When I got there I was just going to take them as is, but the clerk told me "I'll make you new ones. These are watery now" I told him it's okay but he insisted. I visited this location today and the service was so bad even my 7yr old noticed. The employee Stacy saw me and my son walk in and she didn't even greet us. She gets to the register already looking bothered and looks even more unhappy the minute I asked her for a minute to look at the menu. She takes my order and the whole time she's looking elsewhere. I came in here and ordered a simple Acai bowl. The guy who helped me was pleasant, however this review is for the girl who ordered after me. She also ordered an Acai bowl but she wanted her fruits mixed into the already made acái bowl. Now that's simple and you would think that that was something that could be easily done. Not too complicated or confusing at all. Anywho, I could hear the employees telling her that that isn't something they do and her response was basically, "every location I go to, I order my bowl the same way and there's no issue." My problem came when the female manager on duty (January 6, at around 8:40pm) walked over to her coworker, who was making my bowl, and said/mouthed "stupid bitch" as she gathered the material she needed to complete the womban's order. Now, I was going to make a scene and let the womban know that the manager on duty called her a stupid bitch, however, I refrained... asked for a business card which they said they didn't have as well as the managers info of that location which they also didn't have. They said contacting corporate was the best way to contact anyone. I digressed, Yelp is. Now as a previous Jamba Juice employee, I know how crazy customers can be with their requests, however, when it comes to working in a professional setting, it should be noted that you remain professional, at least until the customer your referencing leaves. That wasn't the case. And I honestly didn't like what I saw or what I heard. This is the worst Jamba Juice I have ever been too. My first experience was about a month ago, their were two ladies and both ladies had such a bad attitude and were so aggressive towards me, I was taken back. And today, when I went back 9/22/2017, once again the customer service was definitely the same. They lack customer service experience, and need to hire more staff. It took for my order one (1) drink to be completed for 20 minutes. That's terrible! However, this is not the employees fault, I would blame upper management, your district Manager for failing and not paying attention to the needs of their customers and employees. This is the closest Jamba Juice to my house, so I would go there about 1-2 time(s) a week. The beverage quality has always been very good and I love their ORANGE CARROT TWIST or ginger shots, but the customer service experience is lacking. When entering the location, I did not feel genuinely welcomed and felt uncomfortable stares. I was then confused about one of the sizes available and asked the team member juicer about it. She was very condescending and her body language displayed that she was extremely agitated. For that purpose I will not come back. They just dropped to the lowest rating this morning. I walk in at 8 a.m. with only one customer before me, the cashier and no one else in sight. The customer took 8 minutes to order four items... (When you are waiting you unnecessarily, you tend to look at your watch) as the cashier laughed it up with him. The people here are super nice and fast! Both of the owners were working and they were banging drinks out! What a great example for their staff. When you have great owners you know you're going to get great service and a great product. The location is clean, well-lit, and has a great layout. Plus a bathroom! I ordered a chunky bowl, when I got to work It had 2 big pieces of hair in it! I called the manager and she couldn't care less. I drove 20 minutes back to show them, I had not even touched the bowl and she saw the hairs. I asked for a gift card and she refused. This is beyond disappointing, my inconvenience did not matter to them. I decided to go online and find a copycat version of the bowl and make it myself. First of all I walked in the store and there's narco corridos playing loud. I was approached by the rudest guy named Salvador who just kept looking at me like saying hurry up with his stare when I asked for a minute to look over the menu. He sight and walked away. My sister placed her order and tried paying with $50 bill. The guy looked at her and said no I can't take that. You have anything else , you can pay with like 2 $20 or something. So I asked where was the sign as I didn't see one by the register. He smartly said to me "the sign is outside by the door in big red letters " right in your face before you walk in. He said this with such and attitude so I talked back and made him feel uncomfortable. I told him he didn't have to be rude and he kept talking back stating I gave him attitude since I walked in.
