From start to finish, MHF is the exemplar. Whether it came to process, or systems, or artistry, working alongside them was top notch. Big shout out to Taylor who took my vision and random Pinterest screenshots and tetrised them all together to create the bouquet, boutonnière, and cake flowers of my dreams. There was one specific flower I wanted included that was in honor of my grandmother and while it's a cute finicky one - they made it happen. Additionally, the surprise florals for my bridal day really got me. I brought all my flowers back home to south Florida and over a wk later, many still have life in them. Thank you, MHF for everything!!! read more

I placed an order online and everything went great. From the ordering online, communication, the delivery and even the product. The entire process was seamless and the flowers were beautiful. The recipient sent me a picture and the flowers were gorgeous, similar to the picture online. I would recommend Mountain High Flowers. read more

I ordered a birthday arrangement in a basket with plants for a gift and I specifically said to put young succulents in it and the person that was helping me was very nice and showed me things that may have worked but then when the basket was delivered, first of all, it was $120 for five plants in one basket And I thought wow this is gonna look awesome. It was a small cactus and 4 adult plants which I asked not for I specifically asked for plants that were young and nothing hanging over and I received the complete opposite. why would they put a cactus which needs hardly any water in with plants that need lots of water? it was a waste of my money, and I was upset when it was delivered not what I expected way overpriced and not what I wanted. It looked as if I got five of the plants that were just barely hanging on. They did not look fresh. Also bought a hanging plant that was somewhat dying and I felt bad for it and I got a discount on it but was still over 20$ and then a few weeks later was at Ace hardware and they had a live beautiful version of plant for half the price. Very Disappointed! read more

My sister is getting married and we drove from out of town. Our florist fell through last minute for our Sedona wedding, in a frenzy I searched for local florists the morning of the wedding and arrived here as they were opening for the day. I explained our situation to Meghan and she quickly jumped into action and pulled together some examples of what she could put together for us. She had them ready in just over an hour and our bride is over the moon in love with them. Thank you Meghan for saving the day and coming through with 3 bouquets! read more

Yesterday was my husband's birthday. Unfortunately he died recently. My special friend in Palm Desert ordered an arrangement for me to brighten my day. She gave explicit directions to phone me first. I was gone for 45 minutes yesterday and there was a note on my door to phone the florist. My neighbors next door were home, garage door wide open for remodel. Why didn't the driver leave them there? I will no longer accept the arrangement, nor will I do business with this florist. read more

Okay ya'll. If you're considering getting your wedding flowers here just do it. I still can't believe the amazing experience I had with this shop. My husband and I decided to elope in Sedona this last Memorial Day weekend. We had about 2 months to plan it and never considered having a bouquet or boutonniere. It wasn't until 9 days before the wedding that my mother, last minute, said she really wanted us to have flowers and she wanted to gift that to us. Now I had to find flowers fast. I went to my trusty Yelp app (where I find everything) and this shop popped up with great reviews and some beautiful photos which resonated with my style. With fingers crossed I called to see if they could even put something together so last minute. I mean there were sooooo many weddings in Sedona that same weekend I was surprised there were any flowers left. The women I spoke to were so helpful and quick to answer questions. They had me email them some inspirational photos and discussed color and fullness. I ended up going with a small bouquet and didn't expect it to have many flowers in it for the price I was (mom was) paying. Flash forward to May 29th. We went to pick up the flowers and I swore the wind was knocked out of me. They were absolutely GORGEOUS. Beyond anything I could have hoped for. I told them I wanted something desert inspired, loose and romantic. Ladies, this checked every box. Let me just say the photos don't do it justice. For the price we paid I never would have expected this. I'm soooo grateful that We chose this florist. They were the perfect flowers for our desert elopement. read more

This florist is just amazing. Such great service! And more importantly, their designs are so fresh and creative! They are not just the best in Sedona, but we have yet to find a florist in Phoenix that is this good. read more

I am so pleased with the beautiful flower arrangement I received from friends in FL. Unfortunately, they used my former home address when placing the order. I got a call from Mountain High Flowers saying that they were not able to deliver the flowers because I wasn't home. But, when I called their flower shop back, I quickly learned about the address mistake. The young woman who I spoke with was so helpful and offered to have the flowers delivered to the restaurant I was going to today for lunch. (It would have cost more to deliver the flowers to my home because I live in a rural town farther away from the flower shop.) When my friend and I arrived at the restaurant, we saw the beautiful flowers waiting for me! The staff at Mountain High Flowers definitely went above and beyond to help make my retirement celebration even more special. Thank you so much! read more

It's so hard to send flowers from a distance as almost everything has been monopolized by 1800flowers/teleflora. Mountain High Flowers had an option for a "florist's choice" bouquet so my brother and I took a shot with that for our Mom's birthday and we couldn't be happier with their creation! Nothing is easy to get in Sedona and, just from the selection I've seen in the local grocery stores, I'm guessing flowers are no exception. It's almost more about the design of a bouquet than the contents itself and they excelled at presentation and creativity. It was beautiful and unique, just like their recipient. She sent a photo upon delivery and then another photo a week later and they are still as fresh as day one! I look forward to giving Mountain High our business again and again, thank you so much for your quality and creative vision! read more

Mountain High Flowers does such a nice job. I sent a small bouquet to a friend with Covid. It was beautiful and lasted a long time. Don't use anybody else. They are the BEST! read more

Repeatedly disappointing. I personally would not risk using this florist to send a bouquet delivery. Last year Mountain High delivered two inferior and mediocre floral arrangements at the same time... both sent by my over-the-top generous brother, one for a birthday and the second as a "thank you." Mountain High apologized and replaced them with bouquets that were greatly improved, yet still not worth the extravagant cost imo and also didn't last long. I just received two more substandard and unsatisfactory bouquets for the second year in a row! One from my brother and a second from both my brother and mother, though one card was missing and in its place were order instructions (tacky). I suggested my brother request a refund since this happened last year too. He had forgotten it was the same florist, and now reminded expressed surprise over Mountain High's excellent rating which seems undeserved based upon our repeat poor experiences. Producing and delivering two separate underwhelming and expensive bouquets both years (total of 4 arrangements, or 6 if counting last year's replacements) seems more indicative of substandard quality and inattentive indifference rather than an exception or blipp. Upon reading Yelp reviews prior to writing this one, I noted the florist's comment about its 100% refund satisfaction guarantee. I texted my brother, who replied that he had already contacted the business and received a 50% refund (likely the % he requested as a generous and fair-minded person; and since flowers are like pizza, and even bad flowers are still good lol). read more

My mom has just moved to Sedona, so I was unable to celebrate her birthday with her. (Sad, I know.) I looked on Yelp for a florist in the area, and I chose the one that was closest to her. I looked on the website, and saw they had some pretty arrangements. I ended up calling to order the flowers, and told them what my price range was, and the colors that my mom wanted. I feel it's best to let the florist use their creativity, and make the arrangement based on what they are feeling. =D My mom loved the flowers, and they turned out beautifully! :) I am very happy with my purchase, and I thank the previous reviewers for enticing me to try Mountain High Flowers. :) read more

Mountain High Flowers - 18 Red Roses - Florists Near Me - Sedona, Arizona

I sent a request for more information, and included several details; I heard back from the owner the same day. My parents' lives are winding down due to illnesses and conditions of advancing age. My dad is on hospice, and my mom had two hip surgeries from a fall this month. Today was their 62nd Wedding Anniversary--and they are BOTH in the hospital (luckily the SAME one--now!). How was I going to make this day special for them??! On Thursday, I spoke with Rose by phone; she listened attentively to all of my requests--and concerns. I live 750 miles away, and I had VERY SPECIFIC requests! I had two orders--one from my dad to my mom, and one from me and my family to my parents. Rose, asked clarifying questions, made recommendations, and actually checked their stock and supplies for each special request I made. She described IN DETAIL the colors, accessories, and ribbons on the various teddy bears I requested. She checked for specific types, and colors of the flowers and plants I was interested in. This is EXACTLY what I wanted and NEEDED--and that's why I called them locally to make my requests personally. (My dad is a romantic, and he, too, was very specific in what he wanted to send my mom on--what might be--their last wedding anniversary together....) Rose, was TRULY patient and allowed me to explain all the "whys" for my requests. I could not have asked for a more professional, helpful, understanding--and, quite frankly, caring person to take my order!!! EVERY SINGLE ONE of my special requests was gladly accommodated!!! Everything was delivered as ordered, on-time, and in perfect condition!!! My parents were THRILLED to be remembered in such special ways!! "THANK YOU," to the owner (Martha?) Rose, and everyone at Mountain High Floral for making a rather poignant celebration feel SO...JOYFUL!!! read more

Reached out to this florist a few times to get quotes for my wedding and to even start the process (even before COVID) and heard one response back but nothing after my first reply . Martha was so kind to make a beautiful bouquet for my very small wedding--only 6 of us! I found a gift bouquet on the site that looked perfect for this desert wedding and she recreated it perfectly for a bouquet and matched the satin ribbon with my husband's bow tie! Everyone kept commenting on how beautiful they were. And they matched our setting perfectly. She was very easy to work with and always in contact. She also had them delivered right to my hotel room, and made the whole process very easy! She also supplied little flowers for my hair to match. It was all wonderful. :) read more
