Customer Service is completely lacking. I walked in and no one bothered to look up, say hi, or even say, "what can I get started for you today?" I awkwardly stood there waiting for a cue to give my order. Surprised that what seemed to look like a shift manager didn't greet me either. I get it, your job can be tiresome at times. But, a polite, friendly greeting doesn't take much energy and that's a shame. Not one employee looked happy to be there. And that's awful for business. So it started when we stood in line for a good 3-4 minutes while 3 people worked on drinks and not one of them greeted us or even acknowledged we were there. When they finally walked up to take our order no "sorry for the wait or thanks for waiting" was said. In fact the person did one of my all time pet peeves; he saw that I was with someone, but stated "is that it?" The second I ordered not even giving the other person with me a chance to order. Clearly the staff has never been trained on customer service. In fact when I got my drink I noticed that they didn't give me the extra that is usually given to me because I put soy and whey protein in the drink and it makes extra. I looked at it and just walked away. One of the rude children working there yelled "your welcome!" After me. The restroom was disgusting with waste on and around the toilet, no seat covers, and tagging everywhere. Such a disappointment. If this is a franchise it should have its licensing revoked. read more

This one specifically because I've been to many and none are like this one, the customer service provided by Noemi and Karina was just outstanding! Decent place walking in always get a friendly hello from everyone. Well I've never had much of a problem with this place. I have not seen the cleaner on the counter but I have smelled the bleach but it's mixed with oranges and other fruit. Though I can't blame the smell we use bleach at my job as well to clean floors and stuff. Music is WAY too loud at this place. I walked up to the counter and the lady asked me what I wanted and I told her and she is yelling at me "What?" so I said it again. She got that and then I asked her something else about it and she said "What?" again. After all that the Spinach and Egg wrap was out. I won't go back there again. The speakers are not even great in there, way too tin-y, no base. Hurts my ears. Hope the manager reads this. Seams like they have had some customer service issues. I absolutely loved my experience here! I came to this Jamba Juice location on a hot Saturday afternoon to find the store extremely packed. I was expecting to wait quite a while for my order given the fact that only 2 people were working. I was pleasantly surprised when I received my order within a few short minutes. Horrible service! I walked in and ordered two strawberry wild, one aloha pineapple, and two fresh squeeze orange juice. The cashier did not know what she was doing, swiped my card twice and charged me twice.
