Not going to spend a lot of time re-hashing the experience BUT, this location is a total rip-off in my opinion. $24.28 for a medium drink and regular Acai Bowl?? I get the fact that they are Carson Mall adjacent but they don't even fill up the açaí bowls (see picture). I ordered extra granola but that doesn't mean I want 50% Granola, 25% açaí, and 10% fruit??? When I asked where the açaí was, the person who made it asked "oh, you want the rest of the açaí?" I was like of course, he handed me a small cup filled with the amount left over which was completely filled to the top with a lid. Again, this place is not the "one". Go else where if you want to get what you are paying for. There are other places in the area that are cheaper, better quality and get it right the first time. read more

Employees were really attentive and helpful. Esteban and Michael really set the bar high with their customer service and being attentive to allergies. The inside was clean and our drinks were prepared promptly. One thing i really appreciated is that the employees were attentive to any allergies and communicated that with each other that the customer had an allergy. Terrible service! The girl working (Lizette) appeared extremely out of it. When I asked if she was okay, she said she was "just really tired," but she could barely keep her eyes open and was moving very slowly. Customers, including myself, were left waiting for drinks she had already taken orders for but completely forgot about. At one point, she even told customers to place their order through the app--after already taking it in person. Overall, it was a frustrating and unprofessional experience. I come to this Jamba Juice just about every day because it is the most convenient for me. The store is terribly ran down, they constantly run out of items, and the customer service is terrible. I've now started going to the other Jamba Juice in Carson further away from my home simply because it's better service and more kept up. Service sucks but smoothies are made to perfection! Upon walking in, we already saw how crowded the place was but decided to go in anyways because we were craving Jamba and walked from 24hr Fitness. Our drinks took about 30 minutes which is so crazy! It seemed as though each order was 3+ drinks which backed the staff up. Luckily there was the mall where we walked around until we had to walk back for our smoothies. So I'm od'ing on the Acài berries at this moment in time! (Lol) I got the bowl a few days ago and wasn't really impressed. First of all the cup was really oversized and the amount of Açaí makes the fruit on top overflow. If you want to enjoy your acai Bowl I recommend that you stay there and eat it because it melts three to five minutes after purchasing it. I like the texture I like the natural Sweetness in the fruit is an excellent add on. So when I recently went back I decided to get the acai smoothie. Which was more my speed because it's portable and it didn't melt as fast as the bowl. Same great texture and flavor but it's to go! They do not care about this job or the business. Only about making their minimum wage and getting through the day and oh yeah socializing with each other or the friends/family that come to visit. I ordered my drink and it came out fine, but my bf ordered a medium white gummy and they filled the cup about 85% of the way with a good amount still in the blender. The lines can get long too. Despite their quality, these smoothies are expensive. It's technically cheaper to make them yourself. You just need to buy fruit juice (the frozen juices in a can work well), fruits, soy milk, sorbet, and frozen yogurt.
