Love coming to this Jamba, I always order the Mango a go go... Everyone there is really nice...

This is a small location with 2 tables & a few seats that feels a little cramped. It was fairly clean & orderly. They seemed steadily busy on a warm Saturday afternoon when we went, but we received really friendly, pleasant, & patient customer service from a male worker. We made a flavor change right after we ordered & it was no problem. We ordered a Caribbean Passion, Strawberries Wild (extra blended), & Peanut Butter Moo'd. All our drinks met our expectations. The location is a bit hidden in the business plaza, but there's a good amount of parking and the staff was friendly. They have a digital kiosk as well as a regular register you can order with a staff member at. The store seemed busy with online orders, but I was able to order and get my drinks pretty quickly. They have seating if you want to hang out, but most people were grabbing orders to go. I ended up ordering a smoothie and adding mango to it and the staff member was nice enough to put it in a larger cup so that I got all the smoothie I paid for with the additional fruit. I also bought a green smoothie for a friend and they were really happy with it. I do think of Jamba as more of a treat, and I was actually hoping they'd have more fresh juice options when I stopped in (I saw them on the main website menu) but this location just had some of the juice shots like wheatgrass and ginger. I've visited this Jamba Juice location multiple times and have had repeated issues with one specific employee (named Michaela, spelling unknown) who often works the counter and has blonde highlights. Whenever she is working, I am not acknowledged when I walk in. I regularly order a parfait, and each time the waffle is cold and the parfait is not properly balanced or prepared. I don't usually check the parfait until I get home, and when I do, I realize the issue occurs when this same employee has made it. This has happened two or three times now. Also, when I say thank you, the response is dismissive, and she walks away without engagement. I already brought this to the attention of a shift lead, as this has been a repeated issue. Because of the consistency of these experiences, I've decided I won't be returning to this location. I believe this employee could benefit from additional customer service training. As a paying customer, I expect basic acknowledgment, respectful service, and food prepared correctly. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers. read more

I love Jamba Juice , yeah it's pretty expensive but how else you gonna make real fruit smoothie. I love most of their menu smoothies, this location is clean and quick. Not sure what happened never had this issue before I ordered my free birthday smoothie not sure if I just went on an off day not busy at all was not greeted or said anything when I said I came in for a mobile order pickup. My smoothie tasted off and I did not drink it later I noticed the smoothie had foamed and it had all rosed up something had gone bad not sure what it could of been just glad I didn't end up drinking it. read more

I came to this location for my first time on a Friday... 5.6.2022 & this location does NOT let customers use their public restroom as its closed currently. They also do NOT have any tables and chairs inside to sit, once you order, U stand nearby and wait. They made my drinks amazing and listened to my specific requests on how I wanted my drinks made. I only went to this location because it was in the same plaza where Banfield is located and I drop off my cats here for their yearly check up. I was so happy to know there was a Jamba Juice extremely close by and convenient to my needs when I don't need to search far for this place. In one of the first record breaking hot days of the year, all I had was Jamba Juice on the brain to cool off! We arrived and clearly the rest of the city had the same idea, as there was a steady, swift stream of customers with frozen treats in hand coming out of the juice bar. Determined not to order one of my favorites and try something new, I decided on the Aloha Pineapple, subbed non fat Greek yogurt for peaches. At the first sip I was transported to a beach in Hawaii or somebody's pool party! Creamy, cold, tropically sweet, perfect thickness, I savored each sip and took my time all the way to the last drop, as I didn't want me "vacation" to end. The Aloha Pineapple was the perfect exchange to cool me off. Definitely adding the Aloha Pineapple to my Jamba favorites list. Swift service will certainly return to this location. read more

Still waiting on my refund. I went in and ordered something while they were having some kind of issue with their computer system. They knew about the issue prior to me purchasing anything but they did not warn me against paying with a credit or debit card. I paid and their computer system automatically added about a 20% tip after I had completed the purchase. The amount on the receipt was higher than the amount that had originally shown on the screen during the transaction. They admitted that they had been having the issue all day. I sat and waited 20 minutes for the manager to refund me. She said she would have to call her manager then came back and said she would have to look into the issue later and refund me for the amount of the tip that was added by the computer glitch. She did not have adequate information to know which card was mine and I told he that and she did not care and walked away. read more

Service is always terrible at this location. I usually drive way out of my way and go to another location because it is always so bad here.

I downloaded the Jamba app, and since that time, I've placed either 5 or 6 orders. Each time I order ahead for pick up, and get my estimated pick up time. Take that estimated pick up time with a huge grain of salt. I think the least amount of time I've waited was 11 minutes over. Today was 17 minutes over. It's crazy to me that they can't be a little more accurate. But shame on me for believing them. From now on once I order and it says ten minutes, im just going to round up to a half an hour. The staff is nice enough and at least sometimes somewhat apologetic over the que times. The drink themselves are tasty...it's why I keep going back. read more

One of my personal favorites is the Strawberry Surf Rider smoothie, made with strawberries, banana, and other delicious ingredients. Then when he finished I look at it and said I asked for a waffle on the side and he told me I did I said I did because it wasn't for my self . Always getting my smoothies from this location. The team here is always so quick to help and super friendly. I've tried many drinks and the Green n Ginger has become my favorite. It's more on the healthy side and has hint of ginger just enough to give the drink a light, fresh taste. I wasn't a fan of ginger and as a matter of fact, hated it until I tried this drink. Now I absolutely love ginger and even more, this drink. Also, I am constantly ordering for pickup and my drink is always ready in time when I arrive. Great customer service and great drinks. Anytime my stomach is feeling queasy or I'm hungover I always end up at this Jamba Juice! It is my go-to remedy for feeling better! I literally SWEAR by the Greens & Ginger smoothie with the cinnamon pretzel! It could just be all in my head but seriously it always does the trick and makes me feel so much better time and time again! The staff is always super upbeat and friendly and I have never waited long to order or waiting for a smoothie/baked good. Smoothies are always consistently made and taste great! Parking can be tricky in this parking lot especially during the summer late afternoons but never too horribly bad. Make sure to sign up for their Jamba rewards and make sure to remember to enter your phone # in before purchasing. I'm always saving $2-$3 off my purchases and a free small smoothie on your birthday! I got a large greens and ginger smoothie today, and had drinken about half of it when I noticed something hard and chunky. When I pulled it out, I was horrified to see bright green PLASTIC chunks! It looks like a large piece of plastic must have been added and was broken apart by the blender blades. I only noticed the first chunk because it was a particularly big one. When I got home, I poured the remaining half of the smoothie into a colander and rinsed it to see how much plastic was left. There were dozens!
