I love Jamba Juice and have been a regular customer for many, many years at various locations. This one is the most interesting. It is combined with Auntie Anne's. I ordered a pretzel and smoothie. The person ringing me up seemed new and needed a lot of help from a coworker. While getting help, other customers came in. She waited on all of them while I waited for someone to make my smoothie and my pretzel got cold. So, it took a while. My smoothie was great, as always though. read more

Was still in the area for work and went back again today at noon because I love their smoothies, and really needed one due to a sore throat... Walked in and the place was packed with a total of 9 customers ( with only one employee there ) - 6 waiting for their orders and 3 in front of me waiting to order. Waited about 5 minutes and left as the line wasn't moving. If the lady behind the counter is the owner, shame on you. She made eye contact with the 3 ladies in front of me waiting and in my opinion should have addressed the elephant in the room as everyone was pissed off. She could have easily said something like " I'm sorry I'm by myself and doing the best I can. Thanks for your patience, etc, " maybe I would have waited. If she is an employee I feel bad as she was over-whelmed and owner should be ashamed. Won't go back because I found an alternative when I entered smoothie in Waze. read more

Continuously the worst business i've ever been to. Its my fault for forgetting and going back every couple of months. Every time I go in im the only customer and the employees ignore you and keep talking until you physically have to say ok can I order please. Today we were told they dont add extra scoops of protein as we were looking at the sign that says "add an extra scoop of protein" on it. Highly do not recommend going to this location if you are on a break, in a rush, or if you are looking for a quick fix. Every time I go, there is only 1 employee working handling the cash and food. I recently went I to this place after a 2 hour workout seeking a protein shake. After studying my protein shake options I settled on the Cookies and Cream shake. I approached the counter and a young girl emerged from the back room. I was the only one in the shop at this time. I ordered up my shake and she made it rather quickly. I paid around $5.50ish and continued on my way. The shop was like any other Jamba Juice chain I would imagine. The floor was a bit slippery but otherwise everything looked clean enough. I took a sip of my shake and realized that the girl have me a Chocolate Banana Protein shake. Not what I ordered, but whatever. It was still good. I just wished she would have listened to me and gave me the right thing. It's not like it was busy in there... The açaí bowl is more like açaí soup. Frequently out of at least 1 ingredient. I've been to this location a dozen or so times in the last year as I've become addicted to açaí bowls. This place started out ok but only got worse. Looks to be poorly managed. I constantly see new employees so the turnover rate is high, meaning there's always a lack of experience with the menu. Allentown needs a better açaí bowl place. I'd rather drive out to Bethlehem to a more expensive competitor. read more

My son works nearby and frequently brings home smoothies for my husband and myself and his siblings. He brought home 4 large smoothies today and we devoured 3. Just couldn't swallow the 4th.. He wouldn't go back but I did. Was surprised how clean, bright and organized the place is. The pretty employees made me a different one and were so pleasant about it. Absolutely outstanding service! Maddie was very knowledgeable and professional, as well as personable and enthusiastic. She was so patient with me. I have dietary restrictions so I had a lot of questions. She offered me different options, describing each drink and it's ingredients. As we were finishing up, other customers began to arrive. She never stopped smiling as she moved quickly to assist them and fill the orders. I had a vanilla blue sky with coconut milk. It was delicious and I'll definitely be visiting this location regularly. I hope that management realizes what they have in Maddie. She is truly an asset to Jamba Juice! read more

The service was HORRIBLE. I was there on Sunday, June 24th around 2:00pm. The girls who worked there were literally screaming while talking to each other and I'm almost positive there was a girl behind the counter who didn't even work there and I know this because she wasn't in uniform and was on the phone. The girl who took my order didn't even acknowledge me, she had her cell phone in her hand while I was ordering. My boyfriend ordered and the girl who made his smoothie was on the phone the whole time ...So unprofessional. I've never been to a business that would allow this type of behavior and honestly our smoothies weren't even that great either. Long Story short, all the GIRLS were on their phones and didn't acknowledge us at all. The only person who was actually working was the boy and from what I could see he was the only boy there. First of all, if you don't know the area that well it's really easy to miss because my GPS kept bringing me to staples. After driving past staples I saw JJ and Moes connected in the same building. The reason why I'm only giving Jamba Juice a 3 star rating is because of their poor excuse of management. The owners wife seems like a very rude,uncaring human being. This place is pretty solid for the convenience of having your smoothies made for you. It is pricey but that's with every Jamba Juice. Drinks are fantastic and I recommend wheatgrass shots. My only complaint is it's advertised that it closes at 9pm Saturday night. I arrived at 8:40 to only find the doors locked and the staff cleaning up shaking their head to indicate it's closed. I mean come on really?! I might understand if it was 8:55 but at 8:40 everything should still be up and running. But that's the price you pay when you are relying on a service in where you could but the ingredients yourself and make the smoothie at home. I hope someone reads this and addresses this. If you are gonna close 20 minutes before the time that is posted then change the time that is posted and advertised online. read more

Being that this is the only jamba juice in the lehigh Valley, I am glad this shop runs efficiently. The staff works quickly even when there is a line. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. They accept payment by phone and participate in the rewards program. The staff is friendly. The only problem I encountered here is when they first opened they did not want to honor a coupon how the fine print read. I believe corporate solved the problem because they have accepted the coupons I presented since then without any issue. Parking can sometimes be tight because they share the lot with Moe's. read more

Not sure if it's possible to give 0 stars but if I could I would. I've been to this location twice recently and the first time I noticed the guy behind the counter on his cell phone! Not a huge deal - drinks were still good and it didn't seem to take extra long or anything. But the second time I went (this morning) I walked in at 8:24am (door was open and sign on door said they opened at 8:00am) when I got in the girl behind the counter was fixing her hair and said hi we don't open until 8:30am. I said ok, but your sign says 8:00am. She said yeah that's wrong, online it says 8:30am. 1. Why would I check hours online when I'm there in person and the door says 8:00am?! 2. It's 5 minutes til 8:30 at this point and your door is unlocked! If you're not ready for customers, leave the door locked! I walked out and she yelled sorry. I'm not one to write a lot of reviews but I felt strongly about letting people know that the service at this location is not great, which is a shame because it's the only location in the area. read more

Please properly train your staff. I have been to this location twice and charged the same price both times for my smoothie with military discount. When I went in today after my workout, I ordered the same thing and the woman working (I'm assuming is the owner) wanted to charge me basically full price for the smoothie. I rarely come to Jamba Juice... maybe 3x our of the year. Every time I come to this one there is only one person working and I wait on line for almost 20 minutes. If it weren't for pregnancy cravings I would have left. The people behind me did. I feel very bad for the poor girl that works that place by herself. I recently moved to Allentown from California where there are many Jamba Juice stores. I used to go to Jamba Juice 4-5 times a week in CA, and often get smoothies are Jamba locations at airports. So I was thrilled to see on open up in Allentown recently. But the service at the new one is terrible and the worst I have ever seen in Jamba stores. There is not nearly enough staff working in this store and it takes forever to make a smoothie, like the people were never trained. Worse, there always seem to be two employees cleaning and ignoring customers who waiting in line. I have walked out twice after a ling wait in line where the few staff there simply ignore the customers waiting to be helped. read more

I came here just a few minutes ago (not my first time either) and had ordered the razmatazz smoothie, i was so unpleased my smoothie was sour and had tasted like old fruit was used. There was no flavor and it was so bland. I had just ordered this smoothie in a different location about a month ago and it was fantastic. It was so good and was bursting with flavor. I could barely even drink my smoothie i had ordered today without feeling sick. My boyfriend had asked the woman if we could exchange our smoothie (because it is 7-8$ for one) for a different one and she said absolutely not. she said she could add something to add it and we said yes because it was so awful, she added a banana that had left huge green chunks in my drink. i am so unpleased with this jamba juice i will never return. It's ridiculous how rude some employees can be. If i ever had a problem like this anywhere else they would have made a new drink or wouldve been more accommodating. read more
