I live close by it was my first time here a couple days ago, Service was excellent. I walked in they were not to busy and I was called up to order right away. One guy took my order while the next made it. It was so fast I only waited a few mins. The guy who made my drink was very nice he had a big smile on his face made me feel welcome! Like others have said this place is always closed!!! Jamba Juice management for this location need to get their act together. They literally close an hour or more before closing time. Let me start off by saying I LOVE JAMBA!! I started noticing that the location closer to home was lacking on service and taste. My mango-a-go-go didn't always taste good. After I was done shopping at Kohl's I stopped to get my regular mango-a-go-go. The young lady making the drinks (Nikki) was in the zone. I walked in there was a line I got may drink fairly quick and taste amazing!! Needless to say I now drive an extra 15 min to Alhambra to get my drinks. read more

This is the only Jamba Juice that well deserves 5 stars! I've been to many Jamba Juice spots. To name of few: Manhattan beach, Rosemead, and Downtown Disney but never met my expectations. My go-to drink is usually the basic Razzmatazz but it's honestly THE BEST made at this location compared to many other location. Whatever way staff here are taught how to make these smoothies, they seriously need to have a company training to show the other Jamba Juice location how they do it. That's just how delicious they make it here. No matter what time of day, opening hour or 15 mins before closing, they've been meeting my expectations. read more

I always come to this jamba juice and use this app called stocard. It stores gift cards so you don't have to hold it in your wallet. You can literally store any gift cards Wal-Mart target blaze pizza and any store you can think of. I used it multiple times at this location but they said they don't do scan that here. ????? I just recently moved to this area and 10/10 would recommend this location. The staff is super friendly and I was greeted right away. I typically get the Banana Berry smoothie or the Strawberry Wild, but I decided to try something new for once. I had a little bit of trouble deciding what I wanted so I asked one of the staff for a recommendation. Mandeep instantly recommended the White Gummy and I am hooked. Came here in the afternoon and was decided on what I wanted as I was looking at the menu and saw so many options I got indecisive the cashier Carolyn asked me if I needed any help and I began to ask her many many questions because I just could not decide and she patiently and kindly described every single juice and all ingredients and I was blown away how knowledgeable she was and was very delighted by her cheerful energy! This place is the worst it doesn't matter if I come in the morning or in the night they say they don't have orange juice. How are you going to tell me that you ran out of a fruit that you use the most, and if that's the case they need a new manager that knows how to order accordingly or they just need to stop being lazy and make the juice but for sure won't be coming back anymore at least not to this location. read more

I was here early afternoon and unfortunately saw a man throw a straw at one of the team members, Noemi as I read on her name tag called out the mans name and handed the man his juice then he unpleasantly took his straw out of his cup and threw it her way in front of her face and reached for a new one and walked out very angry. Do you remember Jamba Juice?! I'd relinquished it to my peripheral vision. I'd see that neon green twisty emblem out of the corner of my eye, and the fruity colored lettering and I'd subconsciously grimace about the uselessness of it all. In time I had equated it to expensive sugar water for the humming birds, like that weird trend of shaved ice boutiques. But there was a time when Jamba Juice was my jam! Back when I used to hit the gym a lot, and I wanted to load up on protein so I didn't have to be spindly anymore. I revisited this neon playground the other day, for the first time in ages, and on my way back from the gym of course. I had the peanut butter chocolate smoothie with added whey protein, and the guy who made it did not skimp on the ingredients. Or perhaps it was exactly what I needed. In any case it was perfect. They've added lots of options that include greens like kale and wheat grass and all the latest health trends, but you can still get an orange strawberry banana classic. I don't believe they've jumped on the organically sourced wagon for their fruits and vegetables, but then again, I haven't yet emailed the Jamba Juice CEO. It's on my to do list, right under the reticulorumen I'm slated to have surgically installed in April. read more

Boo!!! Horrible service!!! Two nights ago, I called around 9:25 pm to ask about their fresh-squeezed juices. I also confirmed with the employee on the phone that they were going to close at 10 p.m. that night, and said I would be in soon. I got to the store around 9:40, only to be told that they had already turned off their juicing machine! 20 minutes before closing, AND after I had talked to them about ordering a juice! I was so mad and disappointed, especially having just driven 20 minutes to the store. I understand if the juicing machine takes a long time to clean, and you want to get started on closing early, but at least tell me on the phone that it was too late to order juice.
