum of 15 minutes waiting, we finally received our 2 beverages and 2 snacks. Raynaldo helped us and he was phenomenal. We weren't sure what to order so he helped us pick the perfect smoothie. Let me start off by saying this was the worst experience ever. I walked to Jamba Juice yesterday (same location) and the employee said I can't order without a mask. Didn't even give me the the option of ordering online. So I left. Then today, I went with a mask and The employee that took my order was beyond rude. She had helped another two customers before me and didn't even change her gloves at the register. And then With the new precautions, they have you order and then go wait outside. They call your name and you can't even hear them calling outside. They just keep staring outside until someone comes in. How are the customers supposed to hear the names being called? Maybe invest in a speaker or something. Or maybe have someone bring the drinks outside. So we wait for our drinks as they start melting before we even realize our drinks are ready. Also, I ordered three drinks and they expected me to carry them out, while holding a child. And then the employee goes "oh did you want a drink carrier?" Well, what do you think? Jamba has Some of the best smoothies but I rate it 4 stars because some smoothies taste a bit wierd

I waited until the next day to make this review because I wanted to be clear-headed, but I'm still so upset it's not even funny. I've gone to this location 3 times (cuz its so conveniently close) with my boyfriend and been treated horribly (The first two times we were serviced by a lady named Kelly who was cold at best and downright rude at worst. I had asked for a water at the register along with my smoothie and when she called us to get our order I didn't see water. I opened my mouth to ask for the water and she raised her voice and angrily said "I will GET your water!" This last time we were serviced by a young female worker with brown hair and a cross necklace (didn't catch her name, but both of these workers were white and female and my boyfriend and I are Asian males). She was upset when I didn't upsize my smoothie at her suggestion and was cold and distant when she asked yet again and I declined yet again. When we were called for our smoothies they were on the counter with straws and the smoothies were both the wrong sizes and they didn't do my substitutions correctly. They also had the powder boost chunks in them because she forgot to blend them into the smoothie. Before we could say anything she says "I don't know what happened. I'm just so tired. I made them right, but they came out wrong! I'm not sure how it happened. Sorry!" And then waited for us to take them. We were so flabbergasted and insulted that they knew they were wrong, but didn't offer to remake them, that we decided to not waste any more time or resources there. read more
