The usual drink that I usually get is way more than this and looking at this was very disappointing. Never in my whole life where I order my usual drink is this much. Plus we were at the drive through for about 5 minutes and I saw one of the workers there looking at us and pretending to not notice us there. Cooler weather and hot tea sounds really great! Drive-thru and ordered a tall Earl Grey hot tea with Stevia. The worker was kind that took the order. The line moved at a medium pace. Got up to the front and that worker was not kind at all. Paid for the order and left. They didn't put Stevia in it either. Bummer! At least the worker that took the order was nice. read more

I came to this Starbucks in Dec 2019 to give my assistant at the time her Starbucks as I was leaving the job for a new one. She really loves the P!nk drink and always raves about it so I got her a drink of course mine as well which I forgot to capture. They gave me a free breakfast sandwich which I thanked the staff very much. This was drive thru. The staff was very friendly and kind and they got my order out quick. The woman made small talk with me until I got all my drinks. I have come to this location a few times and the last time I came they were out of drink carriers which totally sucked as I had five drinks total in tow and had to pull over and put each drink in all my cup holders in my car which was such an inconvenience 100%. Just imagine if I had to go in!!!! But other than that incident I like this Starbucks they just need to have more drink carriers. read more

Ladies and Gentlemen, this is the Starbucks that was on the news and went viral. Someone tried to rob this location and demanded the person at the register the money and then a good Samaritan who was enjoying his drink came up from behind with a chair and SMASH! SMASH! SA-MASH! The robber I believe got stabbed during the confrontation with his own knife as the hero used it against him. So yes, this is the infamous Starbucks. I have actually went to this location before but only in the drivethru. I read the other reviews about rudeness but on the occasion I went, the person who assisted me was actually very nice. It was an Asian girl and she was genuinely nice and courteous throughout our interaction at the speaker box and again at the window. I ordered my usual drink and it was made as good as I can ask for it to be made. This is a pretty new location as the old one literally few hundred feet had to be tore down for the High Speed Rail. So everything is clean, new, and modern. Despite the attempted robbery this is actually in a part of town that hardly has any crime. It's very convenient being right off the freeway if you are looking for your Starbucks fix. read more

She replied with at an attitude, "yeah, gesturing towards their displays of cold prepackaged items." I was taken back by her rudeness. This Starbucks is in a great location because it is located right before the freeway so you can grab a coffee and be on your way. It has a drivethru window which makes it convenient. Those are the reasons I will give two stars. The girl at the drivethru window was rude and grumpy. I hope they find someone else who would be grateful for the opportunity to work! She gave me my drink and asked if I need anything else. I politely ask for my receipt and she turned around. I waited patiently then she came back over and asked if I was waiting for something in a very rude tone. I told her I needed my receipt- again. She turned around, grabbed my receipt then handed it over to me without even saying anything or even looking at me. Call me old fashioned, but friendly customer service and a "Sorry about that, have a nice day" would have gone a long way. We really have tried this place several times, but they are always late on their mobile orders and they are not friendly. Today was no exception. I did a mobile order, arrived and it was not ready, it appeared they had missed a drink and were trying to sort it out so I decided to be patient and wait. After they sorted it out and the gentleman finally got his coffee I was still waiting. Someone noticed the empty mobile order cup (mine) put it aside and said absolutely nothing. They finally told me they were out of something and I just asked for a refund. There was no apology, they said absolutely nothing while refunding me. I understand they get busy and I understand mistakes are made, I think what bothered me the most is how they handled it. Noticing that I had been waiting, a sincere apology about the mix up and my time would have gone a long way. They just didn't seem to care. I am disappointed. Ordered 4 drinks and asked for extra Carmel drizzle on both of them, when I received them they did not have Carmel drizzle at all. I come to this location a few days a week to get a misto before heading to work. Today they seriously saved my ass. I needed to pick up coffee for a meeting so I put in a mobile order for one of those coffee jugs that serves like 10 people but I didn't realize it takes 15 minutes and I was in a hurry . When I showed up to pick it up in a frankly harried state they were super nice and refunded my order and gave me four venties a cup of milk and some short cups to serve them in.
