Great service! I put in an order of 5 medium classic smoothies, was quoted it would take 7-8 mins. Got done and in my hands in 2 mins!! I was super impressed. read more

Love Jamba staff so nice and establishment is clean drinks always fresh and delicious

The restroom at this location is appalling! If my Bladder wasn't about to burst I honestly would have rather held it another 30 miles to get home. That restroom needs to be remodeled. Toilet is disgust. Trash can has graffiti writing, I was honestly waiting for a roach to come out of the corner. However, my white gummy was delicious. read more

Wow can you say someone ate sour freaking lemons!!!!! Wow talk about rude employees... no one is making them work here... your choice... I felt like I was at the DMV of juice joints!!! And did I mention that I paid almost 7 dollars for a medium drink and they didn't bother to top it off... this location sucks!!!! read more

Many reviews say this place has slow service, I tend to agree, but only because the poor kids are by themselves and it's so damn hot in there despite it only being March they're probably miserable. And as far as any cleanliness complaints, who wants to clean when you're all hot and sweaty? read more

Best place ever! Came here a couple of days ago and this girl took my order very nice a sweet. She recommended me a drink as I was vey confused. It was very very busy felt bad it was hot and the workers where so over worked but got my drinks out quick as possible read more

Good when they have the actual products in to make the drink but the last two times they didn't have any frozen yogurt to make the drinks or something else was missing how do you run a business and never have stock to make the drinks smh read more

This kids needs to change his attitude. Not coming back again. If he doesn't like his job, it's not the customer's fault

On February 17 around 4:45 my husband and i went into the Jamba Juice for a last minute smoothie. There was only one person working and we were all standing around waiting. I told a gentleman i was next and began to order only to be given a dirty look from the employee. There were about three other people behind me and they ordered. Guess I must've pissed the employee off because she served everyone in front of me and made sure to hand my husband and I are drinks last. What a bitchy move read more

Why don't they open on time??? Did everyone quit?? Is management that terrible?? Do better and pay your employees :)

Smoothies were done satisfactorily Low rating for poor professionalism: the lady at the cash register had a cup of flaming hot Cheetos and I saw that her finger tips were red as I handed her my payment. read more

Worst attitude ever. Didn't even say" how can we help you" when we walked in. They made are drinks in a very bad mood and didn't say anything when it was ready. Terrible customer service. read more

Nastiest, dirtiest place. They refuse to answer the phone so that you are left hanging on online orders. They do not have a good set up on the delivery, online systems because you cannot write a note of any changes to particular foods you'd like. They take their time yapping with each other and spend a good amount of time wasted behind the front area, doing who knows what. Terrible experience and it is a real shame because the next closest Jambas are further away. read more

If I could give it a 0 rating I would. The customer service was terrible. The employees acted like they did not want to be there and did not really care to assist their customers needs. I will not be coming back to this location. read more

Ah, Jamba Juice.. as we walked in, the burning smell of bleach filled the air! ..Wait a minute, that's not what JJ is supposed to smell like? Huh.. This is the worst JJ I've ever been to. There were bottles of cleaner right up on the counters, right next to the foods, the cashier is ALWAYS pissed off, the employees stand around in the back drinking their own smoothies until she yells at them to fill the orders, and no one ever makes a drink right here. The drinks always come out really watery. C'mon people, i know you have charts in the back with the correct measurements! I don't get it. Every other JJ I've been to has been a light, airy, friendly, and fun experience.. but this JJ is like a welfare office..or a hospital waiting room... It's dark, the employees are always mad at you, and they cut corners to rip you off. Boo. read more

I get freshly squeezed juices for myself, and my husband gets smoothies. I love how they make my freshly squeezed juice. I've gone to other jamba's and its a hit or miss but in this location its always a bit better than the rest. My husband loves the smoothies as well. read more

I fell in love with the blue gummy here..such a great suggestion from the always friendly and helpful staff here. I love how quickly they make the drinks here even when they're super packed. This location is quite small compared to the many other Jamba Juices but the service is great, the staff is always friendly and helpful, the store is clean, and I always walk out with a smile. read more

This is the closest Jamba Juice from my house, so it's convenient. Located in a large plaza, so there's plenty of parking. I've always found the staff to be friendly and efficient. Never have had a bad experience coming here. The location has a clean single stall bathroom, and a few stools as you wait for your smoothie. I normally come for an Aloha Pineapple, Strawberry Wild, or Razzmatazz smoothie. read more

This place just needs some sprucing up (by sprucing I mean CLEANING ) it really has a lot of potential but smells weird/horrible in there. Jamba Juice needs to be employed by people who love the Corp and want to be 5 star. read more

Love it here. Always clean and fast service! I wish there were more specials. I noticed the rewards deal today and love it! :) Always a great feeling to drink healthy! Love the energy bowls! read more

SHOUT OUT TO OSCAR!!! visited a separate location and the worker was misunderstood when i asked for a smoothie.. i walked out with the chunkiest iciest flavorless smoothie i've had in a while. i was already headed in this direction when i spotted a chance to take a shot in the dark. I stopped by this location and Oscar remade it for me with no hassle and let me tell you... it was perfect. Thank you! read more

Service was friendly and didn't make me wait for more than a few minutes while my smoothie was prepared. I normally get a Bright-Eyed & Blueberry, an off menu smoothie that tastes delicious and as though it was made by the Gods themselves. I got the usual with my additives and it was as delicious as ever! Th location is super clean and everything was to my satisfaction! read more

Great smoothies & good service everytime I go. I'm in & out within minutes which is great if you're having a busy day & don't have time to wait long for a food order. read more

Thank you for a great service ! Not sure who attended me Friday morning on 1/15/16 at 8:15 am but these two girls there were nice and helpful. They acknowledge me when entering ,also when i had questions about the cute lil yogurt bowls they have available. read more

I give a place at least 3 tries before putting up a bad service review. This place was only twice. The first time I came in they messed up my drink and I had to have it remade. This time it took 3 people to get a gift card to work and rather than open the second register to help the forming line while the supervisor fixed the issue with the card they made all of us wait. One person was talking about leaving it took them so long to figure the gift card out. Not the best decision made by a supervisor. And they almost messed up my drink again. read more

Acai Smoothie was aiiiight. But why the hell was there a piece of plastic inside my drink? Would've gone back but was already 10-15 mins down the road before I took my first sip. read more

Easy parking, good location near Smart and Final. The place is clean. Staff is busy. The Jumba Juice Holiday special of gift card with two free drinks cannot be used till January and February next year, which is not quite convenient. read more

Love my Mango! Karina made sure my juice was not Sour like most places do. Which is why I am loyal to this location. It's hard to find great customer service where people are genuinely happy and in a good mood. Great way to start my day! read more

1/18/19 Just left there, Asked for a strawberry energizer the guy responded to me "No"... Im sorry what do you mean "No"? He responded "We don't have that" I told him its an old drink that is in the menu on the computer. Other Jamba Juices looked it up for me before on the computer. He asked his co worker "do we make strawberry energizers "she responded and he came back and told me "No we dont do that" he didnt even try to look it up on the computer... well I won't be back to this location. read more

The staff at this Jamba Juice location has great energy and gives fast efficient service and is always so patient with me when I order my almost daily smoothie that I have to make a little different every time. I'm so indecisive and always trying to create my own concoction and stare at the menu much longer than most customers and the staff always waits so patiently with a smile and never make me feel rushed or bad for taking so long. I love Jamba Juice! read more

My experience here was incredible. Came in hot and a little upset but Steph's friendly big smile and positive attitude changed my day. Plus he whipped up an awesome smoothie! Always a pleasure to go into a an establishment and see everyone smiling, kudos to all. read more

Horrible service. Not friendly and very slow. They didn't seem like they wanted to be working there.

Last couple of months this has to be one of the worst stores in the franchise. They run out of things so quickly and they don't get replaced. They haven't had dates in months and they run out of frozen yogurt. The two stars are for the couple of really friendly and helpful employees that work there. I buy about 7 smoothies a month minimum. This is the closest store to work, but I only go there when I'm desperate. Store supplies have improved over the past several months. So I started going back. Customer service has really dropped off. My order gets is put in wrong half the time which I can deal with but their employees look really tired and are not as friendly. read more

They need to stop preclosing so soon, couldn't order my drink because they had already washed the juicer 2 before close

Have you all heard of speed! It shouldn't take 15 mins to take my order and make a smoothie. The girl in front of me left because she was waiting in line for too long before someone even acknowledged our existence. read more
