A long time ago, I was a regular at this location and loved the staff. Came in today to pickup my free birthday smoothie (used my app). Drink was made and got it on time, BUT because I asked for a cup of ice (which I have done at other locations before; usually a small one and they would honor), I overheard one young lady told the other young lady, "Let's charge her (and laughed). The other one mumbled something. She did give me a small ice, but I can tell one of them wanted to proceed with joke. For sure, I will NOT go to this location anymore if this is something these workers find funny to do on customers. **I hope the manager sees this since I was very close on letting corporate know if this is acceptable. read more

I came in today at 7:00pm and the girl at register first looked at me with a rude face then came up to me and said "what do you want" I asked for a drink politely and asked if I could put my phone number in for rewards and she said "no this only takes the barcode" so I said it was okay and we left it at that. Just for her to ring up the next costumer and say "hello what can I do for you today" I was like okay maybe it's just different wording until the costumer asked to put their number and and she said she can gladly put it in for him. This place is really bad when it comes to mobile orders. It seems that they help the people that go in right there and then instead of chronological order in regards of time. I ordered my drink at 1144 am and it said it was supposed to be ready at 11:52 but they barely started it when I got in there at 11:54 . It should not take 13 min to make a drink. Nothing against the location...it's clean, friendly...all good. My problem is the change in menu offerings. It is almost impossible to find just plain juices without a lot of over sweet fruits added. It's no longer "JAMBA JUICE." It should be called "JAMBA SMOOTHY" to be honest. I prefer lowish carb drinks and you can no longer get a decent "green" vegetable drink. Kale is frozen and all green vegetables are only available while supplies last. If you show up around noon after a workout, good luck. I asked for anything green that happened to still be in the store with a couple of pieces of apple thrown in, but got carrot juice. Maybe everyone is color blind. Not going back. I'll find another juice bar in town, I hope...or I'll just have to drag out my Bullet and make my own. This is a very small but nice Jamba juice location. The staff are extremely friendly and don't mind special orders at all. Which is good because my kids like their drinks made a little different. They had no problem with my order and wow are they fast. I sat down and within a couple of minutes my name was called and our drinks were done. They may not have alot of seats or a big parking lot but if you want quick service and great quality this is your place. I will be getting my next Jamba juice here and I hope you will too read more
