Just like the South Pasadena location, so glad that this Alhambra location is so close to home. 3 stars! Service has always been friendly and prompt. Even if there's a line waiting to order, the wait time for my Jamba has been minimal. I tend to stick to my usual order, and I really should try the other flavors. My favorite Jamba Juice smoothie continues to be Amazing Greens! I crave it from time to time since it's so refreshing and delicious. It's definitely an amazing combination of kale, peaches, lemon, bananas and pumpkin seeds. This Jamba Juice location is on the small size, so it can get pretty cramped and crowded when it's busy. Most peeps take their orders to go anyway so it's never an issue. So glad that the Jamba Juice app is slowly catching up to the Starbucks app. Now it accepts gift cards like the Starbucks app, so it's now pretty easy to order ahead for pick up and use gift cards. To save a little money, I buy the gift cards at Costco at a discounted rate, and yes, I do use them as gifts but I also use them for a sweet and healthy treat! read more

I didn't like the customer service. The night crew on Thursday night. I decided to pop in right after a father and son walks in to get their smoothie. After the tall gentleman makes their drink and I'm up to order (mind you we both walk in after 9pm) he decided to tell me that they are closed... could have told me instead of letting me stand in line as if I was going to get a drink. I'm specifically giving one star because of how mad I am with the wait that I had to go through. We were the first in a wave of customers at least 5. We ordered 2 large drinks then proceeded to walk outside to wait. We watched a few customers go in after us as we waited. We went back inside after a few minutes and then just watched EVERYONE WHO ORDERED AFTER US GET SERVED FIRST. Then we proceeded to see other people who JUST WALKED IN GET SERVED THERE DRINKS BEFORE US. It's not like we got anything special, we didn't get food or anything just 2 large drinks. **Not a review for their smoothies** So maybe this is my fault for ordering "Artisan Flatbread" from a smoothie place. But I wanted something different and the Four Cheese Flatbread looked appealing. What I got was warmed up bread with essence of sauce and cheese. The flatbread came in a pastry sleeve that I don't think is intended for warming anything with cheese on it. Upon further inspection, I located chunks of melted cheese stuck to the inside of the pastry sleeve. Jamba, you may want to look into whether this location is using the appropriate sleeve/containers for the flatbread. read more

Worst costumer service. First Arrived at 7:30am on Tuesday 12/14 no one was there. Waited for a bit some young man walking slowly to the door and opened at 7:35. Didn't mind that he was late. I went in with my daughter and asked this young man if he's open and his reply with a nasty attitude "well I'm trying to open". Waited a few minutes for him to be ready mind you he was tossing things around like he was upset we were even there. He finally took our order and when asked about waffles and how long it would take his reply "well How ever long this machine takes". Wow. I'm sorry your store hours said open at 7:30. If you can't handle a morning shift don't agree to do it. One last thing wearing a sweater that says "go to hell" isn't very appropriate for work. read more

I go to this location often. They have 2 sets of employees-I call them the A Team and the B Team. When the A Team is working (the people who have worked there for a while), this place is great, because the A Team is great! When the B Team is working, it's a toss up. Often I will order in advance, then show up to have them say they are out of what I ordered, or they will have made a substitution without asking me first ("we were out of the Apples and Greens, so I just made you a Go Getter"). I completely sympathize with businesses re: the supply shortage situation, but management should do a better job of making sure customers know if something they ordered is unavailable before they arrive. read more

The 3 people that work the evening shift at this location on Sunday's are obviously incompetent and don't know how to do anything else. Every single time I come to this location they always get the order wrong when at the register but this is the first time it was really bad. My boyfriend ordered a Red Gummi and they handed us the drinks and we walked back to the car and it just wasn't a Red Gummi. We went back and asked if this was the red Gummi and all 3 of the workers said rather rudely it's a White Gummi and he told them he ordered a Red Gummi. No apology or anything they just took the drink from him and gave him a Red Gummi. I understand wearing masks it is hard to hear people at times but they could've at least apologized. The one star is at least being nice to the drinks being good. But these people shouldn't be working in the service industry when they're just fucking around. read more

Service here used to be decent, I frequently come to this location since it's only down the street from my work. Customer service is horrible here now, they don't even bother to say hello. I ordered on the app and they didn't bother making my drink until I got there, which contradicts the purpose of mobile ordering. The workers don't bother washing their hands as they make drinks, one girl frequently touched her face and hair while making an order. My drink was given to me with part of it running down the outside the cup. The girl kind of attempted to wipe it with her finger without any gloves on, and then tried to the lid to scoop it up, which at this point I was too disgusted to even drink it. read more

Jamba Juice is my alternative doctor's office visit. For the last ten years, I frequented Jamba Juice stores whenever there was a cold or fever. The naturally squeezed orange and carrot juice without ice always got me half way out of my sickness with its explosive vitamin C boost. The one thing I don't understand is that most Jamba Juice stores were opened next to a Starbucks, including this one. Between the two choices, most people get lured into Starbucks instantly. Although, deep down, we all know that Jamba is the healthier choice. So naturally and sadly, when you walk into most Jamba Juice stores these days, you hardly have to wait in a line like the one in a Starbucks. Over the years my favorite drink has gone from $3 something to $6 for a large size. Considering it 100 times tastier than Robitussin or Tylenol, I have not complained. At the store today, the friendly girl told me that the carrot juice squeezers was broken and if I wanted any other fruited blended instead of the carrots. I picked mango for the first time and it was one of the best random choice I ever made. This orange /mango drink was so refreshing, sweet, with the right amount of texture from mango, it is a golden quencher of youth. Both were very watery and one of the toppings was completely left off the bowl even though I repeated the order twice. I have super mixed feelings about this place.. More bad than good but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. After I gym, I seriously crave a smoothie for some reason and what do you know!
