It was called watermelon skies. It had watermelon, dragon fruit and coconut whip. I got me a large. The guy that took my order looked moody. Even the one that handed me my drink. The place was dull. The drink was just OK imo. It didn't look anything like the picture. It looks like they gave me more dragon fruit than they did watermelon. You could barely taste any watermelon tbh.. I think once I got home and it melted a little bit, the flavor kind of meshed more and I tasted some of the watermelon.. the coconut whip wasn't sweet or anything. I came in with my friend on 9/23/24 around 6:30pm to enjoy a smoothie and when we walked in, we both were surprised with the halloween feeling and how the vibe felt as we came in. I chose to leave a review because the environment was very fun and upbeat. Most chains don't seem to decorate or enjoy national holidays but this location did. It was a breath of fresh air (literally, it smells delicious inside) to walk in and we felt like a kid at a halloween party with the music and decorations. The community board was cool to see as well, it showcased the crew there and had it decorated as well with showing off the employee of the month. It's good to see work places showing off and taking pride in their team! The kiosks were easy to use and our drinks were made relatively fast for how many people ordered ahead of us. Our drinks were perfectly blended and tasted perfect. Finally, as a manager at Raising Canes, I am hard wired to look for any dirty things or anything not up to standard but I noticed nothing inside, it was very clean and well kept. Service was rude. The lady argued with me when I asked to place the order with a person. I didn't want to use the kiosk. They said I had to and that it was the same. There are pieces of paper taped to the kiosk saying not to follow the screen directions and to enter reward info at the end. It takes way longer to order from the kiosk. I really love the Jamba Bowls! These are delicious, and refreshing. I usually add shots of vitamins, energy, and protein to boost them. The açaí, island pittaya, blue skies, strawberries are my favorites. I also like the grass shot with the orange wedge. It's best to go in person so that you can enjoy it ASAP. Even as a DoorDash order, this usually arrives with good presentation where the fruit is still neatly arranged on top of the slushy bowl, but not today! Today the bowl seemed a bit more frothy (liquified) not as frosty as it usually is. And it seemed to me to have less of the toppings than usual. The bananas weren't sliced all the way. Now I will say this was a first time visit, happened to be in the area and when the craving hits it gets satisfied!. Upon entering I love the signage indicating Jamba Juice in Clovis, very clean and well kept, I was able to see that most of the traffic entering was made with ease of the mobile app order. Staff was kind and juice mix drinks were made rather rapidly and offered up quickly. As most of the Jamba Juice locations visited the seating is minimal and the outdoor seating is accommodating considering the outdoor weather. It felt nice walking into this location, and welcoming. In the beginning the drinks were inconsistent I was constantly getting a cool buster or Great Greens, and the amounts of each fruit weren't the same.. but I've noticed over time they've hired new employees and I've been pretty satisfied with the consistency! I came in on a Saturday afternoon and the service wasn't too crazy - there were people coming and going and some hanging out. I ordered 4 smoothies and the wait time was about 5 minutes. The cashiers and baristas were kind and helped you out with orders. Plus, they also double check to make sure you ordered this smoothie or that smoothie and what not.
