I decided to try the Matcha Energy Shot Green Tea this time instead of the usual fruity drinks I've ordered before. The girl at the register was a bit rude in the beginning and talked with an attitude when I was asking about the drink and different sizes. This drink was made with too much powder because all the green tea powder just balled up in my hot drink. It tasted like paste and I just couldn't down it, it was so thick and rubbery tasting. When they gave me the drink the girl was a bit nicer and wanted to see if I liked it or not, but I tasted it only after I got in my car and drove off. So I will never order this drink again. I think they need to train their employees how to make this drink better and the right proportion to mixing. Jamba juice just ain't good at making coffee or teas. I feel like Jamba Juice quality has gone down.Jamba Juice has been a great place to grab and go for drinks. I love coming into Jamba Juice and ordering something usually fruity. Jamba us great on a summer day and it's been super hot. Large sizes are really big and you'll be pretty full by the time your done with it for about $7. read more

I'm a Jamba Juice fan but this is the worst location I've been to. Walked in and wasn't greeted even though there was 3 workers behind the counter. Whatever, it's fine. One girl was sitting ON TOP of the counter where they make the smoothies casually swinging her legs around while having a conversation with the guy who was making the smoothies. Next, I go up to the register and talk to the third associate. She was leaning her head on her hand half asleep, and had the worst attitude ever. Came in at 3pm on a Tuesday and there was about 3 people ahead of me in line, not crowded at all. Ordered the Caribbean Passion here and other places I always ask for it to be thicker so I did that here as well. Nope that didn't work, it was still watery... I love Jamba and have been going there for years - but yesterday i was so disappointed. I ordered a citrus kick fresh juice but I saw water added, ice added and then my juice blended then added to oj etc - since when do you add ice water and blend a fresh squeezed juice? I love that this location closes at 10PM!!!! Parking is plentiful. I ordered the Apple n Greens. Being a frequent goer, I was disappointed because I was expecting the drink to be more tart so I asked them to add some lemon. The cashier was kind enough to offer a different drink but I declined. Love this Jamba Juice! Everyone here is very friendly and fast. I love their new juices and the acai berry bowls are a very refreshing mid-day snack. Dajeena is awesome and accommodates my liking to coconut flakes more so to other fruits included in the acai bowl. Now that's what great service is all about! read more

Came here on a Saturday around 9pm and I was surprised that they were still open! I'm used to them closing at 8pm here in the bay. I ordered mango go go as always and my bf ordered a pomegranate smoothie! Both came out super thickly and yummy! I don't think anyone can go wrong with making Jamba Juice, though it has happened before. We both loved our drinks and as far as customer service goes, it was great! read more

I would give this no stars if I could. First time going they ran out of produce like are you serious your Jamba Juice but okay next time I went they didn't have granola. Jamba Juice always hit the spot for me. This location is not that crowded compare to the other places I go to. Every time i go there is no line and I when I order my drink the staff will make it quick. I usually get my usual which is a power Caribbean passion. I never tired the other flavors but will do someday. I just came back from there. I got two drinks and it was almost $10 for both (size original). The place is clean and it's nicely air conditioned during this heatwave. Fortunately for me, I just beat the lunch hour rush and I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. The only reason why they didn't get all 5 stars was because they did not honor the Buy 1 Get 1 Free sticker from a fundraiser that my boyfriend sponsored ($10) for. The guy behind the register seemed sincere when he apologized and told me that the manager said they weren't a participating store. Call me a franchise snob but if you paid the license fees to franchise, why won't you go all the way to support the fundraising programs that your entity signed up for? It's a hit and miss. You might take a $5 hit from one of the free smoothies by honoring the freebie but since you didnt, you likely just lost me as a customer for any future visits. I can get smoothies from mom and pop shops or my very own kitchen if and when I'm not too lazy to make them for cheaper than what you charge. So my message to the manager, think twice about participating in any ongoing promotions set by your corporation. It's publicity. As a business owner, we all need publicity from time to time. Especially those that are stemmed from a fundraiser (usually for a good cause). read more

I happened to stop by at this Jamba Juice after a late work out and when I walked in I was invited by two happy workers! They were nice and gave excellent costumer service! I loved the team that attended to me this morning, all so friendly and swift. I went in for shots of wheatgrass and ginger, and my favorite, tropical greens. They had run out of wheatgrass so they asked if I wanted another shot of ginger and that since they didn't have anymore wheatgrass they would refund me for it, and that the second ginger shot was on the house. Yes, please! I responded. That was nice of them to do, they didn't have to but they did because they are in the business of customer satisfaction! Slowest and rudest Jamba I've ever been to. I used to work at another location of Jamba years ago and I know how things are supposed to be ran and this place is not cutting it. I ordered two drinks: a Strawberry Whirl and a Matcha Green Tea Smoothie and asked if I could substitute the frozen yogurt in the Matcha for frozen bananas and get it with almond milk; the cashier rolled her eyes and said that they can do that for me. I am almost positive that both my drinks ended up with frozen yogurt in them. The Strawberry Whirl was a lot lighter in color than I was used to and tasted more like a Strawberry Wild which has froyo. I only made it 1/4 through the Matcha until the dairy stomach ache came, and it too tastes like it has froyo in it. I am very sensitive to dairy and have health issues that flare up when I consume it. Thanks to Jamba I get to spend the day feeling sick :/ read more
