My mom got a scoop of that and the chocolate raspberry truffle while I got a scoop of the oatmeal cream pie and lemon bar. We really liked the Graham Canyon flavor, but found the raspberry in the chocolate raspberry truffle to be close to nonexistent. It was still a nice chocolate ice cream though. I loved both the oatmeal cream pie and lemon flavor, but I liked the oatmeal cream pie just a little bit more since there were larger chunks of the actual cookie in it. When I asked for something thicker and sweet. They showed me the 25 Star Balsamic and I was in Love. I took home 2 bottles and a bottle of Pineapple. The Pineapple is lovely on a Spinach, Tomato and Mozzarella salad Since that purchase in 2016 I've gone through 11 bottles of the 25 Star. I get 3 bottles at a time shipped to my home. It's the only thing I put on my salad. It goes with everything. I've had it on steaks, burgers, eggs and when I'm craving something special I'll grab a spoonful and enjoy it like chocolate. Which it goes with nicely. I just ordered 3 more since I'm about to run out. It's just a nice as some expensive Balsamic's I've had in Europe at a fraction of the cost.

To clear up some confusion from other reviews: this is a legitimate butcher shop, not a restaurant! We watched the butcher bringing out fresh hand-cut steaks, bone-in ribeyes, and even a massive Tomahawk. They also have fresh, never-frozen prepared hamburger patties ready to go. We definitely splurged, and even though we live 2 hours away in Phoenix, the helpful store manager--a friendly Viking with an amazing red beard--gave us an ice pack to keep our provisions perfectly refrigerated for the trek home. Everyone loved it As would be expected, it was outrageously expensive but worth the quality. The value was definitely in it. Several relatives in the area didn't know this place and determined to buy meat from here now, as the supermarket quality is nowhere near what these folks provide.
