Dont bother with this place. They are a let down. I buy flowers once a year, Mothers Day. Sorry Ma, no flowers this year!

I ordered flowers for friends whose mother had passed away. I reviewed the selections on the Terrys Florist website, and selected the deluxe version of one of the arrangements as that was the version pictured. I wanted to make sure they got the arrangement pictured so I wasn't buying an unknown quality of arrangement. They are special friends. Terrys Florist DID NOT deliver the item pictured and ordered. They delivered an arrangement that bore no resemblance to the picture. Cheaper flowers were used than shown in the picture and the container was totally different and obviously cheaper. I was embarrassed by the lack of quality in the arrangement as this gift was for dear friends. After numerous contacts and canned responses from Terrys Florist, it was obvious that they had no intention of making this right. They started stating they were able to substitute flowers and containers as needed to make delivery dates. The canned rhetoric went on from there. They finally offered a partial refund to price the arrangement at a cheaper rate based on what they provided. So clearly they knew this arrangement was not worth the same price as what was ordered. This is not a satisfactory solution. This did not solve the problem that a cheaper substitute arrangement was sent to my friends with no effort to let me know what was going on. Had I known the quality of what they were going to deliver, I would have cancelled the purchase. And how do you explain to grieving friends that they arrangement they received was not the one that was ordered? How do you fix this kind of error without making it worse for the people it was supposed to bless? Do not buy from this florist. They do not deliver what you order and then charge you as though they did when they have substituted a cheaper arrangement. Had my friends not taken a picture of the arrangement received and sent it to me, I would not have known the order was not fulfilled as ordered and paid for. I definitely would not have chosen to send the arrangement they received. If they could not provide what I ordered, they should have contacted me and let me know--not send out a different, cheaper arrangement and charge me for the more expensive arrangement shown on their web site. They had all my contact information, so there is no excuse for operating the way they did. Also note, they state on their website that there is no delivery fee; however, they charge a $15.99 "service fee" on top of the price of the arrangement. Bottom line: Don't trust that Terrys Florist will deliver what you ordered. They clearly do not think they are bound by the pictures or other information on their web site to provide the same thing you think you are ordering. My fiancé's grandmother passed away, and I wanted to send flowers to the grieving family to lift their spirits. I ordered the deluxe arrangement, and the day of delivery found out my order had been canceled due to supply chain issue. When I asked if the problem was the type of flower, I was very rudely told that if that were the issue they would have substituted with another type of flower. This seems to be a common problem with this florist....not having flowers. Crazy. I get that supply problems happens, but the treatment towards customers is unacceptable. This company needs to understand that people ordering sympathy flowers are going through a hard time, and there needs to be respect, and a strong drive to fix any problems that arise with customer orders. I would give it no star if this was an option. It's my daughter's birthday today and I wanted to surprise her with some beautiful flowers. I ordered them yesterday, and today was the delivery. 79 dollars later and I kept waiting to hear from my daughter at her work. Crickets. Finally, I contacted the florist to ask why the flowers were not yet delivered as the business closes soon. I get an email with a "sorry, we don't have flowers and no estimated time to get some" What!!?? A florist without flowers. Run from here. Do not waste your time or money, and then have no surprise for your loved one on their day because this place does not have flowers. Seriously?! I will NEVER do business with this unprofessional store. Why could they not call me first thing in the morning and tell me? I could have made other plans. Do not use this florist. My husband ordered a dozen roses for me for our anniversary. They were to be delivered that morning and at noon they called and said they would not be able to deliver until following morning...here we sit, following morning and still no flowers. Husband contacted the shop and was told they weren't sure but thought that flowers were out for delivery. Still waiting... read more

i ordered flowers for my step mother for her birthday and Mother's Day. they charged ys immediately but never delivered the flowers. after several days we called. it two days of calling to get someone to answer the phone. no explanation was give, just we will deliver them tomorrow (5 days after her birthday). They did offer us a 5$ refund...really! we told them to keep the 5 and just call us once delivered. We never got a call and looking at our credit card they decided to refund the whole amount and cx the order with no communication. Please don't waste your time or money here. your loved ones are worth better. read more
