Pretty disappointed. On March 18th, I called before arriving to order my smoothie and the staff informed me that they were out of EVERYTHING except for strawberries and blueberries so I asked if they can recommend something to make with what they have and they threw out a few suggestions, I picked one and was on my way to pick it up. So I wait in line for 10 minutes while the people in front of me try to decide what they want considering the slim selection, and then I get up there to pay only to be told they didn't make my drink because they didn't have all of the ingredients (even though they recommended it). No one called to tell me they couldn't make it. I wasn't even going to write a review because everyone is entitled to an "off" day, except I called again on Sunday, March 20th and they informed me again that they were out of a ton of fruit. I hope this serves as a suggestion to be prepared, it blows my mind that a smoothie store doesn't plan to have enough produce. Worst Jamba Juice in the area. The employees are young and like to give attitude they don't listen to your order. I came in here tonight to try and give them a chance and ordered an acai bowl with absolutely no bananas because I get an allergic reaction so what do they do put bananas in the blend but not on top not sure if they did it to be smart asses or what but never coming here again. read more

I'm always so weary about going o this Jamba Juice location. Yes, they are great at handling a high volume of customers but other than that, they stink. I've had constant orders being made wrong, they forgotten certain ingredients, toppings or boosts; or skimp on the certain ingredients -even after paying extra for more, I'll still get less than with what I would f got if I didn't add-on an extra-. What's worst is that some of the team members have attitudes in the morning, and I never complained once. read more

I don't think there's been an occasion where I haven't liked what I ordered from Jamba. I always get a Pomegranate Pick Me Up which is delicious and tart. Whatever I don't finish I put in the freezer and eat it as sorbet later in the day. The food is great too. I'm a sucker for their Chicken Chimichurri and their Southwestern Chicken Salad is good too. They also have Izzes :) and the zucchini bread is so yummy! read more

Today was my fourth time coming in to this establishment and like always I was not disappointed. The staff there is always on top of their game. What made me write this review is a certain employee by the name of Andres. Even though they where super busy He was very courteous and helpful because I wanted to try something new and he made several suggestions so I went with him on whatever he suggested and I fell in love with it. I go to this jamba a lot because it's right by my work. They are always running out of things. A few weeks ago it was oatmeal and this morning it was bananas and mangos. I don't know how they even get through the day without bananas or mangos. The island pitaya bowl is awesome but not if they're always running out of ingredients. read more

Stopped by after working out with my husband on a Sunday afternoon around 12:30pm. The place was PACKED and there were at least 6 people making drinks. Don't know why they were there when not even one person seemed to know exactly how to make one drink. Everyone was just standing/walking around being helpless or looking at the ingredients chart. We waited for ALMOST ONE HOUR to get our drinks. That's enough time to go into a restaurant and ORDER REAL FOOD. Turns out they gave away one of our drinks to someone else and the other drink was made but standing on the counter for over 10 minutes. Came here looking for a nice cold drink for me and my mom. She wanted to get something that was more creamy than smoothie based. The cashier was nice enough to offer some recommendations, and mentioned the Strawberry Dreamin (not on the menu). We got that and added banana. It was good and definitely nice on a warm day. Went in yesterday hoping to just get a drink before I go pick up my dog from petsmart before they close, went in at 8:30pm and didn't get my drink until 8:55pm! I started to notice people that had ordered after me got their drinks and left already. I went up to the girl making the drinks asking if she had done my order because I did not hear my name or drink called out. She asked what I ordered, not my name, and so after I told her the drink I ordered she then went to a fridge and brought a drink that was already made? She told me my order was given to someone else under a different name?? First of all, how old was the drink already made in the fridge, and 2nd of all, my name and order is on the machine and neither was called out at all. So in other words, you saw My name, made My drink, and gave it to the guy that probably had that same drink waiting for him in that fridge!! read more

I love that Jamba juice is a place that has consistant quality..I always always order the Surfrider, been my favorite for 10 years. It use to be called the Strawberry Tsunami but after the Tsunami hit years ago they changed the name but the drink stayed the same. Worst service I ever got! We went in on a Saturday afternoon to get a juice and should have known better than to order after seeing how many people were waiting. But we decided to wait anyway because we really wanted a smoothie. After waiting for more than 15 minutes and seeing people get their orders that came in after us, I went up to the counter to find out what happened to our order. The girl proceeded to tell me that she didn't have our order yet and that the wait was at least 20 minutes after paying. I pointed out that I watched two different paying customers come in and order after us and they had already gotten their orders and that's when the attitude came out. So I had a really long night that led into 4am this morning, and had to be up and at it by 9am. I was in desperate need of being revitalized, and I don't drink caffeine so I stop by the nearest Jamba Juice. I go to order my favorite fresh squeezed juice "cucumber orange cooler" and Adrian tells me that they don't have any cucumbers. Wow I sure came to the wrong Jamba Juice this morning because they also were out of lemon. Ugh! I asked for a discount or a complimentary substitute and Adrian completely ignored my request and proceeded to tell me what the total of my order would be. Adrian also may have a difficult time multi tasking because he burned 1 of the two wraps that I ordered. Hmmmh.. Very disappointing visit here I'm only giving 2 stars because Carmela was very efficient making everyone's drinks and was apologizing for the wait. I don't go to Jamba Juice often but lately I've been into acai bowls and Jamba is closest to home. I've gotten 3 here and honestly not all of them were the best. The first time was done by a particular girl, I think her name was Julissa or Yaliza or Yalitza TBH not sure. I had a really good experience with her because she just had a really good attitude (which is rare at this Jamba). That same girl has also made me various drinks before and they were the best. Anyway, I definitely recommend the acai bowls, the orange juice and the mango smoothie. Overall customer service is okay. It can get really busy but on the bright side there's plenty of parking. read more

I like coming to this Jamba location because they're open early and the staff makes an effort to greet customers with a friendly smile and a courteous, "Good morning". Even when there is a line the staff does a great job of working the orders through and making sure customers aren't standing around waiting too long for their orders. read more
