What an awesome option that I've been over looking this whole time! Very friendly owners who answered the questions that I had as it was my first time. Clean and open area, I didn't even realize you can sit in with your food or drink. They have pictures of their family at the entrance which I love-always love to see a family owned business thriving happily. They use Herbalife products which I have never tried before but the açaí bowl I got was amazing! Covid-19 phase: I've heard good things. I went here after a workout to try a shake. It is a great clean atmosphere! Masks worn by workers and required. Great music playing! I chatted to Mario. He is a very kind and welcoming worker. Informative. I told him I had a bad allergic reaction to Whey and be knew exactly what to set me up with. He made me a vanilla Herbalife Formula 1 shake with 1 scoop of select protein. OMG! It was really delicious! I paid for the shake and he wished me a good day and that was appreciated! I couldn't see half the menu because the kids were using the tv, but the nice lady put up the menu for me when i asked. I would've given 5 stars, but a customer or somebody had their little white dog on the chair at the bar. That's just gross. A new favorite - easy, quick, everything is healthy and delish, lost 3 pounds this week without trying (!!) and have more energy. The shakes and teas? DELICIOUS. Where has this been all my life? I've mostly known chalky, drink it as fast you can because it's super expensive but kind of gross protein powder. This was so different and YUM! I thought I was being tricked into drinking a milkshake but they're super low sugar, high in good things for our bodies and brains and they're filling but not heavy. I feel great all day. The right nourishment works wonders. Extra bonus: Because HEALTH is their thing more than just moving smoothies out the door, you get to be around healthy people doing healthy things and they're happy about it. It's a great vibe. I came in after my workout at GB3 for a meal replacement shake but when I went in Erick Sandoval was so helpful. He explained the drinks to me, asked what I was looking for, then helped me pick which drink and flavor would be best for me. They healthy meal shake in banana foster was amazing as well as the lemon tea. He also showed me the classes they have available later on in the day because I came in so early. Pretty cool his wife actually teaches the ladies workout class. I've yet to been to any of the classes but their drinks are great. Would def recommend before or after your workout. read more

I won a shaker cup and a wellness evaluation from Step up nutrition. I went in for my shaker and consult and was met with many smiles and hello's. Silvestre was the person who did my evaluation and went over with me in detail my problem areas as far as my nutrition intake. They use a scale that measures body fat, percentage of water in your body and bone density which was very intriguing. He showed me all the products they offer which I was already familiar with since I do drink herbalife. Lastly, we finished my visit with a shake which was DELICIOUS! Step Up, you've let me down. I hate even having to write this, but today was a big disappointment. Although I have my own Herbalife products at home, I didn't mind coming here every now and again and paying the $8 for my shake and tea (I don't have social media, so I don't get the dollar off for checking in which is OK).I enjoyed the variety of yummy flavors they have. The girls in the front have always been welcoming and friendly. However, today I cut my workout just a tad early so that I could be here when it opened it. With three little ones, my mornings are busy and time is short. 7 am came around, and no one had arrived yet. After looking forward to my shake and waiting 10 minutes, I had to leave empty handed and disappointed to go home and get my daughter ready for school. Very unprofessional. My recommendation is to either change your hours or hire someone who is punctual and won't cost you money or customers. read more

The shakes are great, but they they don't have as many flavors as Temecula and Murrieta. That is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.

It's a great place to grab a nutritious shake and an energy tea for on the go or to catch up with some friends. Everyone has always been so kind and you can tell they love what they do. Their items helped me get through the nursing program and doing 12hr shifts w/out feeling jittery. I recommend this place to everyone I know and I'll be a forever customer of theirs. read more
