Employees are the worst i've seen at any location. Paid for a large, received a medium. When asked there was no sorry or any sort of remorse after they checked the register. Multiple visits and employees have been cold as the weather recently. Will not be coming back. Machines would be more friendly. read more

My husband and I came to this location today 5/19/17 at 230 pm. When we walked in we were not greeted and waiting about 5 mins just to be acknowledged. When we finally did get service she was super rude very unprofessional poor attitude made us feel very uncomfortable and not welcome. The employee I'm referring to is the cashier Vanessa. had to give this review 1 star not by choice should be zero stars.. Came in to grab a couple juices on Monday night. Cashier was super rude was leaning on counter and on her phone the whole time. She took my order and other employee started to make my drinks as I paid. Cashier said system was down and could only take cash. Why didn't she say this before I ordered.. I told her I did not have cash. Told her that I would like to cancel my order and she seemed to get mad and question why since my drinks were already made. I told her she could try swiping my card again and she seemed bothered. After maybe 10 mins and her rolling her eyes she took an iPad out to charge me. my drinks sat there on the counter melting. Didn't bother to ask if I wanted them remade didn't thank me just said those are your drinks and started talking to other employee. I work as manager and this is some horrible customer service never again will I come here and I go once or twice a week rather take my business to the one in Azusa. If your so bothered by people why do you work here! By the way here name is JOCELIN.. you need better people representing your company. read more

Ive been to this location 4 times now, unfortunately its the closest to my new home. This is beyond the slowest location Ive been to. I actually used to work at a Jamba for about a year, and this would not fly at my location. I think what the problem is is that they're understaffed. read more

I love the product; I can't take the waiting time any longer. They are seriously understaffed, somebody is ALWAYS on break, it took nearly 20 minutes to get one drink...and it's been getting worse over the last couple of months. This Jamba has never disappointed me. From the customer service to the taste of the drinks. I usually get one of the healthier juices after my workout but the cashier, Vanessa? I believe her name was, recommended one of the low in sugar smoothies and I gave it try. Fast friendly service, definitely will be back. read more

The worst experience ever. My family usually comes to this location but the workers yesterday (new faces) were bad and should not work in a "customer service" environment. Don't know what happened to this place, they have the weirdest policy. I wanted to pay with a gift card but they say they are not currently taking them and it's posted at the door. I was fine with it but the funny thing is they have gift cards for sale on display. The worse is- I placed an order for PB& Banana smoothie and I nicely asked Vanessa if I can get enough peanut butter to taste because I've had very light PB in the past and she said okay . Few minutes passed and came my order. Tasted it to make sure I have enough PB before I left. Guess what? I tasted zero PB and again nicely asked if I can get an additional PB and another person Oscar told me I can't unless I pay for the extra PB. I told him it's not considered extra because there is no PB in a PB Banana smoothie they gave me. But they were not to satisfy their customer so I left and will never come back again. read more

Honestly I used to love this place but now I only want to get a drink there if Ian is there! He is the absolute best, I'm always trying to find something new and he knows the whole menu inside and out! He's also super patient with other customers and I when we have tons of questions. I came to this Jamba Juice at 7:30pm today because I saw that they close at 8pm. The door was wide open, so my companion and I walked in. The female employee said "We're closed. We closed early because of super bowl." However, she was inside making herself what appeared to be a smoothie, yet they were "closed." There were four people who walked in at the same time as I did. That was clearly good business for the establishment. I don't think super bowl in a legitimate reason to close early. Also, it was very unprofessional to be making herself a smoothie and turn customers away. Overall, I'm very unhappy with the service. I will not be coming back to this store! read more

Always tasty smoothies but they have raised there prices which were already ultra high expensive and they charge for a boost now too. I really still love going here because there smoothies are just that good but lately have gotten more pricy. Staff is always friendly to me though, and I love there carrot karma. Most unprofessional, rude, stuck up girl named Destiny took my order. Lacked customer service to the max. Terrible I mean this girl made me feel uncomfortable even while sitting there waiting on my drinks. I mean I get you, you hate your job but come on at least pretend to smile. Or be rude but in a professional manner. She was just standing behind the register hiding her phone on her POS system and I was unsure whether to order because I personally didn't want to be a burden since she was too busy on her phone. I was ordering and it's as if she wasn't even alert or awake while I was ordering.I typically don't even care for reviews or complain about anything really. I could give two shits but man does this Destiny girl deserve a bad review. I made sure to ask for the drinks to be made thick due to the heat outside she looked at me like a pathetic loser and asked what do you mean thick? I had to stop and think about how should i explain it so that this girl understands me. I replied and said to the smoothie thicker so it doesn't melt as fast.
