The topping bar was pretty empty, and several of the toppings were wet( i.e. colors melting off Reeces Pieces, chocolate chips were wet). The worker seemed annoyed when I asked for chocolate chips that weren't wet and pointed out how it looked. She said no and seemed unbothered by how unhygienic the toppings bar looked. She was not an enjoyable person to engage with. She seemed more interested in taking to a boy who was hanging around. Based on that experience I would not go back. I had an outstanding experience at Toyful in Prescott…read more I received a hackey sack as a gift, and after using it just one time on grass with a group of older adults, it developed an issue. It definitely wasn't abused, but I also wasn't expecting anything since it had been a gift. I brought it into the store simply to show them what had happened and even told them I wasn't there to return it. Without any hesitation, they picked up the entire display of hackey sacks, told me to choose whichever one I wanted, and replaced it with a smile. That kind of customer service is becoming harder and harder to find. They treated me with kindness, trusted what I told them, and made the whole experience incredibly easy. If you're looking for a locally owned toy store that truly stands behind what they sell and genuinely cares about their customers, I can't recommend Toyful highly enough. I'll definitely be back.

It has a good parking lot too with a nice view of the mountains in Prescott. And it just has a good atmosphere too so you don't feel like you're in a bad situation. Again it has all the same stuff as every TJ and has the awesome unique murals and prices. I still prefer shop here over other grocery companies as I just have a better time shopping here than elsewhere.

Natural Grocers, oh what a weird, weird grocery store you are. you have 10 aisles of food, and 37…read moreaisles of supplements. you don't have bags for your customers to take away their purchases, but you do have a haphazard wall of mismatched stray boxes lined up for newbies like me too uncool to bring their own burlap sack to your Portlandia-esque paradise. and when i ask for said bag, i get attitude like i asked to steal food from the unhoused. we walked the entire store and here is what we found: --the produce was very hit or miss. the peppers all looked sad and wilted (keep in mind everything here is a premium price) -- the radishes looked great. --the prepackaged foods, frozen and dairy sections were similar in size and scope to an AJ's, Bristol Farms, or other smallish boutique grocery stores with little selection and faberge egg cavaier prices. --there is a nebulous "Community Room" towards the back with tables and chairs and not much else. --there are so many aisles of supplements they can't afford power to illuminate them all (that is, some of the aisles in this section were dark, shrug emoji). upon check-out, the Prius-driving (i'm guessing) register jockey gave us just the right amount of vegan-ish attitude as he harrumphed and found an Amazon Prime box for our groceries so we can leave the store with a scarlet letter on our chests. the people in front of us spent $210 on their haul btw (yikes!). we left with an assortment of pickles, chips and a few other things we needed for our trip. would we ever go back? not unless it was the only food option in Prescott. otherwise, there is nothing in this store that would make us return. raise this place and put in a Whole Foods, please!!!

Since this hasn't improved we will be shopping for our fruits and vegetables online. Can't believe that the only place to buy organic things is slipping. I expect this from a big corporate stores to do this and the prices are so high! Hope for the best and settle for the worst.
