Pike, the owner, was great helping plan the menu leading up to the event and had great communication. He consistently followed up and made sure all the details were set prior to the event. I usually find myself having to call people to confirm everything myself but I didn't need to do that, he texted the night before and the morning of to assure me all was ready. We had some issues accessing the park where we had the event, which my my fault, but he was very patient and helped us sort it all out. The food was great and a good price. It was nice that they accepted credit cards too. Everyone there really enjoyed the gourmet hotdogs and the street tacos! The tacos were only 75¢ each! I peeked inside the truck and everything looked really clean too. I would recommend the Lucky Dogs food truck for an event!

When we picked up the meat we got 585 lbs from one and 256 lbs from the other. They were both the same size and age and when I told the local large animal vet, who saw them 2 months prior to butchering, he could not believe it and joked did we drop off a calf. I asked them if they ever mix someone else's up with another's and he said no. When we got the organs there was only a heart and when we asked about the liver he just went into the freezer and came out with someone else's. They sell dog food, and we wondered where the meat comes from for it, now we know. The problem is how do you prove something went wrong. After spending the time and money raising them it is very discerning when you get ripped off. I was hesitant in using them to begin with due to word of mouth negative reviews but tried out of convenance, not again.
