    Dried strawberries, blueberries and cherries

We were looking for a co-op in Prescott and the closest thing we could find was this shop and it did not disappoint! This store not only sells all kinds of local honey, but also carries a really large selection of spices, teas, locally made canned salsas and pickles of all kinds. We were looking for some snacks after a hike/mountain bike session and also wanted something cool to drink. Fridges in the back carry drinks like kombucha, iced coffee, sodas. We both found items we both wanted to nosh on including an assortment of all kinds of dried fruits! We ended up walking out with: (1) dried strawberries (these can be hard to find - especially ones that are not too sweet); (2) dried blueberries; (3) dried golden berries - (tasty and tart); (4) dried Bing cherries; (5) wasabi peas; (6) $2 special of an entire box of walnut cranberry pound cake; and (7) beef jerky. Overall, a really good find and they also have interesting items that are discounted like $2.99 whole bag of Starbucks coffee! Check this place out, you won't regret it!

I am obsessed with this honey. I only tried the catclaw and it is so good and beneficial. The nutrients in catclaw and honey had my health very good. If only it was selling out here in Indiana I would purchase so much more. The service was amazing!

Buzz buzz I can't think of too many things in this world better than the taste of fresh, sweet, naturally made goodness.........HONEY!!! This cute little store has the smell of nature, health and well being wrapped up into one piece. It's an older establishment, small and somewhat crowded inside but offers many unique items including a fantastic variety of honey. The Wild Mountain Pecan honey is excellent for baking. It's a dark honey that has a deep rich flavor and typically requires less amount needed in recipes. One of the women who works there said she uses it for pecan pie and other nut dishes. She said it really enhances the nut flavor. She also suggested the Desert Blue Clover for a lighter taste. I use it in tea and my protein or veggie shakes. Wonderful flavor. It's one of their best sellers. They offer samples of all the flavors. I'm not sure how many flavors, but I'd say around 6-8 varieties. I highly recommend trying the Pecan and Blue Clover. You won't be disappointed. The store also has a lot of vitamins and supplements, packaged nuts, trail mixes, dried fruits, candies, chips, breads, and special dry pastas including gluten free. They also have homemade jellies, jams, butters and sauces. There are many other fun items available as well. It's definitely worth a visit especially if you like honey.

There are numerous items sold in plastic zip lock baggies at The Honeyman Stores, which I've had question on, but have not been able to get the answers to. I asked the store clerk who sold me this particular item several times, bt she told me that I could find the answer on the web by entering the item listed on the package. This is not true, and shows nowhere on the website, nor does The Honeyman Website have a "contact us" option. I need to know the details of my pkg purchase which is listed as "TEH VEG LRG PROTEIN." What is it exactly? I need to know the ingredients, calories, cholesterol, carbohydrate, sugar, etc. contents; however it does not show up anywhere. The same goes for all the other items on their shelves that do not show those details. Also, there is no expiration listed on any of those packages.

Gathered around the Forged Charcoal Grill, sipping wine at sunset and enjoying one another's company--there is no better way to show them what they mean to you than a nice dinner. The shop was amazingly clean and offered not only Piedmontese Beef, but organic chicken, duck, and Easter Ham. My girlfriend and I went a little "nutzo koo koo" and picked up steaks, hamburgers, Bacon Fig Kabobs, hand-made sausage, and dried Morel mushrooms. There is even a great selection of seasonings and a dedicated cheese refrigerator to round out the meal. To clear up some confusion from other reviews: this is a legitimate butcher shop, not a restaurant! We watched the butcher bringing out fresh hand-cut steaks, bone-in ribeyes, and even a massive Tomahawk. They also have fresh, never-frozen prepared hamburger patties ready to go. We definitely splurged, and even though we live 2 hours away in Phoenix, the helpful store manager--a friendly Viking with an amazing red beard--gave us an ice pack to keep our provisions perfectly refrigerated for the trek home. Go ahead and brag about these cuts; they deserve every bit!

We ordered in advance a 17 lb. 7 bone prime rib for a holiday meal for 14 people. It was more than sufficient, and we sent leftovers home with folks afterward. The meat was from a special 'Piedmontese' Italian cow grass fed on a Nebraska ranch. We picked up the order right as designated, and the staff was professional and delightful. The cut of meat was absolutely beautiful and slow cooked so easily. There was a bit of unexpected fat, but nothing too out of line with quality, and it was delicious. Everyone loved it As would be expected, it was outrageously expensive but worth the quality. The value was definitely in it. Several relatives in the area didn't know this place and determined to buy meat from here now, as the supermarket quality is nowhere near what these folks provide.

The staff was super friendly and they even offered us some ghost pepper salsa and chips to sample --- which we really weren't expecting with the pandemic and all. They set out a tray that they kept behind the counter and monitored it closely so there was no contamination whatsoever. I appreciated that they took the pandemic seriously. I was hesitant at first since ghost peppers are so intimidating but I grabbed a little chip, spooned some salsa on, pulled down the mask, popped that chip into my mouth, pulled my mask back up, and chomped away. It was good! The heat was doable and the flavor was tasty. While it wasn't nearly as spicy as I was expecting, it was good. I walked away with a bag of Ass Kickin' Habanero Honey Peanuts and a jar of Jerome Reaper Salsa that I paired with a huge sheet tray of Chrissy Teigen mushroom & crispy shallot nachos later on. I'm glad the ghost pepper was the only ghost I encountered in this haunted mining town!
