came here this morning to order the pitaya bowl. 440 cal. for 16oz. I was told they didn't have bananas & blueberries. HOW ARE YOU JAMBA JUICE WITHOUT BANANAS & BLUEBERRIES?! I tried to sub with mangoes & pineapple, then I was told mango was frozen. I happened to stop by at this Jamba Juice after a late work out and when I walked in I was invited by two happy workers! They were nice and gave excellent costumer service! They recommended a great Protein drink and when I asked for they extra after it was blended they were happy to give it to me! I will be coming back to this Jamba Juice again soon! read more

This is the closest jamba to where I live and I'm glad how there is generous parking here, friendly staff and quick service. You can linger in the store on the few chairs or hop on next door to subway. And for the non-juice lover in your group there is Starbucks next door too. read more

I loved the team that attended to me this morning, all so friendly and swift. I went in for shots of wheatgrass and ginger, and my favorite, tropical greens. They had run out of wheatgrass so they asked if I wanted another shot of ginger and that since they didn't have anymore wheatgrass they would refund me for it, and that the second ginger shot was on the house. Yes, please! I responded. That was nice of them to do, they didn't have to but they did because they are in the business of customer satisfaction! This is a sweet Jamba Juice by Cal State LA. I've waited in long lines, medium lines, and short lines here, but the service never falters. The staff always give a great welcome and ask if you would like your smoothie blended a particular way to make it the best juice it can be. I really like this location because of the consistency of service and the literal consistency of my Orange Dream Machine, a little thick through the straw! Come here if you're nearby. Came on a Sunday afternoon and it was fairly crowded, 3 workers all together so I didn't mind the wait. When I was ordering however, I felt like the cashier was rushing me and never did he crack a smile! The smoothie was decent at best, for what it was, but it just really bugged me at how bad their customer service was. Their wheatgrass shot is just okay as well, very watered down. Slowest and rudest Jamba I've ever been to. I used to work at another location of Jamba years ago and I know how things are supposed to be ran and this place is not cutting it. I ordered two drinks: a Strawberry Whirl and a Matcha Green Tea Smoothie and asked if I could substitute the frozen yogurt in the Matcha for frozen bananas and get it with almond milk; the cashier rolled her eyes and said that they can do that for me. I am almost positive that both my drinks ended up with frozen yogurt in them. The Strawberry Whirl was a lot lighter in color than I was used to and tasted more like a Strawberry Wild which has froyo. I only made it 1/4 through the Matcha until the dairy stomach ache came, and it too tastes like it has froyo in it. I am very sensitive to dairy and have health issues that flare up when I consume it. Thanks to Jamba I get to spend the day feeling sick :/ read more

Just finished my Acai Bowl which was totally uneventful! The Acai is blended with an absurd amount of ice which makes it nearly flavorless! The sliced banana was not fully ripened so that was lacking as well. It seems there was only half a teaspoon of granola thrown into the mix. The strawberries were not ripe either which made them more tart than sweet. I do believe there were 4 blueberries present during this lackluster ordeal. read more

Before there was ever a Jamba Juice in Alhambra, I sent an email to the company and voila...one was built! Just a couple of weeks ago I craved a cold treat and my car steered to me to Jamba Juice. I realized I hadn't been there for more than 5 years at least. After I placed my order, I realized the place had a "B" grade on the window. And, I thought the cashier was sort of snippy. This past Sunday afternoon, I really wanted to use my BOGO coupon! My cashier Amanda recommended that I use it for 2 separate transactions since I was ordering 4 smoothies. Im leaving a good review for this location because when my son asked for his own off the menu smoothie Nikki was more than happy to make it for him. I've been here before, any the service has always been fine. The drinks have also been just fine. This particular time I went last week, the young lady who took my order was SO RUDE. When I got up to take my order, she first ignored making eye contact with me, then followed up with,"What do you want." She meant, what would you like to order, but was so uninterested in taking my order, all she said was," What do you want." I was like ??? So I thought maybe it was a fluke, but after she made my drink, I said,"thank you", and she was like,"okay." I was thinking, jeez, why are you acting SO UNPLEASANT?!????
