I live in CA and I used this flower shop to deliver flowers for my mom on Mother's Day. She's currently staying in Prescott Valley and I wanted to find a flower shop that would be able to deliver flowers despite the current COVID-19 situation. Aileen had amazing communication with me via email and placing the order online was a breeze. I fell in love with an arrangement Aileen posted on her IG page and she did her best to recreate it for me. The arrangement was delivered Sunday morning and my mom was so surprised and happy! I was so happy Aileen & her flower shop were able to help me express how much I love my mom despite being states away. Everyone actually located in Prescott... use this flower shop!!!! When the owner doesn't want to hear a complaint about her product and instead of listening decides to continue talking about how hard she worked, i'm kind of over it. Spent over $500 for two dozen roses and 12 boutonnieres . It sounded kind of expensive but it was an important date. The boutonnieres were wilted and bent over within 6 hours of delivery. The Roses were already fully bloomed and opened, and although presented on Saturday, they were bent over and dead by Tuesday. Eileen agreed to refund the cost of the Roses, but told me that I was lucky to have only been charged what I was charged because of how hard she worked to put everything together. Although we have agreed never to work together again, we will never ever Place another order through Florian, her customer service skills indicate that she is probably better suited to flipping burgers at a nearby McDonald's i do not recommend this business at all. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ read more

I would not recommend ordering flowers from this company. I have received two floral arrangements, one in Feb 25 and another on Mother's Day this year. The 1st arrangement had a short life (4/5 days) and the recent one was dead the next day. Both arrangements were not appropriate for the vase they were in and were constantly falling out of the vase, and thus the water. I didn't complain about the order in February but the arrangement delivered to me on Mother's Day was pathetic, the flowers were almost dead and again falling out of the vase. I actually had to put them into another vase. There were so few flowers, the arrangement could have been bought at the grocery store for $10. The shop finally answered the phone today, 4 days later and I got the owner. After I explained that my arrangement died the next day, she didn't apologize, when I told her that an apology for delivering dead flowers was what I wanted to hear, she wouldn't do it. She said she wasn't responsible for the arrangement after it left her shop. Which btw, doesn't exists anymore. Her website still shows an address which is now a bakery and has been for sometime. On the positive side, she did reimburse my daughter for the flowers. She would not replace the arrangement because "she's simply wiped out from Mother's Day and hasn't ordered any new flowers", her words. read more

When someone tells you that their inspiration is "grandma's 60's/70's couch" some would probably be so confused haha and understandably so. By the next day even the edges of the carnations had begun to fade. I looked on the website and completed a form to correspond with this company since they were closed. Their website said they were closed on Monday and so on Tuesday I decided to call and express my disappointment but the recording said that they had such a busy Mother's Day that they were taking Tuesday and Wednesday off to recover. But I'm a bride and trying to plan my wedding and called Florian trying to set up a consultation to discuss ordering flowers and the women on the phone REFUSED to deal with me at all until 3 MONTHS before my wedding. That is so little time in wedding time. Also she had an attitude and was extremely rude when I was being very kind and polite. I ordered an Sympathy arrangement from an online florists for a friend whose husband passed away on Monday. they were supposed to delivery my flowers since Monday. They kept calling back saying they would have to deliver them the next day. I called several florists in the area to see if anyone could deliver them today. No one would until Florian! I spoke to Eileen who could not have been any sweeter! She was compassionate and kind. Her drivers were just finishing for the day and she asked him if he'd deliver one more. He said yes. What a disappointment, I ordered an arrangement of sunflowers and even paid a premium for the upgraded version $120+ delivery + tip. What arrived was a sad arrangement with wilted and falling apart sunflowers. I notified the shop with pictures and all I got was a brief response of excuses and a, "I can refund $20" ( which I have yet to see). Not, let me replace them or fix the arrangement . It was the first and last time using this establishment for sure. read more
