    Cara, the owner of Bowen's Botanicals is such an amazing and beautiful person inside and out. She made me feel comfortable & her persona is trustworthy. I had a hard time trying to find a florist for my wedding since the other flower shop cancelled on me close to my wedding date. I was sooo stressed & my coordinator highly recommended Bowen's so I went for it right instantly. Cara welcomed us with open arms and worked with us without hesitation. She is friendly, professional & such a beautiful person. I don't even know where to start. You give her what you want & she'll deliver. She won't disappoint you. In fact, you'll be so surprised how amazing she is with her work. It's like saying "Say no more" hahaha. She is great, talented and professional! I didn't have to keep emailing her. Whatever questions I had, she answered it. She delivered and conquered it all. The wedding flowers in my dreams became a reality because of her. I was so impressed and she definitely exceeded my expectations. I didn't really expect much as long as it's delivered nicely haha but Cara really did so amazing! I love everything about the wedding flowers. Her flower shop is also so clean, aesthetically beautiful & as well as affordable. We ordered 1 bride bouquet, 5 bridesmaids bouquet, 1 throw bouquet, 6 boutonnières, 2 corsage, 1 big cross flower, 2 entrance barrel flowers & some baby's breath. It came out sooo beautiful and dreamy! She does wonders in her work. Thank you so much, Cara! I will edit this review soon & add more photos of the flowers once my photographer sends me some of the wedding photos.

    I ordered a bouquet for my friend Who was recovering from a procedure. I paid $75 and maybe it doesn't pay for a lot but I was very disappointed in the arrangement that she received

    Cara did my wedding flowers; including my bouquet, head-dress, and the boutonnières for my groom and his men, all on a very tight timeline and on a budget. Her eye for colors, style, and flower species are unparalleled; she is amazing!

Aileen had amazing communication with me via email and placing the order online was a breeze. I fell in love with an arrangement Aileen posted on her IG page and she did her best to recreate it for me. The arrangement was delivered Sunday morning and my mom was so surprised and happy! I was so happy Aileen & her flower shop were able to help me express how much I love my mom despite being states away. Everyone actually located in Prescott... use this flower shop!!!! Aileen is a wonderful shop owner and you can just tell her love for flowers.

Spent over $500 for two dozen roses and 12 boutonnieres . It sounded kind of expensive but it was an important date. The boutonnieres were wilted and bent over within 6 hours of delivery. The Roses were already fully bloomed and opened, and although presented on Saturday, they were bent over and dead by Tuesday. Eileen agreed to refund the cost of the Roses, but told me that I was lucky to have only been charged what I was charged because of how hard she worked to put everything together. Although we have agreed never to work together again, we will never ever Place another order through Florian, her customer service skills indicate that she is probably better suited to flipping burgers at a nearby McDonald's i do not recommend this business at all. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

    I ordered flowers for friends whose mother had passed away. I reviewed the selections on the…read moreTerrys Florist website, and selected the deluxe version of one of the arrangements as that was the version pictured. I wanted to make sure they got the arrangement pictured so I wasn't buying an unknown quality of arrangement. They are special friends. Terrys Florist DID NOT deliver the item pictured and ordered. They delivered an arrangement that bore no resemblance to the picture. Cheaper flowers were used than shown in the picture and the container was totally different and obviously cheaper. I was embarrassed by the lack of quality in the arrangement as this gift was for dear friends. After numerous contacts and canned responses from Terrys Florist, it was obvious that they had no intention of making this right. They started stating they were able to substitute flowers and containers as needed to make delivery dates. The canned rhetoric went on from there. They finally offered a partial refund to price the arrangement at a cheaper rate based on what they provided. So clearly they knew this arrangement was not worth the same price as what was ordered. This is not a satisfactory solution. This did not solve the problem that a cheaper substitute arrangement was sent to my friends with no effort to let me know what was going on. Had I known the quality of what they were going to deliver, I would have cancelled the purchase. And how do you explain to grieving friends that they arrangement they received was not the one that was ordered? How do you fix this kind of error without making it worse for the people it was supposed to bless? Do not buy from this florist. They do not deliver what you order and then charge you as though they did when they have substituted a cheaper arrangement. Had my friends not taken a picture of the arrangement received and sent it to me, I would not have known the order was not fulfilled as ordered and paid for. I definitely would not have chosen to send the arrangement they received. If they could not provide what I ordered, they should have contacted me and let me know--not send out a different, cheaper arrangement and charge me for the more expensive arrangement shown on their web site. They had all my contact information, so there is no excuse for operating the way they did. Also note, they state on their website that there is no delivery fee; however, they charge a $15.99 "service fee" on top of the price of the arrangement. Bottom line: Don't trust that Terrys Florist will deliver what you ordered. They clearly do not think they are bound by the pictures or other information on their web site to provide the same thing you think you are ordering. Choose a florist that will deliver what you order.

    Dwayne, in the Home Depot (on Hwy 69, Prescott, AZ) plumbing department, saved the day! I had a…read moredrippy shower spout and let Dwayne know what I needed. He said "that's a Delta product and Home Depot doesn't carry Delta, but..." Dwayne reached down and grabbed an item from the bottom shelf and announced that Home Depot had received this (Delta) product in error, and it wasn't worth returning to the supplier. It was exactly what I needed! He also told me the drip was due to a faulty cartridge. Who knew that showers even had cartridges? He pulled the exact cartridge that I needed, amongst a variety and showed me the difference between them. He then opened another box. He showed the complete cartridge assembly, and what I would need to do to swap it out. What started out being an intimidating repair, following Dwayne's show-and-tell, was completed correctly and quickly. I was SO grateful I dropped off a thank you card, which I hope was shared with HD management, along with a gift card for coffee. Dwayne is my "go to" guy and he really knows his stuff.

I haven't been in a Home Depot store in over a year. At check out, I tried to use my phone number for the 10% off that Veterans get. I had to get help because it wasn't taking my phone number. A heavy set employee asked me if I had gone over my $400.00 per year cap. I never even knew that there was a cap, but I stated that I haven't even been in a Home Depot store in over a year, and he told me that Veterans lie! I could have punched him in the throat. I didn't, but I will never return to any Home Depot store again! First responders, Veterans, just warning you, your service to your country and people whom you help, the Home Depot employees think that we are all liars! I'll order Ryobi from them directly. The Home Depot is a disgrace to everyone who has served, or continues to serve!
