Eileen agreed to refund the cost of the Roses, but told me that I was lucky to have only been charged what I was charged because of how hard she worked to put everything together. Again needing reiterations and adding to our wedding planning stress. - The bridal bouquet included orchids that were not bloomed. What is the point of including flowers that hadn't bloomed yet? We will never know. - The floral arch we spent thousands on had a gaping hole (i.e. an area in the literal middle of the arch with no flowers or greenery whatsoever). I ask again what is the point of having a floral arch without flowers? We will never know. The list goes on and on. If you care about your floral arrangements at all and would like to avoid getting ripped off, I would absolutely stay away from this company. I feel nothing but regret for hiring them.
