So I don't understand when there is an old lady (My mother) in Jamba Juice buying one smoothie and she is the ONLY one in the store buying ONE jamba and the employee claims my mom didn't purchase the Jamba Juice that she clearly purchased... My mom purchased a Jamba Juice and the Hispanic employee claimed my mom didn't pay for the drink... the Hispanic employee made my mom look for her receipt and show it to her as proof. HELLO keep track of which customers buy which drinks! WORSE JAMBA JUICE EVER! read more

Not friendly at all. Went here on 6-7-20 @ 12:30p none of the staffed made me feel welcomed at all. Stood at the register waiting for assistance nobody said will be with you in a moment. I hate to spend my money at a place of business where I'm not acknowledged. After my items were prepared I said thank you there was no your welcome or thanks for coming. Well that was my last visit ever to that Jamba Juice. Jamba Juice teach the Compton location some manners please read more

Typical jamba juice. Clean location located in the shopping center. Workers are friendly. You can sample before you buy. I had to try the apples and greens which was great. It is a green drink but yummy and healthy. Pretty quick service. Smoothies were made just right. Limited seating inside location. There is also some seating outside if you wanna stay and enjoy your drink. They also have limited selection on sandwiches, oatmeal and breakfast. Some snacks also. read more

Ok I came to this location at about 11:30 am i guessing this employee is new because while waiting on the smoothie to blend she grabbed the cups and while moving the cups she touched the inside of the cups with her BARE FInGERS! They need to go over with the employees being SANITARY. The same employee was playing with her name tag that had stickers on it while waiting on the smoothie to blend. She may have been nervous but whoever the manager is REMIND employees too be sanitary COVID 19! read more

3-4 employees working and only 1 making smoothies. I experienced a warm welcome but stood at the register for a good 3 mins before someone helped. Have been waiting for my smoothies for over 15 mins.. read more

They get one star for being in a convenient location. This is by far THE WORST Jamba Juice I've ever visited. They have the worst customer service, they lack in training their employees and managers. They don't acknowledge their mistakes when they have gotten any of my orders wrong and have blamed ME, THE CUSTOMER THAT PAID FOR THEIR SMOOTHIE for their mistake. This place needs all new staff because it would be such a great store based off of their location. read more

Today I visited this location for the first time. It was clean and there were only two people ahead of me in line. The cashier robotically greeted all of us in a way that seemed very forced. I ordered my 16oz strawberry-banana and waited about 5 minutes. A girl called out my order and put my visibly dripping cup on the counter. How hard would have been to wipe off what YOU spilled on the outside of a customer's cup?! That upset me so I quickly left without tasting my smoothie. I got to my car and tasted it, and it was awful. I don't understand how she messed up on one of the simplest things on the menu! Not only were there huge chunks of ice (the size of a poly seed) there were also chunks of banana. I'm very disappointed with this location. I hope the employees receive better training on how to properly treat customers & BLEND the smoothies so they are able to be DRANK and not chewed!!! read more

Really bad customer service! Kids just like to flirt play around in the back instead of paying attentuon to customer ... The girl doing drinks was good doing her job. Juice was delicious. read more

This location is fairly new, so I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt that the staff is new. But seriously after a month already open and I go almost every morning you would think they would pick up the pase. They are super slow and when I say SUPER I mean SUPER SLOW. Like I said, I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt that they are new so I started placing my order over the phone 30 min prior to me arriving and yet they are super slow. Not to mention I was left on hold for 5 min so I just decided to hang up and move on. If I were the owner I would seriously consider new staff or new objectives for this place to actually work. read more

As much crap as I talk about compton business, I got to give credit when credit is due I am not a hypocrite. The service was good, a little slower than others I have been to but I am a patient woman. My drink was made just right and my waffle was toasted just right. Thank you CPT!!! read more

Went here last night and it was horrible! It is the biggest Jamba juice I have ever been/seen to but also the slowest ever in the world. It took like 15 minutes to get my drink that they messed up on. FYI don't get pumpkin smash taste like rotten milk!!!! read more

Screw what everyone else says, I love this Jamba Juice location, it's close to everything else, it's full of friendly employees and it's cleanliness is by far the best. Although at times they may get a little packed it's normal and I don't mind waiting, I mean after all, it's not like they just open a bottle of pre-blended jamba juices and fill your cup with it, they actually make your drink from near scratch. So no I don't mind the wait. read more

I cannot make this up. I received an email from Jamba Juice for a free smoothie. Visit 2 times this weekend , spend $10 or more. My subtotal was $11.98 . I applied my $3 reward which made my out of pocket cost $8.98. My question to the manager, Alex, was do I need to buy something else for a dollar so that I can meet the minimum requirements for the free smoothie. His solution was for me to cancel my order and place another order for more than $10. After I inquired about my $3 reward, he said he wasn't sure but he thought I would also lose my three dollar reward because it was already applied towards my original order. So spend more than $10, no reward incentive and I might or I might not get my free smoothie. Music was so loud, I may have missed some info. As I waited for guidance from management, I observed the floor needed cleaning and the pick up counter was super sticky with cup rings in every flavor. Please don't go to Compton unless you want the drama. I only wanted to get something refreshing for my grand girls. Like I said, I can't make this stuff up. Thank you for reading my post, Donna D. read more

So this place Is horrible. They don't have all the proper ingredients to make your smoothie. They don't have the proper lids. They are using subway lids which causes them to scoop out some of your $5 drink. It takes forever!!! read more

Rude service by the manager Cathy wat a bitch she had an attitude before even walking to the cash register. The boy who made my smoothie was very kind he told me me to have great night tall boy with green shirt read more

It's jamba! There's not much to complain about or rave the drinks are made well the only thing is that they are pretty slow took me 10 minutes to get my drink and there was only one person ahead of me but it is a fairly new establishment so I'm guessing that's why read more

Poor service here at thia Jamba juice. No type of excellent customer service. They have no consideration for the customer and habe no ability of going way am over and beyond. Never coming here again. Mgr Sidney or cindy whatver her name is needs to learn and perhaps take a course in great customer service. Never spend a dollar here again. read more

Its a pretty good location. Not too fond that its next door to a 24fitness because you usually those ppl that most likely "squat" the machines and spend that time glued to their phones. Quality is great but they might need to focus on making orders... Maybe an extra hand or 2 read more

I placed a to go order over the phone and as soon as I came in they had it ready for me, great service and staff !

Try the waffle. I was pleasantly surprised that it needed no syrup. It was delicious! They warm it up so it's nice and toasty. I also like that they open at 6:30 am so I can go in before work. read more

the male cashier real life hates his job and I get it, it's just a check but why not just look else where or look for something that doesn't require people interaction ? people should be grateful for having a job during a pandemic. read more

Took 10-12 minutes to get my order and it wasn't that busy but I was in no rush. The workers were nice. No complaints

This Jamba Juice gave me horrible service they messed up my order and when I approached the manager about it they did nothing to help me so I don't like this Jamba Juice I will not be returning read more

This location has a lot they can improve on when it comes to making smoothies, either they're watery (not thick) or they still have chunks of fruit. And their smoothies are higher than other locations read more

Brought here by my son Thomas, the company was great and the smoothies weren't bad either.

I always enjoy my experience with "Cindy" at this Jumba juice location in Compton, CA, and the smoothies are distinctively better here. Cindy always greets everyone with an extra-cheerful good morning and is so helpful and informative about products and offers. She does the tip cheer, "Tip-tip-hooray!" She always makes me want to give more $$. Today her teammate even commented on how inspiring she is to the team, beyond the call of duty! This does not go unnoticed. read more

After working out I wanted to treat myself to something fresh and filling. I decided to visit Jamba Juice. I walked in and was immediately greeted by the staff. The store itself was pretty clean and smelled great. I wasn't sure what to order. The girl at the register suggested I try a bowl. I had plenty of questions about them and she took the time to answer them all. After a couple of minutes I decided to go for the Acai Bowl WOW was it delicious! Overall I was very content with my visit and will continue to visit this location on Sunday mornings after my workout. read more

I was ABSOLUTELY FLOORED when the cashier told me there was an .50 cent charge to make my drink thicker and if I wanted it extra thick the charge would be $1.00! I've been a Jamba Juice customer for years and I have NEVER known them to charge to make any drink thicker. ONLY in COMPTON! This is why it's hard to patronize our city and community. Believe it or not it's the small a things that make a difference. And to top it off the floors were filthy! Pineapples all on the mats. And the cabinets! OMG they looked HORRIBLE! I understand this store is franchise but honestly they need to do better! read more

Worst Jamba Juice ever !!!! Be prepared to wait forever for your drink. Worst customer service as well.

every time i go in there they never have all the ingredients needed to make my smoothies, they are usually "out" of pineapple, peach, and mango. the owner is nice good customer service, but i recommend he order more supplies at a time to make the smoothies since they are always running out. read more

Came here and they made me wait for my acai bowl for a really long time. Then when they finally made it and I was reaching to grab it the girl yells from the back room to "make sure that's her drink" as if I was stealing it I told her "do you want proof I can show you my receipt"? There was no one else at the place but one more lady so there was no confusion here. Overall bad experience every time I come. The girls are really rude. read more
