Dude, the "bananaberry" is where it's at!! That's my go-to drink that was recommended to me by Karina. Good staff read more

Very friendly staff. Got a bowl and did some work. They were super thoughtful and efficient.

The smoothies here are so healing for my soul. The shift lead Marianna, was so friendly and made me feel like I was at home. There acai bowl is a great way to start your mornings. My all time favorite are the giner shots. I love stoping by after my yoga sessions. Namaste read more

This Jamba Juice is conveniently located in the Smart and Final shopping center, near Starbucks. The quality of the drinks and the level of customer service is the same as you'd expect at any other Jamba Juice. Every time I've come here, I've had a pleasant experience. Normally, it doesn't get too busy. The only times I've seen it busy is during lunch, but even then it's not that bad. read more

June 5th. They still have signs that say 3 people MAX in the store. The are completely understaffed. The 2 girls working are busting their butts so props to them. They still have a "NATIONAL COIN SHORTAGE " sign up. I feel like I walked into the height of the fake pandemic. The service was absolutely fantastic. My bowl is perfect. Simi Valley need to take lessons from these guys.!!! read more

I have not been in any Jamba Juice since my last review about them, over a year ago. Not much has changed. I went in on Thursday afternoon around 12:45pm, they had 3 employees on the floor, 2 of the 3 were new. The new employees seemed to be very new, maybe they were just hired last week. The girl who has been there for awhile did not look happy at all. Which I can tell rubbed off on the 2 new employees. They never smiled, talked to any of the customers, didn't ask for my name when placing my order, and just called out my order without any eye contact or even a thank you. I feel bad for the workers here, I have no idea what's going on, but if you can't smile at work, then why are you there? Also, why do they have a sign asking people to YELP, if your not going to at least smile and say thank you??? read more

Extremely fast service and made to perfection. Literally came in ordered my drinks and out within 5 minutes.

I come in here a lot & everyone who works here is always super friendly & helpful. One of the girls even helped me come up with a completely unique smoothie for myself b/c nothing on the menu was tickling my fancy. They're also really fast :) read more

They are sooooooooo slow !!! I waited 20 mins for two drinks and like 5 people that came after me got their drinks before me. I gave them 3 stars because the drinks were still good but service was terrible. They need either more workers, faster workers or people who know what they're doing. read more

The chunky strawberry a chai bowl wavery good the green ginger smoothie was excellent

Just left this location and got the worst service from the cashier. I didn't get a chance to see his name as he was rushing us to order and very inconsiderate of valued customers. I personally feel like he shouldn't be handling customers with his attitude. But he did have on AirPods which I'm sure aren't allowed to be worn while your serving foods. But hey, who knows? He worked on August 15th and the time was between 4:10-4:20 pm. read more

Erica!!! She's such a hard worker!! Honorable mentions is Also Phillip, according to her

Noemi was a very helpful employee, I wasn't sure what drink I wanted and she recommended something just right

The worst Jamba Juice. Stood at the front counter for 10 minutes with NO acknowledgement AT ALL. And they saw me there. Just continued to ignore me. When they finally took my order I went to pay with a credit card and they said cash only. NO WHERE DO THEY HAVE POSTED THE CREDIT CARD SYSTEM IS DOWN CASH ONLY. Guess I will make the trek to Robeks from now on or go to the Jamba Juice in Azusa because the Duarte location needs better staff! read more

This is without a doubt my favorite Jamba Juice in all of California. I've visited almost every single Jamba Juice in the world & this one is by far the best. read more

I like this spot. They might as well delete the phone number though. Called about 6 times in a row to try and correct an online order and no one picked up. read more

I love this place but I always have a hard time picking something to drink because of all my allergies. Luckily Karina, the shift leader, helped me out and guided me through the overwhelming menu. read more

Noemi was amazing when I went in the morning. She was by herself but she got out my drink out pretty quick! Awesome attitude and energy!

Average or maybe slightly below for a Jamba Juice. The cashier was not very friendly or inviting and looked annoyed when I wasn't sure what I wanted to order. I decided to get the same Strawberries Wild I usually get, and got it in about 4 minutes with no line. The drink was okay...I've had it made way better. It was kind of watered down and looked like it was already melting when I got it handed to me. There's lots of parking because its in a big plaza; located next to Wells Fargo and H&R Block. I'd come back if I was PARCHED and if I was feeling like giving Jamba a second chance at this location. read more

On a Hot Sunny Day there is nothing better than a watermelon breeze ! Krystal made the best drink ever or maybe it was that nice welcoming smile that made it taste better ! Thanks for the great Customer service. read more

90% of the time smoothies are runny at this location, employees not friendly, no sense of urgency and needs a lesson on what customer service looks like.... it's the closest location to me so I have low expectations for the staff and have to order my smoothies thick. read more

They have $1 Oatmeal Wednesdays but only at certain times. Small location but excellent service every time. I also get the Mega Mango. Always hits the spot. read more

Madison was super friendly and greeted me right when I walked through the door! Great costumer service and I will definitely be coming back again! read more

First time at this Jamba location and I loved it. The customer service was outstanding! I think the worker s name was Josh. He was great. Fast, friendly, and helpful. He even brought out our drinks for us outside. Made my Jamba Juice experience that much better. read more

Best customer service!! Had the best smoothies made today by Melanie and Logan. They were friendly, professional and gave me great recommendations. This is going to be my favorite jamba juice to stop by! read more

I come here at least twice a week. Everyone is always very friendly with a great smile and GREAT customer service skills, but for the 1st time .... I was Very disappointed DYLAN had NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS...horrible attitude... If I were the owner I would re-evaluate his customer service skills because if all your employees were like him I would definitely NEVER go back. I even asked him for his name and he just looked at as if he didn't understand English. Then I asked him for his manager's name he replied "I don't know" hopefully he finds a new attitude. read more

I go to this location frequently and always have great service. I am not an easy customer either with all my substitutions. The quality of the smoothies are great and consistent read more

Mmm mmm. I love Jamba Juice, especially when they have BOGO offers. They yell "Tip tip hooray!" whenever they get tippe. Drinks come up nice and full and smoothies are freshly made. Cashier doesn't always ask for my name - don't know if they're supposed to. Still, I'm a fan of smoothies here - Strawberry Nirvana, Strawberries Wild, anything strawberries! And even after all these years, they'll still give you one free boost. Prices jumped up a little, recently. Still, its a great deal when you have a BOGO coupon. read more

Been coming here for over a year and the service is always consistent and friendly. Been to several other Jamba's around LA and this one has the most consistent in quality and taste. For those bad reviews you can ask them to replace your drink if your not satisfied. read more

I live right next to a Jamba Juice here in Arcadia, but I drive to Duarte location to get my Mega Mango because the service here is the best. Ian is always the coolest and makes great suggestions, and always up for some good conversation. I definitely consider this MY JAMBA. Keep up the good work! read more

Slowwwwww service, their orange juice taste so bad... taste like old and stale

Alyssa was sooooo nice and a great employee! Would go back 100%. She was so welcoming like as if I was a guest in her house. Not to mention that she made a killer smoothie. Strawberry banana is where it's at I suggest everybody goes to this location when Alyssa is working! read more

This store is a 50/50 shot if you want oatmeal in the morning. Jamba was open since 7:30 a.m. We got there at 8:50. Phillip told us that he didn't know when the oatmeal would be ready because they had other priorities to attend to. Phillip and Melody were very condescending, unprofessional and rude. My wife and I explained to them that they were being unprofessional. As we left the store they laughed at us. I really enjoy Jamba Juice products but don't get excited about patronizing a store that doesn't appreciate its customers. read more

Awesome service the manger is so helpful especially if you go for the first time. I think her name was Noemi love her positivity. I'm so in love with there fruit bowls so delicious the staff is super friendly and cheerful. Defiantly going again I love there mega mango juice it's so fresh a delicious :) read more

My favorite Jamba Juice in the San Gabriel Valley!! Workers moved fast and provided amazing customer service!! I believe the workers there on this day were Marianna and Emanuel and they were all smiles and just super friendly!! Will keep coming here! read more

The service at this location is horrible. My cashier name Cheyenne was very rude. It seem like she was mad that I was here. I walked in and she just stood at the register and didn't even bother greeting me. When I started ordering my drinks she kept rolling her eyes at me. This place needs improve with the customer service skills. read more

only one person working that didn't know anything about juices, not his fault, I just can't imagine leaving someone like him as the only person. 5 people waiting for their juices while he fumbled around someone's questions. Obviously poorly managed to only have one person working at 6pm read more

Every single time I call this location the phone is either disconnected or the call just drops, can't believe a chain this huge cannot afford a better telephone system ! I always place orders online and I would like for once to be able to call in and ask for ice and actually get through. I am upset and it's so annoying, next time I'll just drive a bit longer and go to a store who actually care about their customers and their time. I also wish Yelp had no stars. I would give them a no star! read more

I've been coming to this Jamba Juice for years now and it sucks that after today I won't be going back. I went in this morning and ordered a smoothie & oatmeal...only to be sitting there for nearly 20 minutes and they never even made my drink. They got through making 6 drinks of customers that had gotten there after I did...when the girl realized she forgot about me and then asked me wait, what did you order? ...she should know what I ordered ..she took my order... I figured at this point I wasn't going to wait any longer, so I asked for a refund. Not once did anyone apologize for forgetting to make my drink or give me my oatmeal ..they told me it would take a few days for my refund and then said thank you to me? The customer service here used to be so good, it isn't anymore. read more

The juice is fine (though overpriced) however the customer service policies are absolutely asinine. My gift card wouldn't read. After five minutes they told me I'd have to call corporate. The problem is the last time I tried that their corporate customer service told me the store should type in the number. Today the store rep says they can't do that without the GM present. Are you serious? If the register lets you enter a gift card number, why can't you let your employees do that? So now I have to guess when the GM might be in the store? Ridiculous. I won't be back. read more
