When Jamaba offers a Buy One Get One free deal, its the spot to go. The smoothie makers here handled the crowd like traffic cops. Everyone was ordering 2+ smoothies each, but the lines kept moving and there was never any congestion. I was there at 6pm over the weekend and they still seemed to be fully stocked as I didn't hear the dreaded, "oh, sorry we ran out of that.....yup, we ran out of that too." The floor was sort of messy with straw wrappers strewed about but I can't blame the staff. I'd rather them make my smoothie than clean up. If people can't put their trash in the trash can, then maybe we all deserve to sit in our mess. Taste?...pretty standard at any Jamba you hit up. Don't forget their secret menu. My niece was asking me to get her Jamba Juice, so we stopped by at this location which was on the way to her home. I get very mixed services at this location - sometimes nice and friendly and other times the cashier seems to be out of it or stoned or just not paying attention. This time the cashier - I felt like was annoyed with me. Despite the hit or miss service - their juices and smoothies are very yummy - I sometimes just get a smoothie for meal and it's very fulling even when it's just the small size. I also like the fact that they have all fruit and non-dairy smoothies because my niece cannot have dairy at all. So this is a treat for her since she can't have ice cream of any kind. Sometimes I'm a little concern that they misheard me or wrongly input a drink order because dairy has a very terrible effect on my niece so when I do go with my niece I can be annoying and ask the cashier and the person that makes the drinks that they are sure there aren't any dairy in it and that my order was correct. If they mess up mine - which they have done before - I'm okay since I don't have any allergies but not for my niece. So with that being said - I think the cashier was annoyed with me for asking her twice about the order. However the girl that was making my drink was a little nicer about it and just reassured me again it didn't contain any dairy. Overall I do love my smoothies here and sometimes the breakfast wraps are good too. However they have increased their prices - now a small one is 5 dollar something before I remember when I first tried it (probably like 5 years ago) it was 3 something...it's getting too expensive for me to drink it daily so it's also an occasional treat for myself too unless I'm drinking it to replace a meal. I was really craving Jamba for no reason whatsoever, so I looked online for the nearest location and here I was. This Jamba shares a big plaza area (which means TONS of parking yay!) with Kohl's and is located on the opposite end of the plaza, next to the Starbucks. The store is very big, clean, and well lit. The employees were all really smiley and super pleasant, and even though there were a lot of orders coming in, the lady making all the drinks just whipped them out like a wizard. I like this place a lot. Only thing that I'm bummed about is that now their boosts cost money. read more

Not my favorite Jamba in this area, but it gets the post-workout smoothie job done. I came in here with one of my friends after an intense workout at 24 Hour (holla!) to grab a smoothie, since we were both starving. Pulled in around 8:10pm, and walked into Jamba--place was mostly empty, aside from one dude waiting for his drink. There was one guy in the front, taking his sweeeeeet time making this guy's smoothie, and I think he was in lalaland and didn't realize my friend and I were waiting to be helped. There was no friendly, "Hey, welcome to Jamba!" that I'm used to (I see you, South Pas location--you guys are awesome). Instead, we stood around for about three minutes and he finally finished making the smoothie for the other dude. Then, he went behind the cash register and asked us what we wanted. What? No hello? No smile? Gosh, I guess I'm spoiled at the other location. My friend and I both ordered our drinks, and all of a sudden, another employee comes out from the back and makes our smoothies. Wait. So this whole time, there were two employees on the clock and we had to wait basically 15 minutes for our order to be completed? Oh, okay, then. No problem, I guess. It's not like we have anything better to do than wait. Okay, enough with the complaints. The smoothies were delicious. That makes up for the fact that I felt like my panties were all up in a bunch when I came in here. I'd come in if I really had to, but wouldn't go out of my way to come to this location. Here's my first visit and experience here at this Jamba few weeks ago. I placed an order through yelp to pick up. Arrived there 10min earlier than the expected time to pickup so I waited in the car. Once in a while was checking the time in case the orders will be ready. Then I noticed the estimated time changed and kind of expected that to happen (that's been happening in other pickup places too and who knows what's going on in the store) So I waited in the car for 10 more minutes. And maybe after about 10min it said ready to pick up so I went inside the store, there were about 6-8 people inside including at line and waiting area. I told to the guy in the cashier that I came to pick up and he said mine will be ready right up. (!!!) So I waited in the waiting area for about 5 minutes still not ready but other customers order were being created right away and plus after about 10 more min finally I was the only one there( even though there's people came in and ordered after me they got their items right away) At this point, not gonna lie I was getting irritated. And when a lady I have never seen before since I was there came from the back and she was the only one asked me if I was waiting for something. (At this time there were at least 4 people working inside) I said my name again and they FINALY started to make mine. My boyfriend's acai bowl looked really good but my spirulina bowl was like a soup. I took a video but not sure if I can share it here. It sucks when there's places you wish you had a change so you can tip them but since I ordered online and no opportunity to tip them AFTERWARDS and you gave a tip but you get what you don't deserve. But I'm gonna give them another chance because I like jamba juice and this location is close to me and everybody deserves another chance. And that explains my 2 star. So.. Went in today to try there frozen yogurt.. I ordered the mango pineapple yogurt with coconut topping.. And I personally wouldn't encourage anyone to Try it! They grab there flavored yogurt packages stick it in the machine and serve it to you. My yogurt taste like every damn flavor on the menu because they didn't clean the machine! Ew. After a hard workout or just an afternoon snack, I always come to this Jamba location and only because it's close to school. And I always get a Protein Berry workout with soy. It's a beneficial drink that helps with the muscle healing process and it tastes great. When I'm craving a lunch time snack, I try the wraps! Very tasty. I love getting the orange carrot twist juice from jamba juice but I probably won't be coming to this particular shop anymore. I can't tell if the business is just dishonest or sloppy. I like to get the add ons (3g energy, vitamins...) and they state on the menu that you get the first one free. I'm never sure if it means first on each drink or the overall order so I asked. The cashier told me each drink so I chose an add on for all three of my drinks. After I ordered, when I checked the receipt I noticed I was charged for two of them. When I asked again, he apologized and I figured it's just miscommunication. Wasn't a big deal but just a note for anyone who's reading this and wondering the same thing. The reason this shop is horrible is because the people making the drinks either don't bother checking the order or simply just don't care. I noticed previously when I got the add ones for the juice that I never saw them actually blending it or mixing it in. For the orange carrot twist they juice the oranges and carrots straight into the cup so I have previously thought it was odd and wondered when they even put in the add ons. This has happened a few times but I didn't comment until this time. I was pretty sure they never added anything in so I asked when they called out my order. The worker was like "Oh, you want the vitamins?" and poured the juice into the blender. So it's become apparent to me that they've never actually added the add ons before even thought they're $1 each. The worker didn't even apologized and they actually seemed a bit bothered like I was asking for extra napkins or something even though I PAID for those add ons. Honestly makes their business practice seem either sloppy, dishonest, or both considering this has likely been the case everytime I've come to this particular store. Really disappointing and I'd recommend anyone coming here to pay attention when they're making your drinks in case they're doing the same with you. read more

My Favorite is the Strawberry Nirvana under the Jamba Light. It tastes good and it's low in calories. It's a blend of Ice Frozen Strawberries, Banana, low-fat dairy base, and apple juice. read more

Quick and professional service by the staff here. My order was taken promptly and my smoothie was made fast and it was simply delicious. I don't necessarily remember the name of the drink I got but it contained both pineapple and banana on a hot day it really hit the spot. Parking is behind the Jamba Juice location and specifically about the spot I would say that there isn't that much space to sit and perhaps enjoy your drink. Never coming back to this location again! I came here at 8PM looking to get a smoothie one Sunday, all the lights were off, not an employee in sight, and the doors are locked. Uhh.. The business hours on the door and yelp clearly states that you guys are closed at 9PM... I gave them the benefit of the doubt, so I came back the following Sunday, at the same time 8PM, the back door was locked!! But there was an employee who saw me trying to open the door. He just ignored me and walked behind the cashier counter. So I walked to the front door, and sure it was unlocked, but it was very clear that they were closing up. Lights were semi turned off, the other employees were putting stuff away. Um... Again, you guys are closed at 9PM, not 8PM. Your business hours on the door clearly states that. The cashier was rather unfriendly too, I understand you're trying to close up and rush out of work, but there wasn't even an apology for ignoring me at the back door, not a greeting when I came in, and not even a simple, "how can I help you?" when I needed to order. I had to initiate. What happened to customer service? Jamba Juice may as well give all their business to their competitors. Robeks is doing a much better job. The Caribbean passion and Acai Super with whey protein are my go to! After an extensive work out, I'll replenish with the acai to discipline my hunger/cravings! It's not the best in terms of after taste but keeps me full for at least 6 hours. And it feels pretty clean. If I want something more tart and fruity, while feeling healthy - then I lean towards the Caribbean passion. I decided to try the Matcha Energy Shot Green Tea this time instead of the usual fruity drinks I've ordered before. The girl at the register was a bit rude in the beginning and talked with an attitude when I was asking about the drink and different sizes. This drink was made with too much powder because all the green tea powder just balled up in my hot drink. It tasted like paste and I just couldn't down it, it was so thick and rubbery tasting. When they gave me the drink the girl was a bit nicer and wanted to see if I liked it or not, but I tasted it only after I got in my car and drove off. So I will never order this drink again. I think they need to train their employees how to make this drink better and the right proportion to mixing. Jamba juice just ain't good at making coffee or teas. I'm a frequent customer at this location and everytime I come here I noticed that the staff is EASILY OVERWHELMED. It doesn't matter if its just one or two customers, they get so overwhelmed with a single order and they seem very unorganized as to who should be at the register and who should be making drinks. Earlier today I went in for an orange juice, I was second in line and ended up waiting for 15min-20mins to get my OJ. There were three employees at the store, one of them was at the back coughing into her hands, she later came out and started making drinks without washing her hands...this really bothered me because she could easily get her co-workers and the customers sick. I like this location because the staff are very friendly and they make the drinks well, however they need to be more efficient with the service. read more
