Both were very watery and one of the toppings was completely left off the bowl even though I repeated the order twice. Cheers to Good Service! Service: Came in on a Thursday morning and was greeted by the workers immediately after walking in. Since I have never gotten an acai bowl, I was just looking over the menu and the male cashier behind the counter began to apologize for making me wait. It was only like a minute or two before he actually helped so that was nice of him. Acai Bowl: I have had acai bowls at other places and unfortunately their version fell flat. 1. The consistency of the acai was super icy, it kind of tasted like a popsicle more than a breakfast item. 2. The acai base was not rich and creamy like other places. 3. There was a variety of toppings, but pretty small portions of each. BUT I was glad that the fruit was super sweet, fresh, and delicious! I was so pleased! I know this sounds strange but I am almost always slightly dissatisfied whenever I go to Jamba Juice. I have been ordering the same thing for a while now, the Orange Dream Machine. I have been ordering the same drink for a while now as it is also one of my lil one's faves. Anyway, this time around, I didn't do anything differently. I ordered my Orange Dream Machine as I usually do. I asked for a bit more vanilla frozen yogurt. The cashier asked me again if I wanted extra vanilla yogurt. I confirmed that yes, I did and they asked me if there was a specific taste I was going for. I told them that we liked the added vanilla taste and a bit less of the citrusy orange. It was as if he 100% understood exactly what taste I wanted and so he made the necessary changes and proportions in the drink's composition. I LOVED it! It has been a very long time since that has happened. I was so amazed and couldn't believe it. I think this last visit to Jamba was the best one in a very very very long time. Thank you to the gentleman who made my drink. You knocked it out the park!!! I came into the store yesterday around 5pm, after my workout, to get a smoothie but unfortunately did not have a good experience. First, I was welcomed into the store with a sign that I believed to be unwelcoming and inappropriate. I understand most customers may not be wearing their masks, but a simple kind verbal reminder or disposable mask offering would be more appropriate. Second, the 3 workers on the line made it difficult to order as they had their backs facing towards me; once the male decided to take my order, he just stared at me without saying "what can I get for you?" Or "hello". Lastly, as I was waiting for my drinks, I noticed the workers' outfits were super casual, I didn't see any hats/hairnets or aprons on; One girl even had AirPods and crocs on. I just felt like my experience there was so unprofessional all around and hope these issues change so that other customers don't get the same experience I did. read more

I don't normally go to jamba juice but my sister sold me a fundraiser card where you buy one and get one free times SIX! So now I got to go to a jamba juice six times! Or maybe just check out at one six times... Anyway, this jamba juice is ok, they have some interesting selections, though not enough low sugar options in my opinion. We got a peach and an orange smoothie. It's supposed to fresh but both tasted kind of watered down but yet too sweet like artificially. I'm only rating this store a 1 Star because there is no option for 0 stars..... Their drinks are pretty amazing, store keep clean, however this Jamba Juice store is ALWAYS understaffed. Wait time will always be at least a 15 min wait for more than a few drinks, longer than the Starbucks next door. I feel so bad for all young adults that work there. You'll see the same person taking your order at the register, then running to make your drink. Lines at usually to the door and this is the busiest Jamba I've been too. There only at most two workers in the evening struggling to keep up with in person orders and online orders. Management really needs to have more staff available. read more

I went to stand at the mobile order counter to pick up my drink and waited 15 minutes get my drink. The 3 employees behind the counter couldnt be bothered for anything. When I finally get my order, the employee that handed me my drink has the nerve to talk trash about me. I get your only getting paid minimum wage but if your unhappy with your job quit and find work else where, I'm paying for a smoothie not your attitude. Let me start by saying I love Jamba Juice. This location is the one I usually go to cause it's closer to home. I came into today New Year's Eve, mind you my mother and I were the only ones in the store. The man in black polo and glasses didn't even say a word, we waited 5 minutes before he said "hi" and took our order not even a smile not even a thank you after we placed our order. We ordered two acai primo bowls and a Chunky strawberry bowl and a glass of water. He was very short and looked like he was angry. When our bowls came out he didn't even call us or anything just let them sit there, again not even a thank you. He was clearly upset at something, but dude don't take it out on paying customers. I know it's just a smoothie but c'mon Jamba. Some customer service training wouldn't hurt your sales. There was one only one other customer and myself in the store and the cashier wouldn't bother to look up or acknowledge either one of us. The cashier asked me my name 3 times, made my drink and then handed it to me still facing away. I smiled at her during the entire transaction to see if she would break the attitude but it never happened. There were also 2 other employees loitering waiting for the cashier to finish so they can finish their conversation. I didn't receiver a single "thank you" or "goodbye" or "come again". This jamba juice was above average. I hadn't had it in since I've been an undergrad at LMU because it was inconvenient. If I'm going into work at 6:30am though I need a little treat. The location is really convenient, with a parking lot that is sooo close. They are right next to a starbucks btw, I went and got coffee there and my breakfast bowl from jamba. I always get the berry bowl with granola and bananas and they did a good job making it, though they were skimpy with the granola. Great service, early in the morning the workers were friendly and actually smiling. They were also truly making an effort to sell jamba, mentioning their breakfast food items and coffee (since I came in with starbucks) and truly working. The Jamba Juice is great, as is the service, but the store is horrendously understaffed. This is a complaint on the management and not the team member who was working- he was doing his best taking the orders and making all of the smoothies. But I had to wait 25 minutes for my drink with only three other people in line before me because the store only staffed one person to do all the work. This Jamba Juice is closest to my house so this is the one I've been going to for years. Last night I went about 12 minutes before closing and the workers had both doors locked. So I knocked and one of the guys said they were closed but I told him it wasn't 8pm yet and he shrugged his shoulders, brushed me off and turned around and kept working. No explanation or anything. I never write reviews for chains because I think it's kind of pointless considering that most chains usually already establish a reputation for themselves. But after my terrible customer service today, I unfortunately had to pop open my account and write a bad review.. Ordered an Acai Berry Bowl and was rung up by an unpleasant server, but let it go because it was kind of late at night anyway My bowl took a while to make and by the time I got it, I realized that they had made the wrong bowl for me. I mentioned it was the wrong one and the server argued with me claiming that she had made the right one but the other guy who took over the order midway had added the wrong toppings. I told her that regardless of who did what, my order was still made incorrectly, and she kept arguing with me. In the end I gave up and just left and dealt with the wrong toppings they had put on the bowl. Seriously, if you work for somewhere, make sure you know which menu item consists of what before fighting somebody who is staring right at the menu. I feel bad writing a bad review, but bad customer service is totally a buzzkill. read more

What better way to cool off and enjoy the labor day weekend than to enjoy BOGO Jamba Juice? I decided to come here along with everyone else in the world apparently! The line was about 10-15 people long but was moving at a good rate. The employees didn't seem to be rude or stressed out with such a heavy flow of customers. I decided to go with my usual white gummy with an energy shot. It's probably the only drink I like there to be honest. I've tried the mango ago ago? Usually, I don't make reviews, but I felt like it was absolutely necessary to make this one. First, it was 7 am on a Wednesday when they had opened up at 6 am. So they should have been prepared for customers already. And secondly, when we got there, it was completely empty. Expecting the situation to be like this, I decided to place a phone order, so by the time I got there, I should be able to grab it and go. My order was simple: 2 oatmeals with banana, brown sugar, strawberries and -- That was all I was able to order because Randy, whom I was notified was the manager, quickly hung up on me because she was in such a rush. Because of that, I gave her the benefit of the doubt, and thought it was just busy, but I needed to finish the rest of the order. So, I decided to just call back and this time, Elijah picked up. Elijah was an example of what randy should have been, he was delightful and also apologized for Randy and took the rest of our order with patience; which was was a large mango-a-go-go and a medium kale-ribbean breeze substitute the Greek yogurt for more mangos. When I arrived at the location, there was no sign of life to be found, except for Elijah, who had our entire order ready, within the five minutes that we called. I by no means am a person that gets upset by waiting a couple more minutes for an order because I understand it works when things get busy. But for randy to rush my order the way she did at the time she did with absolutely no customers there, just confuses me. Luckily Elijah did his job, above and beyond while apologizing for her even when he didn't have to. Came in asked for my norm drink "Peach Pleasure" and they immediately started working on it (thumbs up) but then when they handed it to me I noticed it wasn't my drink as peach pleasure is more of a yellow color they were handing me an orange drink. I decided to taste it to see if it was good and nope it wasn't to my taste. The young lady remade my drink and again not the drink I usually order.
