It was a hot day so thought we would get something cold. We were greeted as we walked in. We were looking for a couple of prepackaged ice creams but they were out. When it was our turn for service we mentioned they were out and they went in back and found more. The server was very helpful. They offer their regular favorites but we also saw some other items such as chocolate covered bananas (which I bought) and specialty ice cream bars. Have to try a few of those. Prices are pretty much the same as other places but BR makes some of our favorites that taste better than others (Mint Chocolate Chip for example). read more

I stop here everyday to get the $7 Carmal Cappuccino Frappe I've never had a issue it's usually great however tonight I stopped in and ordered 2 of them and they both had so much ice in them I couldn't get my straw to touch bottom of cup, it wasn't even 20 % blended it was pretty much ice and Carmel so I told the manager about the issue thinking it's no big deal they will fix it.. He was so rude to me told me he couldn't do anything about it and the way he was speaking to me in front of other customers like I did something wrong it was embarrassing I asked for a refund he told me "NO" I can't believe the way he handled this situation what happened to customer service I am not a picky customer and I definitely wasn't trying to cause any problems the shakes were literally ice chunks and Carmel syrup not blended I couldn't drink them i ended up using a spoon and had to spit the ice out of every bite lol definitely not what i paid for.. read more

Cherry Jubilee Thursday's for two. One of our favorite flavors amongst others. We were out to grab some pita chips for our dip, hence, we stopped for a scoop of ooo uber yummy cherry jubilee. I wrote this review because of the number of times I have had terrible service here. This is how my Banana Royale was handed to me. I told the associate what I wanted. For toppings hot fudge, whip cream, nuts, and a cherry. She says no nuts right I said I want nuts. She makes it and says no almonds right. So for the third time I said yes I want nuts. Then she asks do you want a lid. I said no. She puts a lid on it and sticks it in the freezer. I told her I didn't want a lid but now it's too late. She them proceeds to make my son's shake, which takes for ever. I pay and go to my car. Any guesses on what happens with hot fudge, whip cream, and ice cream when you just let it sit there. That's right it melts. So needless to say I drank my ice cream. read more

On Friday evening my boyfriend and I stopped in for some dessert and I went with my go-to at any location, a scoop of Gold Medal Ribbon ice cream in a Chocolate Dipped Sugar Cone, which is a delicious combo of chocolate and caramely goodness!! I would recommend this location, after our visit on Friday, it has to be one of my favorites with pink spoons as the door handles, very clever! They have so many options from cookie ice cream cakes, sundaes and plenty of popsicles, chocolate covered bananas ready to go and more! Recently moved nearby to this location and I was pleasantly surprised with ALL of their ice cream flavors! I know its supposed to be 31 flavors but the Baskin-Robbins we lived to previously didn't have nearly as many great options as this location does. I REALLY appreciate that this location always has so many great flavors, the ice cream looks fresh and VERY clean. On one recent visit I needed a quick cake and walked in to find the case fully stocked and they were even able to provide a free personalization on the cake for me. Thank you!!!! On top of all of the deliciousness and cleanliness, the staff here have all been super friendly and helpful. I'm a huge fan of ice cream so having this location within 4 minutes of my house is amazing. Also, if you're looking for an ice cream shop with a large selection of flavors and great customer service, look no further. I haven't always had great experience with baskin Robbins but this location has great employees that are always happy to help, clean shop, and the ice cream always looks fresh. Happy I can find a shop that can pack a tub of ice cream for me with whatever flavor I want, because the flavors I like a lot of times are out in many grocery stores. My favorite flavor so far is "Baseball nut" which has vanilla, a ribbon of berry, and nuts. It's absolutely delicious! I'm really happy with this shop and hope that they are here to stay. read more

I've never experienced worst customer service before. I came in with my friends a few nights ago, and had a horrible experience. All of my friends were helped before me, and I wasn't even acknowledged or welcomed in. A lady who came in AFTER me was helped before me and was out the door before I was even noticed. I couldn't believe it. Then my friend was served the wrong ice cream. When her boyfriend got up and told the manager and asked to get the correct (one scoop) of ice cream the manager (shoot maybe the owner) started to argue and raise his voice. Over ONE scoop of ice cream. He finally gave in and gave them the correct ice cream. But afterwards continued to stare at all of us like looks could kill. I'm a manager at my store and deal with customers daily. And I was just absolutely floored at the way he treats his guests. Drive the extra few miles and go to another ice cream shop. read more

Last week I called the morning of my moms bday to request a watermelon shaped ice cream cake with bubble gum ice cream! No other location was willing to do a same day pick up. The man at this location was happy todo it! Unfortunately, when I got there at 5 for pick up he had forgotten to put the order in and it didn't get made. BUT he finished the cake AND delivered it to Chillis in Rocklin to my moms bday dinner. He completely offered and made it there with a perfect cake. It was so perfect she didn't want to share! Not only had the two employees working already mopped the floor, but they also has already turned off the soft serve machine- which was exactly what I wanted. Instead I felt rushed and like I had to choose something that was the quicker and as it turns out cheaper alternative. If you come here, make sure you show up well before closing time or else you might not get what you want. read more
